: He'd been walking for about thirty minutes, the sun's warmth hitting his back as the rest of the morning stayed cool and surrounded him. He reached back messing with his long black hair and tightening the ponytail. He sighed as he came to a cross walk, looking both ways he pushed the button. He watched as the red hand stayed and nearly cursed as it stayed that way for another ten minutes. He even thought of kicking the traffic light pole over as well. He hit the button repeatedly and finally the little green man appeared. He sprinted across the street and made his way further up towards the restaurant section of town. "I still smell blood... It's getting on my nerves." He muttered to himself, his thoughts going to the night before.

Screams could be heard, but he didn't know why he'd been hunting the larger beast on the outskirts of town. Though through the entire thing screams could be heard and had kept him on his toes the whole way home.

Then a thought occurred to him. He wondered if others were in the town, wolves... or would it be the other the enemy. This made him walk a bit quicker without knowing. If he was the only wolf in this town and they were there as well. He was like a sheep walking into the wolves den ironically.

The two jumped at the explosion, quickly getting up and leaving the library. Will made it out first, saw Mercury and rolled his eyes. "Brilliantly trying to kill yourself again."

"What'd you blow up this time?" Raide asked, glancing over the girl's shoulder at the smoke billowing up the stairs. "It's not still on fire, is it?"

The pair stared at the pill held between Mercury's fingers.

"--The hell is that...?"

"And why did it explode...?"

"Vapor--"
"--Bomb?" The pair glared at each other in a way that threatened the other to stop finishing their sentences, then looked warily at the thing resting so casually in Raide's outstretched palm.

"Does it kill?" Wilhelm asked. "Or just distract?"

: He was couple blocks from work now, only about another five minutes or so. He stretched and halted in his tracks. The ivy on the large had been moved recently. He'd passed them mansion many a times and always stopped to look at it. He was about as normal in the head as 19 year old male could get but he'd always loved older houses, especially the mansions. Though he'd never broken into this particular one he'd always wondered what it was like. He sniffed the air a bit and caught not irregular scent, just the same old strange smell. He continued onward down the street laughing at the mob lined up to the outside of the coffee shop. "One hell of a morning I would say."

: He pushed his way through the crowd mumbling about how they're going to get coffee, but the neater they file in the quicker they get coffee made, and a little louder. "You know they have coffee makers for your house you lazy pricks." Getting a few more people riled up and he only sighed as he parted the sea of people and made his way in. Just this once since the people decided to shove and talk s**t about the service he was going to clock in early.

Jim his boss looked surprised as Rome moved him aside and quickly worked on to orders. He turned and slammed them on the counter and pointed for the couple to exit. "No tables today unless you have a laptop and are actually courteous to your tenders." He laughed as they started to rebuttal him. He put his hand up as he took an order from another customer. Jim only shrugged at the customers and motioned with his hands for them to leave.

: He noticed the same person who came in every bloody morning. He sighed and already had her order made and was waiting on the next few customers. He kept his head low and hovered over the coffee beans till she was at her table. He hated whatever perfume she wore of it that was natural body odor she had. In which case she needed to see a physician about that. He only looked up once she was gone and the coffee over powered her smell from the distance. He particularly couldn't stand the fact she ordered the same thing and didn't really finish the damned drink. He finally slowed the line down enough for the others to take care of it and quickly went to busing the tables of empty coffee cups that people were too lazy to through out after they finished their drink and left. He wiped up spills and took the actually coffee mugs to the back to get washed before returning to the counter with a fresh rack of doughnuts and other pastries to put into the hot box.

I checked my watch and glanced outside at the sun. It was getting closer to the critical point. I had been sitting here for about half and hour now. I looked at my latte and sighed. Once again it had gotten cold while I had gotten absorbed in my research. But this time i was determined to finish it. With that I downed what remained in one gulp. I wrote a quick note and left a five dollar tip. The note said this: "THanks for the latte. It was really good, and I'm sorry I don't usually finish it. It usually gets really cold once I get absorbed in my work and I wind up running out of time. Anyway, thanks again." I got up putting my laptop back in it's case and walked towards the door. "See you tommorrow Mirrianna, have a nice day!" I heard Jim call to me from behind the ounter. I turned and smiled at him. "You too Jim. See ya tommorrow." And walked out the door. Not long after leaving I realized I was being followed. I couldn't have anyone finding out where I lived so I did the one thing anyone would do. Turn down the next alley and vanish without a trace. I watched from a rooftop as the same people who followed me from the coffee shop every morning turned the corner once again to find me not in the alley. I giggled at their frustration. They would never catch me, not even in the next several centuries. Always they hunted me, but never really got any better at it, so it was kinda funny. I turned away from the scene and dropped into the next alley that would take me home in semi darkness. I walked through the door of my home, a relativly decent and respectable place. It was one that hardly anyone would believe that a vampire lived there, even one like me. I placed my bag on the sofa after I had closed the door and plugged my laptop in to charge, then headed into the next room and fell across my bed, falling asleep almost instantly.
