Nazih looked down for a moment before looking up again. They were getting very close. Oh he loved the smell of the ocean. His home. He closed his eye for a moment enjoying the breeze before shaking his head. "It was slaughtered. My mother's mate hide me before i could get killed too." He had little emotion in his voice he hid it well. It did affect him a lot he just learned to keep it from others.
Then he chuckled and nodded. "Yeah!" He chuckled before closing his eyes thinking once more about the last time that he went out in the water. "Its good when its not really rough, just like being in a lake but if you swallow some or get it in your eyes, even up your nose it burrrrnnnsss." He made a face at the idea of last time that he got some up his nose. Oh god he hated that.

Nedu kept his eyes trained on the male. They softened with sympathy. Even with the lack of emotion. He knew it to be a defense. He'd been taught not to let emotion get in the way of a goal. Stealing a bit closer to the other lion he gave a gentle lick to his shoulder before stepping aside.
"Really? I've never heard of such a thing." He gives a bit of a grin at the other lion's expression. "Well I might just have to try that. Would you show me?"

Nazih was surprised at the other males sympathy He really never got that much. Only from Rana... Also for Sadiki.
"Of course I can we're almost there." He nodded at the other male then chuckled softly. "I'm more that sure that you won't like the water up your nose but if it floats your boat." He chuckled before soon he was pushing his way through the bushes not that far away then he smiled moving away from the bush so the male could follow after him. He looked out to the water with a big grin on his face.

Chinedu willingly followed the other male, shaking his head to get parts of his mane loose from the brush. Once he was free he skidded to a stop and stared with wide eyes. "That's ... the biggest water I've ever seen..." He exhaled in awe. "Is this... really it? The ocean?" Glancing back at the larger male he carefully trodded to the shoreline where the surf touched the sand. It was strange under his paws and after a moment he stepped into it, letting it hit his legs. He could instantly feel how powerful it was.
He lowered his head sniffing lightly toward the water before ducking his head back. Strange. It was strange smelling. He pushed even more forward, submerging all of his feet into the water an looking around at all the shells in the water's wake. "Its so amazing..."

Nazih'Matata chuckled slightly at the males reaction. That was what he did when he first saw it, then again he was a little more excite running at it and playing in the water right away but he was also a little cub. He looked around at the water before moving behind the male enjoying the feeling of the sand between his toes again, a smile growing on h is face, he always felt better when he was out there.
Nazih chuckled again moving forward letting his paws hit the water enjoying the coolness. Enjoying the water. Loving the feeling. He missed it. "Yes it is. I love this place." He nodded with a smile smelling the air it felt good, feeling it go through his mane.

Nedu couldn't help but stooped down to sniff it, snorting stinging water out of his nose. He shook his head sharply trying to dislodge it before grinning sheepishly up at Nazih. "It certainly is different from other water. I think I would like it too..." He wondered if this was the type of place he would end up. They were nomads and while he loved his pride he wondered what it was like to stay in one place. He brushes his head up against Nazih's shoulder, a small purr rumbling in his throat. He was pleased and he wanted the other two know.
He saw a silver flash of a fish and his tail flickered before, much like a cub, he tore after it, splashing and jumping in the water, trying to catch it. He made sure not to go too far. The water only reached his knees but he was a stranger to currents and riptides that might take him astray.

Nazih looked at the male and chuckled quietly with a nod looking out at the water with a smile on his face, the water always made him feel a lot better about so many things He smiled softly before he flicked his hair out of his eyes, then the males actions pulled him back into the world. He was surprised at the males actions but he shruggged it off. "Yeah, its not like normal water for sure." He laughed shaking his head.
Then as he watched the male dart after the fish he grinned and flopped down on his haunches grinning a bit himself. "Well... I have to admit I have to head home." He sighed softly standing back up and nodding at the male. "I had fun, thanks." He chuckled. "I hope to see you around."

Chinedu abandoned his fish to look up at Nazih. He looked terribly sad to hear about the male's departure but the look disappeared. "Oh, alright then, I hope to see you as well. Maybe soon." He liked this lion and he would be sure to see him sometime again. "It was a pleasure meeting you." He came forward back to the shore with a friendly smile. It was time for him to explore other places, maybe follow the shore to see where it lead. He'd heard of a musical pride that lived near water. Perhaps they were this way too.
