Riley stared at him, thinking that this really seemed more like a ploy to get help doing the chores around, but she shrugged and picked up a mop. "Ready?" He said, "Get Set." He continued. Riley rolled her eyes at his childish attitude, she didn't need to get ready, she needed to go; she had more business to tend, not to mention, needing to buy a few things, and get outside training. She wanted to show everyone already what a great doctor she was, and being stuck here on the training grounds, certainly was not helping her in the least bit! "Go!" He commanded.

Watching a moment and Koby was already gone to work. She rolled her eyes and began -- she was slow at first mopping the floor, while he was next to her, going at it; quick, moving and still doing a good job. She frowned a bit; this wasn't something that needed to be learned unless you were going to be scrubbing the floors or windows all day; then again -- she might just have to do that. The thought made her ill, which seemed to pick up her own pace. She was moving a bit faster, not as fast as Koby, but a tiny bit, marginally in her mind. She had to win though.

She continued the thoughts in her head, that she needed to move faster, and it seemed that she did. She needed to beat Koby -- so she could get out of there, and she was, she mopped the floors as fast as she could, despite the disgusting smell of the chemicals. Koby was humming as he worked, and she was thinking -- quiet a pair, she was sure they looked silly. The two quickly mopping the floors in a race to see who could move quicker. Riley, thankfully was. She finished her half and turned to Koby who minutes, if not seconds later finished his side up. "Well, you beat me!" He said proudly. "You have learned."

"Thank You, Koby." She replied honestly, unaware of the watcher who had seen the whole spectacle and decided this girl was good enough for his own training montage. He smiled at the thought and exited the shadow, "Well done Koby!" He said clapping to which the other puffed out proudly. "I'll take her from here!" He told the other and nodded. "Well, See you around Riley; You did very good, if I ever need a floor mopping buddy I'll seek you out!" He smiled and turned to take the buckets and mops away from the area, the floor sparkling. Riley blinked and looked towards the other.

"I'm Helmeppo, and I'll be your new teacher girl." He said proudly. Riley nodded her head. "Let me guess, I need to wash the windows now?" She murmured thoughtfully. He laughed, "You're a funny one!" Moving on, "I will teach you to strengthen your body and your senses for attacks, and defense, understand?" He questioned Riley. Again with things, she didn't think one could learn. What was up with this place. The punching that was one thing, but teaching someone to be stronger? She didn't get that. "Well, alright." She shrugged, maybe it would be as simple as learning Navy Will.

He smiled and produced, for god knows where a small bowl of fruit. "Smell?" He replied, and she sighed softly. "Smells like fruit." She told him rolling her eyes. "What kind of fruit?" He pushed. She looked at the bowl and he hid it. "Close your eyes." He snapped. Riley closed her eyes as she was told, and could smell the fruit returning. "What fruit?" He questioned again. She inhaled; "Melon," She began, "Yes and?" She sighed, "Apples, An Orange.." She was getting it, he was proud. "Grapes, and a cherry." She responded. "You're missing one." He told her. "Just think, I'll let you eat them if you finish!" He was proud about this fact too.

"..." She inhaled again. "Peach." She opened her eyes and he smiled. "Very good!" He said. "You're a natural. Remember to heighten your senses you need only to cut off the senses that go with it. Like smell and vision. Or Hearing and Vision." He replied proudly. "Well onto the next thing." He told her. "I will teach you, to use your heightened senses to be stronger in the face of an attacker!" He punched the air, and Riley stepped back as he'd tossed the bowl of fruit promised to her into the air. She snatched up the bowl and brought it down in time to the catch the flying fruit into it. She set it down and looked to him. The look of amazement on his face said it all, but he didn't say anything.

"The next thing you will do, is take your heightened senses and focus them into attacking the opponent." He told her, grinning proudly at his own moves. "You think you can handle that?" He said. She nodded and he was already attacking her. "Remember to use what you know." He told Riley, as he attacked, she got hit once and she hissed grabbing his wrist and twisting it. "I wasn't ready for you to attack!" She growled pushing him away, but he came back; apparently, this was the move. She hissed and backed up a bit, looking around. He was sneaking somewhere.

Looking around, he came up from behind and leaped on her, She made a disgusted noise and grabbed his arms and pulled him over her head, knocking him to the ground. He had some will, she thought laughing at her own inward joke; as he jumped back up and ran for her. She dodged his attack easily, and swung a punch at him, just barely grazing his cheek. He was still coming, and she didn't understand why? This was silly, wasn't learning anything from this. She grabbed him, and pushed him into a wall, quickly and jumped backwards. "Haven't I learned it yet?!"

He didn't answer but just came at her again. She hissed and dodged to the side, she was a damned doctor, not a fighter, this was silly. Well, at least if she got hurt she could tend her own wounds, that was a plus side -- but she wasn't going to help him. No way! He hit her side and she twisted, it didn't hurt too much but it stung a bit. She grabbed him and knocked him to the ground, kneeing him in the back and holding him there. "Are we done yet?" She glared. She heard something, it sounded like, his shoe and she pushed her arm out to stop his leg from kicking her. He smiled and said. "Now we are."

She rolled her eyes and got up. "That was all very...inappropriate." She murmured and crossed her arms. "Believe me." He told her, "You'll understand one day, why I did all of that." He smiled and nodded his head. "You're in the home stretch now, though." He smiled. "I've got one more move to teach you, and then you can go." He said seriously. She nodded. "Alright." She returned hoping she wouldn't have to fight him again -- that would just be silly. She watched him as he gathered a large, heavy looking item and placed it in front of her.

"It's very simple." He told her. "Alls you have to do, is lift that over your head." He told her and picked it up, almost with ease and held it above his head. After a moment, he seemed to break out into a sweat and then set it back down, the floor rumbling in the small area. "You think you can manage that?" He questioned her, wiping the sweat off of his forehead. Riley blinked. "Okay." She replied and went to pick it up. It was horribly heavy, and nearly impossible. She could barely move it, let alone lift it. "This is what's called 'Navy Strength'." He told her after she had tried.

"You focus all of your will and senses, to gain the strength you need." He told her as if it had been staring her in the face. Thinking critically over it for a moment, she thought it was a fluke. She shook her head and looked over the box, guessing the weight from trying to lift it before. "Alright." She murmured and bent, preparing to try and lift it again. She closed her eyes and did as she was told, focusing her senses and inner will into becoming stronger so that she might lift the box. She grasped it with her hands and slowly began to try to lift it.

At first it was very tough, and she imagined she would never do it, making it feel as though the box were heavily. Frowning, she took another breath and focused, she could do this; she had to do this -- that little puny man could do it, and if she couldn't she'd look like a wimp, a Doctor wimp, but still -- she couldn't bare to face that, the one thing she couldn't do was lift a box, that she was sure any strong male could. It seemed as though the box were getting lighter and she continued to focus into picking the box up. She lifted it, it was about chest height now.

She was almost there, almost there. Helmeppo was watching her, saying nothing but there was a smile on his face. Then finally Riley did it, she put the box over her head, struggling but it was there, she kept it there imagining it being light as a feather, and something so completely important that she had to do it. She held it there for a moment and then put it down, shaking the floor and opening her eyes, slightly out of breath. "Well?" She questioned him and Helmeppo laughed. "You did good Riley!" He said patting his chest. "My work is done!" He waved and turned away -- to be honest, he had work to do; and he didn't want to get into trouble for slacking off.
