Kega didn't move. Every muscle froze and tensed. Everything she knew. Was it a lie. She looked more afraid then she really was. Attack. He was attacked her leader and he was one of the stories her young dead parents had told her. About helixes who bit eachother to drink their blood. " A... A... ah... BloodSucker?" She said finally shaking and shook her head. " You... Are..." Who was he? She wanted to know the truth at first and was in no need of more suprises. Well suprise.

Gethin winced, for the first time he could vaguely remember wanting to go curl up in his den and let his own hunger consume himself. "That I am." He admitted quietly, finally looking at Kega. "I am a fool for going so long without feeding. I did not... I never wanted this curse of mine to hurt anyone, especially you." The words slipped from him before it regestered what had been said. "This is why I am asking that you do not follow me. I do not... I do not want harm to befall you on my err."

" Your speaking nonsense..." Kega repeated. She knew what he was. But she had to follow him. no matter what he was how he was acting what he might do. She was so weak now she knew to him. She sighed and said " I want to stay... I have to stay.... Gethin..." She said. She would cry if she could.

Gethin sighed softly, his shoulders lowering. Tentatively, he stepped forward, lightly touching her shoulder. Her tone had disheartened him, easily shaking him up. "All right.." He paused, as he closed his eyes for the moment. "Do you... wish to follow me on my... hunt?"

Gethin smiled faintly in response, a small part of him touched when he heard her. Though, the awareness of his growing hunger became obvious at that point. "Then, come along. I require sustanence, else a mishap actually become reality." He turned, smelling the air for something close to ease his inner hunger.

Kgea nodded. She would stay quiet and from what she could tell she would make her blood stop flowing as much as she could help, okay she couldn't help. But she made sure that the heat of blood did not fill her skin in embarressment. She nodded and followed a few steps behind and waited for him to catch some other scent. She was trying her hardest not to trip or get hurt so she would not be flushed.

Gethin closed his eyes for a moment, smelling the air. A part of him-the normal part of him-felt relieved that his need was open ith his packmate, that it was one less helix he didn't have to worry about dodging around with. A more... open feeling. He smiled lightly, catching the scent of something in the small distance, and took off after his prey.
