Evangeline Uley
Evangeline sighed, she watched her brother as he played in the water. As she watched, she let her mind wander. Eva gasped as she suddenly remembered she had to go to Forks to buy some things for her brothers and parents. Her father was always busy with the tribe business and being on the tribe council. Her mother was bust looking after her brothers, so that left Eva, who was the oldest, to go buy the necessities that they couldn't get in La Push. Evangeline called for her brother and told him to go home. After 10 minutes of whining he agreed. Evangeline went and grabbed the family car and drove into Forks. It wasn't busy, since Forks was just a small country town. Eva parked and took out a list of things they needed at home.
Antoinette Hale
Antoinette tilted her head to the left and closed her eyes as she listened to the area around her. The whispering of the breeze, the chirping of birds, the fluttering of wings. Antoinette opened her eyes. The beating of wings seemed to be following the vampire. What did that mean? Antoinette let out a low hiss and looked in the direction that the scent and sound were coming from.

Kane yawned as he walked now to the grocery store. His head was slightly killing him for some odd given reason, which in his case he used as a Vampire Detector, but he decided they couldn't go out in the light still. He then felt himself bump into someone. He realized it was a girl and went to grab her hand before Evangeline fell into the ground. He also said as he did, "Sorry!"

Evangeline had been looking into a window and walking when suddenly someone walked into her. As she fell backwards, the person grabbed her hand and said sorry at the same time. Eva looked up at the black haired guy "Don't worry about it, I am fine" she mumbled, looking to see how far she was to hitting the ground. Sighing, she stood back up and shook her head, laughing. "I wasn't looking, so it as my fault as well" Eva said, glad she hadn't been carrying anything at the time.

He nodded and said, "Well, I wasn't pay attention, but still sorry none the less. But thanks for trying to take some of the blame I guess." He smiled slightly at Eva thinking his headache was killing him, but this girl was no vampire, he could tell. The whole sunlight theory was still going on in his head and everything. He then said, "Is there anything I can do to make up for it? I am not really that busy." He was lying seeing he had to shop for groceries, but his sister could scold him later if he didn't find the time to.

Denzel stopped roughly a hundred metres away from the other vampire. He could somehow feel the 'hospitality' from the other party. Not a very good sign. He walked forward, briskly, closing on the distance between them, the ravens following him behind.
Soon enough, Denzel saw another girl, with the same vampire scent as him. A girl with light blond long hair, and bright eyes. Golden eyes. "I don't want to fight," Denzel said upon coming as close as 40 metres away from her.

Eva thought for a moment then shook her head. "You don't need to do that" she said with a smile. She shifted her weight to her left foot and could suddenly feel the piece of paper that was in her pocket, remembering that she had shopping to do. 'Ugh, shopping' she thought, rolling her eyes. She had so much to buy and so little time. She didn't want to make this guy in front of her uncomfortable by doing something for her, and she was fine by herself, most of the time.
Antoinette Hale
Antoinette watched the vampire as he stopped 40 meters away. He didn't seem to want to fight, so slowly, she raised herself from her defensive crouch. "Then why have you led ravens here then? What do you want?" she asked curiously, eyeing the ravens beside the male vampire. Her curiosity continued to rise as she looked from the vampire to the ravens. How could the ravens follow his instructions. Antoinette thought sarcastically 'Oh, probably the same ay I could see into a persons past, present of future by touching them'.
(( I am going away for christmas, so will not be able to post for a while...anyway, Merry christmas to all smile ))

Kane nodded and said, "Well, I already need to do grocery shopping, so it be no problem, mysterious named girl, oh and I am Kane Kuroda if you want to know." If she was a vampire probably she would know that was a bad last name to run into. That or a very educated person in monster hunter family books. Kuroda was the name of vampire killers, or other sorts of monsters, but usually vampires. He smiled at her kindly.

Evangeline bit her lip for a second then smiled. "Well, my name is obviously not 'mysterious named girl', unless that is easier for you to remember than Evangeline Uley" she said, laughing a bit. Many people knew her as being her father's, Sam Uley, only daughter. Her father was tribe leader for the Quileutes, an old native american tribe that was bound with a wolf spirit. Each generation, mainly boys, would have the spirit within them, or so it is said, and be able to transform into a large wolf. Right now, apart from her mother's second cousin, Leah, she was the only female shape shifter she knew of. Eva tilted her head and smiled shyly. "Nice to meet you Kane" she said.

He nodded and said, "Hmm Evangeline is pretty long... So does Eva work for you? Also you sure you need no help with shopping or anything?" He had heard the name Uley before.... But where? He would have to check his books when he got back home, it sounded like the old one about a tribe or something.

Evangeline nodded. "Nah, Eva is fine, most people call me that anyway, except my father" she said, rolling her eyes a bit. Once Eva heard his offer, she bit her lip. "Well, I do need to do shopping for a load of junk for my brothers, but you don't need to help with it, I am used to it, being the oldest can be a burden, but being the only daughter in the family is annoying" she said, shaking her head then looking Kane.

Kane nodded and said, "Ok Eva it is then, but fine I guess. I'll see you around then maybe Eva if thats ok with you and all." He then went to leave her and go into the Grocery Store to buy what his sister had put on the grocery list. He really hated shopping sometimes though.. He pulled out the yellow paper before he entered it looking it over.

Eva watched as Kane walked away and into a grocery store. Mumbling under her breath, she began her circuit of Forks, searching for the things she needed to get for her brothers, mother and father. First she was in the poorly stocked bookstore, then the sports shop owned by the Newton family, next a stop at her car before stopping in front of the grocery store she was near before. Shaking her head, she walked trough the doors and went to grab a plastic basket.
(( I may begin to control some of the characters from the Twilight series to get the plot on the road, so if any one wishes to control a Cullen/Volturi/shapeshifter from the series, please pm me ))

"Well, if you hadn't noticed it earlier, you were in the defensive position the moment you sensed me," Denzel said. He lifted his hands, and looked up to the ravens for a second, before focusing them on the girl in front of him. As the flock of them flew past them, the loud flappings were heard, nice and clearly.
"I'm just passing by. Why, is that a crime now?" he asked, arching his eyebrows.
((sorry, I wasn't much on gaia during the hols.))

Eva glanced around, only half concentrating on what she was taking from the shelfs. Cake mix, tinned food, apples, fish. Once she came to the end of the third aisle, she looked into her basket and sighed. She hadn't grabbed the right things. Turning around, she went back along the aisles and put stuff back, paying attention now to what she was getting.

Antoinette shook her head and looked to the man. "No, it isn't a law, I was just a bit curious" she said, smiling. Anyway, it didn't matter about human laws, she only needed to abide the one law made by the Volturi thousands of years ago; don't risk exposure. "Ok, well, see you then" she said with a wave and a smile, turning around and heading in the direction she was going in earlier: towards Forks.

Kane yawned as he put another thing in his basket he was carrying. He checked the list over again.... Ok all he needed now was some milk. He smirked and walked over the the milk in the grocery store, he put it in his basket and sighed with relief as he crossed it off the list. He was in view from most the store, but then again he was in the back of it. He then put the list away and doubled checked everything in his basket now.
