A weird frog like creature approached him. It was huge; far larger than Noah and has weird spikes all over it. It seemed to be a frog, porcupine hybrid. It was the ugliest thing he had ever seen as as it neared him it looked like it wanted to fight. Luckily he was inside his cell. He was fairly safe, a wall of Iron separated him from the creature. It stared at him for a few moments before throwing itself against the cell door. Noah was surprised, it seemed to have a tremendous amount of strength even for its size.
1/18
It was trying to break down the door to get to him. It must have been very hungry. It continued to smash against it; little by little weakening the screws that held it in. Noah only had a few minutes to prepare for battle. His hands were in shackles and he couldn't use the power of his fruit; he probably wasn't going to be able to defeat this creature. He took a deep breath and got ready for the worst. Being a human Noah really had not defining characteristics that would help him in battle.
2/18
The procufrog stopped bashing into the door several seconds later. It appeared as though it was off to get something else to eat. Noah sighed in relief, if it had broken through he'd surely have been killed and eaten. He walked over to the door of the cell and tried to look out to see where it was. It slammed into the door once more this time from a different angle knocking the door completely down. It had surprised Noah and now he was a sitting duck. The door slammed into Noah hitting him to the ground.
3/18
At this point the door was on top of Noah and the monster was on top of the door. Noah was being crushed and the door was the only thing saving him from being eaten. He cringed as he tried to squeeze out of the trap. He was unsuccessful. He then thought about grabbing the procufrog to try and kill it however it was impossible to touch it as it had spikes all over its body. He was stuck; no doubt going to die. His weapons had been taken from him, making this process all the more difficult.
4/18
He tried to break his cuffs however he was unable to do so. Seastone was the hardest material in the world, that was a rumor he had been told awhile back. Despite how strong he was it is impossible to break seastone. He needed to find the key for the cuffs but no guards seemed to walk around level two. As monsters were enough to keep prisoners in check. The creature continued to crush Noah. The beast weighed roughly one ton, far heavier than anything Noah had tried to lift up before.
5/18
Noah realized he couldn't touch the creature but he could touch the gate. He needed to flip the situation so that the procufrog would be on the floor. If he did that he'd be able to kill it. He didn't have any of his weapons with him so this task was solely up to his bare hands. Coming in contact with this beast just once would result in his death. The spikes were large and he figured getting hit with one would have a similar effect to that of a sword. Possibly even a worse effect. He didn't know what the powers of this creature were.
6/18
The monster was very close to him, too close. It smelled horrible and it was the ugliest thing he had ever seen. He had seen some very ugly people during his time traveling but nothing was as ugly as this crossbreed. He tried to push it off him but it was no use. He didn't have enough physical strength. Out of frustration he spit on its face. This was an idiotic idea as his spit wasn't even acid anymore. The spit landed on the creature's face, not even phasing it. Noah didn't have a chance.
7/18
He thought about shouting for help but decided against it. He wasn't one to look for another to lend a helping hand. Even if he did shout his calls would only be answered by more beasts. No prisoners would willingly help him take on a creature like this porcufrog. Noah was applying all the force he could just to keep the thing from crushing him. He got an idea, if he applied force with his feet he might be able to briefly over power the beast and throw it off him. He'd only get one shot at a move like this but if he could pull it off he'd be able to escape.
8/18
He placed his feet on the floor, his positioning was awkward however it would suffice. He pushed off with them overpowering the best for a split second and then throwing it off him. His body was already tired. He started to run as fast as he could; his cell had been opened by the creature. He was lucky enough in that respect. The porcufrog got to its feet a moment later, but didn't walk or run in Noah's direction. Noah smiled, he figured it was too stupid to realize its prey was running away.
9/18
Suddenly the porcufrog jumped extremely high into the air. It was an amazing feat. He landed a couple of feet in front of Noah. It would be impossible to run from the creature. Hitting it would punches would result in getting stabbed. There was really nothing Noah could do. It's tongue shot out of its mouth at an unbelievable speed. Noah couldn't even follow it. Even this part of the frog had spikes all over it. Noah was struck in his side. The spikes dug into him causing him to fall onto the floor.
10/18
He stumbled to his feet quickly. He had no time to check out his injuries he needed to fight back. He charged toward the creature, he was fairly slow as the seastone made him feel weak. As he neared the beast he noticed it was planning on attacking him with its tongue. He jumped into the air causing the tongue to miss him by just inches. He landed with a kick on the beasts back. The creature did seem hurt but it wasn't worth it. The attack caused a spike to go into Noah's foot.
11/18
That foot was now useless. He had hit the porcufrog but it was in vain. With each hit he would suffer a far worse blow. He hopped back, to gain a little distance from the monster. Its tongue came out once more to attack him. He rolled away from it. He'd have to be nimble if he wanted to live. Having the ability of his fruit would have made things far easier for Noah. He couldn't think about those type of things now, it would only cause him to get distracted. The tongue came at him once more. It was hit but not as badly as it could have been. He needed to come up with something fast.
12/18
The procufrog realized its current methods weren't going to get it food quickly it began to hop around the walls. Its speed continuously increased with each jump until the creature became a blur. Noah was trying to track its movements but it was too difficult he was going to prepare for the worst. If the creature hit him at this speed he would surely suffer terrible injuries. Noah began moving around frantically; he figured a moving target would be far harder to hit. Even so his speed didn't approach that of the frog's.
13/18
He could tell that each of their next attacks would be the last. He found it interesting that even after so much training his body really stood no match against the other creatures that plagued the earth. Just thinking about it made him smirk. He and all humans were clearly inferior beings with no real characteristics that would help them in times of barbaric battles. He could tell the animal was getting ready to strike him, he tried to move faster and braced himself. He got his fist ready to attack.
14/18
The frog's blur suddenly came speeding towards him. It would be a second before it hit him, however the frog seemed to expect Noah to think like this. It sent it's tongue towards Noah as well. The tongue moved far faster than the frog and so it expected to throw Noah off and kill him even before crashing into him. Noah immediately reacted by throwing his fist forward into the oncoming attack. The spikes made their way into his hand however it didn't snap back. He kept his first there, attached to the tongue through the very spikes it had used to hurt him.
15/18
The frog's eyes widened as it neared towards Noah; it realized it was ********. Noah's fist remained in place and the frog slammed into it's own tongue and then Noah's fist and then finally, Noah. The spikes of its own tongue smacked the frog in its face. Noah's fist added to the pain. Noah was still badly hurt but he knew the creature was more hurt. The spikes had ended up helping him in the long run. He was quite pleased with his performance. He stepped away from the frog.
16/18
His shoulder had been dislocated and so he popped it into place screaming a bit in the process. He heard footsteps coming towards him and so froze in his spot. If it was another animal he'd probably die. He wasn't up for another fight. To his surprise it was a guard. It seemed rare for a guard to be on this level considering the beasts would not hesitate to attack one. Noah hid in a corner waiting for a good opportunity to strike.
17/18
The guard was quiet so that he wouldn't attract any creatures however prisoners around him were shouting. They wanted to see him get killed. He walked past Noah without seeing him. Noah quickly rushed behind him and started to choke him, using the line of seastone which connected his hand cuffs to strangle the guard. It was vicious but it needed to be done. Noah killed him and took his uniform. He then made his way back to the first level.
