Zip Afron
"Perhaps," Zip laughed. He wasn't quite sure whether Hayley was faking it, but from what he could tell, she wasn't. There was something very strange about the girl, but for the sake of her reputation, he wouldn't go into it any further. "As far as I know just Trinity Tears. I know Kamal East wanted to go on stage, but was told no by all the event coordinators, its supposed to be Trinity's big night. Supposed to jump start her career with a bang."

Vadgonna
"Oh, I understand what you said perfectly, which is why I feel so apologetic towards you," she explained. Okay, so maybe it wasn't true. Whether or not he intended it to come out the way it was published on Lorenz's blog is regardless. The fact is that its still on the blog calling her a publicity whore and had Oz filtered what he said, it may have been another story. "A glass of wine sounds lovely," she said with a pleasant smile, taking a seat next to him. "Will you be a doll and go get it for me at the bar? I just picked up these two glasses of champaign, I don't want the bartender thinking I'm drinking too much." She flashed another smile at him politely, working her manipulative charm some more.

"Is she, um..." Riley lowered her voice a little. She didn't want to insult anyone. "I've never heard her before, is she good?"

The dancer just realized that Zip had been standing the entire time. "Oh, I'm sorry!" she exclaimed. "You can sit with us, while you talk, if you'd like." There were at least two more chairs at the table and more than enough room for that many people. "You didn't sound very enthusiastic about you table partners, anyway," she said, laughing a little.

Zip Afron
"Trinity Tears? You never heard of Trinity Tears?" Zip snorted. He didn't mean to be rude, but he was surprised that she had never heard of her. "Well, some people say she's good. She's the princess of pop, she's pretty famous worldwide." He didn't particularly care for her - he found her to be really unintelligent and a big media mess. Her music wasn't all that great, just highly sound edited noise, but it was admittedly catchy.

Riley waited until he had lauged a little and shook her head, not being able to stop the chuckle that escaped her own mouth. "No, no, no. I've heard of her, I've just never heard her music. Well...I may have, but didn't realize it and I never went out of my way to find out what was hers."

She thought for a moment. "Oh...pop music..." Riley was suddenly unsure of if she'd really want to be this close to the stage.

Changing the subject, she looked back behind them. "There's lots of celebrities here, huh? I'm a little intimidated." She had sat with Chad and Angelica at the past affair, but the pair hadn't been that interesting and she didn't really remember even talking that much to them, just to Ana.

Brodi listened to the conversation between Riley and Zip. He didn't want to butt into the conversation they were having, not knowing much about Zip or the evenings events. There were even times where he wasn't sure if he should be listening in.

He took glances around the room to see if he knew anyone else there. He spotted some of the other people that were at the agency and a few celebs that he had seen on TV.

"Yes Zip." He brought his attention back to the two, "Please sit down." He said as he stood and invited him to sit at the table.

Renee wasn't much of a drinker, but after a few short minutes in the theater, one didn't sound too bad. There were so many people in that single room, and not a face stood out to her: the only people she really recognized were super-famous, having more than one shot at their face in the media or causing such a chaotic scandal that there was simply no way around it.

She'd heard that Trinity Tears was performing tonight, and to be honest, Renee was more than a bit curious. The pop princess had really torn her life up, and her music career had suffered, too. Like that night she'd tried lip-synching to her own song and got caught. Talk about embarrassment. Renee just hoped tonight was going to be much, much better.

There were a lot of vacant tables, and it was certainly a welcome idea to take a seat alone, but that wouldn't get her anywhere. She'd been trying to break out of her shell a bit and live life, to get out of her measly apartment and act like she actually belonged at the Walk of Fame Agency. Hiding accomplished nothing.

So when she spotted a young redhead near the front, she figured it couldn't hurt to say hi. Glass in hand, she made her way over to his table, a natural, easy smile in place.

Zip Afron
"Oh, thank you," Zip smiled as he took a seat at the table that had a relatively close view to the stage. He sat in silence for a moment or two, not quite sure what to say now that he was seated. Figuring he knew absolutely nothing about Brodi, he felt that was a good conversation to start up. "So Brodi, how do you and Riley know each other? You are with Walk of Fame as well, I take it? Are you in music or acting or what? A producer?" Zip remembered the last time he spoke to Riley, she teased that maybe she should date a producer to get some fame. Hopefully she didn't resort to that tactic.

Chad Mitt
Chad smiled as the company of a woman approached. "Well, hello there," Chad smiled at her, eyeing her like a piece of meat - or pie, Chad loved pie. She was a very beautiful girl in a green dress that revealed just the right amount skin - appropriate enough for the event, yet still sexy. "What's your name?" He didn't feel he had any need to introduce himself to her. He was Chad Mitt, if the girl didn't recognize him, maybe he should just reconsider his attraction to her. But whatever flirting he was going to squeeze in, he needed to make it fast. Angelica will be back any second and he didn't want to be lectured about being faithful again.

For a moment, Renee was completely taken aback by the attention of a rather disguised and well-dressed man, a face recognizable by leaps and bounds. Chad Mitt - and he was talking to her. Nevermind that she had just reached the table, hadn't even said hello herself. She was still a nobody, but that didn't seem to phase him, though that might be in part due to the fact that he was alone for the moment.

"Hello." She offered a friendly smile and took a step closer to the table. This was her first big social event, and she didn't want to screw up anything now. It probably wouldn't hurt to make a few connections to help further her career later on. "My name's Renee. Renee Cardot. And I think it's fairly obvious who you are." She let that smile brighten for a moment. "I've been a big fan of yours for a while, Mr. Mitt." And the way he eyed her....Renee felt like a choice bit of mutton being offered to the Big Bad Wolf.

Chad Mitt
"Well thank you," Chad smiled, a tad mischievously. "Aren't you a pretty thing? You have such beautiful eyes, you must be a model or something, because you are gorgeous." It was a line that he has told to many women, but he meant it every time he said it.

Angelica Moley
"What were you saying, Chad?" Angelica interrupted, sneaking up from behind him with a glass of water. Unbelievable. She always suspected that Chad was flirting with other girls, but she never really wanted to know the answer. But now that she knew, she was infuriated. Especially considering that she was very pregnant, due at any moment. She just went to get a glass of water, leaving him alone for hardly any time at all and he already was flirting with another girl. Outraged, she threw her drink at Chad and marched over to the other girl. "Get out of here, now," she hissed. She needed to release her rage, but something else was released - with a splash. "Oh, crap." Angelica's water had broke.

He smiled lightly, "Yeah, we know each other through the agency, but we met about six months ago at a small café in town." He said as he looked from Zip to Riley, "Nah, nothing fancy like that." He laughed, "I'm a drummer." He said as he looked to the stage, wondering the nights events were going to start, he was getting a little nervous.

Riley blushed furiously as Zip asked if her date was a produced. Oh, well played, sir, she thought. The young woman couldn't help but stick her tongue out at Zip a little bit, before laughing.

"Yes, he was sitting by himself, so I sat down and started to talk to him."

She crossed her legs under her puffy skirt. "Brodi? I'm feeling kind of warm. Would you mind getting me some water or something?"

Hopefully the show wouldn't start before he got back.

Renee felt the color rise in her cheeks at his compliment, momentarily wondering if it was doing her any good to be paid so much attention to a man that was not only married, but also with a very expectant wife.

"Thank you," she said with a bit of a nervous laugh; she could easily see herself tripping down the runway with little effort. But why not take this to her advantage? "Actually, I do work with models..." And that, naturally, was when her luck turned sour as a very pregnant Angelica half-waddled over towards them, her face twisted in a righteous fury that was hard to match.

The night's events, it seemed, were going to be split up, and already starting.

Renee paled, standing stock-still as the brunette threw her drink in her husband's face, silently glad it hadn't been her, and desperately wishing to get herself out of the spectacle before things got out of hand. But with the woman's face desperately close to her own as she hissed in rage, it was a rather sticky situation.

"Look, I'm sorry if there's been --" Her tone was quiet to keep the scene from exploding, but it was a bit sharper than Renee would have liked, herself. After all, if she'd caught her husband flirting with another, younger woman while she was pregnant, she'd probably react the same way. She stopped as she felt something splash to the floor, thinking that Angelica had merely snapped the delicate glass stem of the wineglass she'd been carrying. Instead, it turned out to be something far worse.

"...Crap," she muttered under her breath. Probably not the best sentiment, but for all intents and purposes, she'd practically stressed the woman out enough to bring on labor. And Renee knew nothing about handling childbirth. She looked at Chad, those complimentary eyes pleading that he'd have the sense to do something.

"You...might want to get her to a hospital."

Zip Afron
"Oh a drummer, that's awesome," Zip smiled. "I always wanted to learn how to play the drums or a guitar or some musical instrument. But I just never gave it much effort and just stick to singing." He didn't really consider his singing to be that much of a talent, especially considering that half the time, his voice was sound edited beyond recognition to 'improve' his voice. He didn't really mind, as long as nobody knew. Although it was a little bit upsetting that his voice needed so much sound work.

Chad Mitt
"Angie..." Chad started. He wasn't sure what to do or if she even wanted to talk to him. He had just been publicly humiliated - having water thrown into his face in front of all of his peers and possible employers. He was furious with her. But at the same time, he knew that he deserved it and her water just broke. He needed to step up and do something. "Angie, we'll talk about it later, but first thing is first. Renee, I need you to help us get out of here without creating too much of a scene. The last thing she needs right now is the pressure of everyone staring or trying to get a photo as she hurries off to the hospital. Can you take Angelica outside and I'll slip out the back to divert them. Does that sound good?" He knew Angelica was snarling at him, but he felt this was the best plan. "Thank you," he said preemptively before hurrying off.

He smiled, "But your good at it." He laughed, "My sisters talk about you all the time, they all fight over who's going to marry you." He laughed again, realizing too late that he probably should have left out the last part.

He looked over to Riley when she asked for some water. "Sure, sure." He smiled and got up. He looked over to Zip before leaving the table. "Would you like something?" He asked politely as he pushed his chair in.
