Her blue eyes locked onto his face as he spoke. Somehow his words seemed to comfort her, his words seemed to lighted the permanent weight in her chest.
She lowered her hands and fiddled with her delicate fingers and gave another soft smile of appreciation, "Thanks, I'm sorry for going off like that. I need to learn to keep my problems to myself."
Lowering her head, Takiko thought for a second "Your quite handsome, actually very handsome for an Elf that has your unique appereance. You pull that look off very well."

Jax shrugs softly and shakes his head smiling boyishly " It's no problem. '' He makes a face and shakes his head again.
" Don't keep things locked up like that. Talk to someone about it. I'm always here with a open ear kay? It's not healthy to keep everything in." He grinned and winked at her.
" Ya think I pull it off? Well I'm glad you think that otherwise I might have to throw you in the pool." He laughed and smiled running a hand through his hair as it drys.

She giggled again "I'll consider you the next time I feel down." she smiled and rolled her eyes as he winked at her.
Her jaw dropped when Jax said he would have thrown her into the pool. She scoffed and gave an weary smile. "You wouldn't do that, in fact you couldn't do that. It's not in your nature to treat a lady in that manner." her voice became sarcastic "But of course I didn't mean a word of what I said, I was just trying to be polite."
She waved her hand in a fake attempt to comfort him. "Don't worry, it's what's on the inside that counts right?" Takiko gave an evil grin at her weak, playful insult. She wasn't scared of Jax, she was sure he wouldn't attempt such an act, he was raised better than that.

Jax smiles and laughs as he stands and stretches. " You're right I don't think I would really throw a lady into the pool. That would be mean.''
He grinned and scooped her up into his arms and stepped to the edge. " Now carrying her to the pool and jumping in with her, now that's not in the least mean." He laughed loudly it rumbling in his chest before he jumped into the pool with her.
He let go of her when they landed and he grinned surfacing shaking the water from his hair.

Takiko smiled as he stood up, thinking that she won the insult. Her smile quickly dissappeared into shock as he scooped her up. She tried pushing away, but was surprised at his strength. She continued to wriggle in his arms until he made it to the edge of the pool.
She tightly wrapped her arms around his neck and whispered "You wouldn't dare..." but as he leaped from the edge and into the pool she thought He would!.
A small scream left her lips as they hit the water. When Jax released her from his grasp, she came to the surface and squirted out a moughtful of water. Takiko's soaked hair covered her wet, pale face, which was still in shock. Her shock turned into a slightly irritated look "You have guts, I'll give you credit for that" she managed to gasp the words as her mind plotted for her revenge.

Jax threw his head back and laughed as he treaded water. He had jumped into the deepest part so his 6'2 frame wouldn't touch ground. " Why thank you Miss Takiko"

Jax was a whole foot taller than Takiko but she could tell that his feet didn't reached the bottom of the pool. She clumsily moved her hair out of her face as she struggled to stay afloat at the same time. Unable to think clearly of a proper revenge, she blindly splashed water at his face and laughed before swimming her way over to the pool's edge. She had some trouble lifting herself out of the water, but on the third try she succeeded.
Takiko sat on the edge, her legs dangling in the pool as she pondered on some kind of punishment she could enflict upon Jax. Crystal clear droplets of water trickled down her serious face as she concentrated hard, thinking of all the possibilities.
When she was thinking, she noticed that she had lost both of her flats in the pool. Her eyes scanned the pool floor, and ironically, both of them were in the deepest part of the pool. Letting out a breath of exasperation, she let herself fall backwards. Clumsily, her head hit the hard floor and she winced in pain.
She sat up and rubbed the back of her head "O-Ow, that hurt........but, I meant to do that."

Jax smiles sweetly and swims to her side resting his arms and head on the side of the pool his legs kicking slowly. " Aww you're not mad at me are you Miss Takiko? I just thought you looked hot, and I couldn't let you get over heated. "
He grins and winks laughs at her falling back. He smiled and shook his head " You should be more careful Miss Takiko you could hurt yourself doing that."
He saw her eyes wander to the pool and he turned his head to see her shoes at the bottom of the deepest part. He pushes off the wall and treads water his purple eyes shining in the sunlight. His snowy hair drips water and he flips it out of his eyes before asking." Would you like me to get your shoes for you?"

Takiko scoffed, and threw her nose in the air, "Like I'm going to fall for that, you can come up with a better excuse than that Mr Jax."
She shot him a deadly look before she stuck her nose up in the air again when he said that she should be more careful."And I meant to do that, I can take care of myself perfectly, thank you very much"
Takiko's eyes moved bsck to Jax as he pushed off the wall and offered to get her shoes from the pool floor. She quickly answered, "No, no,no, I can get them myself" She slowly lowered herself into the water, but her arms gave way due to her weight, and she fell into the pool when she was halfway in.
When she surfaced, she squirted out another mouthful of water, and swam to where her shoes were right under her. "This will be a piece of cake, watch me"
Takiko took a deep breath and closed her eyes as she plunged under. As she was halfway to the bottom, the presure of the water pressed on her chest and made her loose her breath. Quickly, she swam to the surface and gasped the oxygen in. Without looking at Jax, she took another deep breath and tried another attempt. Takiko's fingers grazed her shoes until the pressure of the water winded her again.
She jumped to the surface, eagerly taking in the air. She was becoming dizzy, and weakly swam to the side of pool. Grabbing onto the side, she pulled herself closer to the wall and looked down "Just a warm up, I'll get them on my next try for sure."

Jax grins and watches her as she throws her nose up at him. He laughs as it reminds him of home and his younger sisters. He backs up so she can get her own shoes making a face as she comes up multiple times without them.
When she swims to the side to catch her breath he followed and lifted her up onto the side. He placed his hands on side of her legs " Stay put for a second I'll get them, the water pressure is a bit to much for you I think." He pushes off the wall again and with a deep breath he dives under.
Jax's fingers brush the shoes and he winces as the pressure hits him as well. He ignores it and with a last kick he wraps his fingers around the shoes. Planting his feet on the bottom the pressure forces the air from his lungs and he pushes up. As he surfaces he takes a deep breath and grins swimming to her.
Jax places her shoes on the edge and rests his arms and head by them. " Ouch I think my ears popped on that one."

Takiko allowed Jax to lift her out of the water. Her blond hair fell messily around her face as she tried to glare at him through her wet strands as he told her to stay put. Her clothes stuck to her thin body as she waited silently.
"I could of gotten them myself" Takiko glared at him again with icey blue eyes as he surfaced the water with her shoes. She tried to keep a straight face as he swam over but failed when he said his ears popped.
She looked at him for a couple of seconds, then splashed water in his face. "I'm still mad at you, you know" she tried her best to keep her voice stern, but it wavered with laughter. She put on a fake innocent look "How could you do that to an innocent girl. I didn't do anything bad to you, I was just trying to have some fun."

Jax smiles and shrugs " You might have gotten them or not. Does it really matter now?" He lays his head on the side of the pool a lazy smile on his face as the sun shines on him. He laughs and makes a face as he gets splashed.
" Now what was that for Miss Takiko? " He laughs and lifts himself out of the pool by his arms. He lays out on the edge his legs dangling in the water.
He grins charmingly " Oh you're still mad at me eh? That hurts ya know, to have a pretty lady mad at me? It's pure torture!" Jax clutches his chest in mock pain his dramatics quite hysterical.

"That was your punishment for throwing me into the pool. I can't seem to come up with anything better than that." Takiko tried to put as much pride as she could into her voice but knew that it wasn't working.
She watched him with winter eyes as he lifted himself out of the water. She tilted her head to the side as Jax pretended to be in pain from her anger. Takiko scoffed and closed her eyes, speaking in a light amused tone, "It's what you deserve, and don't think that your softening me up with your sweet words, it's not working."

Jax smiles and continues his dramatic squirming in pain. " Oh it was a horrid punishment I assure you Miss Takiko. I've truly learned my lesson, never again shall I do such a horrible crime as thus."
He sat up and grinned winking at her. " Oh come now Miss Takiko my words don't soften my crime just a bit? Not even in the slightest?" He batted his lashes which was an absurd gesture for him as he smiled.
