Tristan sighed to himself. It seemed that today was just like any other Friday after school. Nothing to do, no homework, no plans. He sighed. "Why is my life so boring?" He asked himself softly as he walked home. The person mowing their yard looked at him funnily. The boy glared back at him, but then he realized. "I've been talking to myself..." He slapped his forehead and decided to walk to the park, to see if anyone was there. At the least he could go on a little hike before his parents got home.

As the sun held itself high in the sky on the Friday afternoon, Samatha was almost oblivious to the sounds in the hallways and the masses of people moving about, despite the fact that she should be worried, her figure fragile and almost glass looking. As she was at her locker, her body was there, but her spirit seemed to want to see things as they should be, not as they are. As she put away her books and decided what to bring home and what not to bring, wearing a red long skirt, white blouse, and a pair of flipflops, her forest green orbs were distant as well as her ears.
"I think that's all we'll need for the journey through the forest; hopefully we can at least make good headway before nightfall." Lady Diana stood a tall elven figure that definitely of a woman, with flowing silky smooth hair the color of crimson, with hints of sunset orange as her hair was tied back in a high ponytail. She bore upon her a emerald sleeveless dress of fine material and trimmed in golden symbols, that had slits on the sides up to the upper leg and allowed a v-neck cut. She wore with this a pair of green fingerless gloves that extended past the elbow, and bore on her middle a belt with a sword in it. Her look was finished with a ruby pendant bearing some sort of symbol upon it and a circular gold and emerald genie-like headpiece and matching earrings
She bore a small smile as she turned towards the so-called merchant Peterson the Great, though he in mind was nothing more than a trickster and was only standing in the same room with her because they were both fulfilling a bargain with one another; he'd guide her through the forest and they'd find the treasure, in exchange for him getting some of the loot. But what she needed, and he knew it, was what was partly in that loot; she knew not what it was exactly, but it would be a key play in to help her defeat the evil that was enslaving the kingdom.
"And I'd highly suggest you stop stuffing your face with food and pack it with the equipment, it's not good to run on a full stomach. Unless you'd rather be eaten by the wolves, that is." she replied slyly to her furry companion, a rabbit whose stomach could very well be compared to a bottomless pit or a black hole that absorbed all that went into it and was never satisfied. He wore what appeared to be a tophat with holes for the ears to slip through, a silky dress jacket to match in the color of red. Underneath it he wore a diamond patterned shirt and a red tie, the diamons of green and yellow.
"My dear, you do realize I need energy to survive the forest. Honestly, how rude of a lady to deny a fellow the right to eat, wot." he said, his accent thick and a sigh and a twitch of his mustache.
Samatha headed out the building and headed down the stairs, her brain on a sort of autopilot to make her way towards the library; after all, even though the hours were less, she still had to work, but allowed her mind to ease for the time being and noting nothing much as she walked with a graceful note about her, but she said not a word.
The two made their way to the edge of the woods entrance, before Diana looked up at the setting sun and sighed. "So, do you think we'll make it passed the wolves den before nightfall?" she asked curiously as her azure eyes looked up with a hint of worry on her face.
"Well, there's certainly only one way to know for sure; and the longer we stand here the more we up that chance on being a late night snack, which I don't care much for." he responded, both of their hints of sarcasm gone, as they made their way into the dangerous Forest of Solitude.
The girl sighed noteably; her story was having trouble getting off teh ground as far as the character personalities....this needed some serious work.

Chalk colored Jenna's hands, bare feet and was smudged across her pale face. She sat in the middle of the town park, around her was the start of a large chalk drawing, she had started off with a dark blue cheap chalk that clung to her skin making her look alien, or heavily bruised. "One, two, three, four tell me that choo love me more~" She sang softly. She continued to draw quickly and sprawl out over the pathment trying to make this as big as she could. When it was done it would be a swirly water design, but now it looks only blue and swirly. Her sandals sat forgotten next to her book bag on the grass next to the pathment.

A black shadow covered the girl in the park, busy with her chalk drawing. The caster of the shadow was a boy. Well, he was in the area between boy and man. Many people saw this and were instantly horrified. Oh that poor little girl! The said boy was a looming figure over most, even though in reality he wasn't all that tall. There were definitely taller people in the world. And it wasn't even that he was hideous, either. He actually wasn't too bad. It was the fact he had a few scars that made people nervous around him, which he never understood. Perhaps it was because of the one on his left cheek, making it look like he had a closed third eye. The boy himself was peering down on the girl, face intimidatingly straight. His mouth opened, and a growling voice came out, heavy Boston accent giving it flavor. "Now just what the feck do yah think yer doing in the middle of the crosswalk? Whatayou, retahded?" Alex waited for Jenna to look up and smiled. Although they didn't look it, they were good friends, and had known each other for a while. Alex himself was wearing a plain pair of jeans, a simple white button-up shirt, and black boots. Around his neck was his favorite necklace, it was of the Celtic cross with a red jewel in the middle. Alex knew it wasn't a ruby, it wasn't that expensive. It was fake, but it still looked nice.

Guillame found himself at the park afterschool that day. It wasn't out of the ordinary that he would find himself being stuck there, usually his father would come and pick him up but he phoned him and told him otherwise, he had other plans. He saw a girl drawing with chalk, he didn't usually use that as a medium but it was different, and he also took notice of the man standing behind her. Guillame decided to keep to himself from then on, not really wanting to get too involved with anything unless it came time for him to act. He turned his attention back to the scenery, his IPOD playing in his ears a famous French song by Indochine.
"Et comme le ciel n'avais pas fiere allure..." Guillame quietly sang along, tapping his hands on his knees with the beat.
It was a pretty ordinary day to say the least. There was school and now there wasn't, it was the weekend. What did he usually do on the weekends? Nothing.....absoultely nothing. It wasn't that he didn't have any friends, they were all in French class and usually stuck together like glue. Guillame liked to spread his proverbial wings and let loose every once and awhile. He gazed up noticed a male walking along the park alone. The man seemed to be talking to himself and then he noticed that the man slapped himself on the forehead. Guillame winced and lowered the volume on his IPOD. He stood up, dusting the back of his pants, and decided to go and join the guy.
"Je ne sais pas porquoi mais le monde est tres barbant maintenant...." Guillame let loose with his French, letting it take the better of him before he realized that he should have probably been speaking in English. "Desole....I mean...sorry. I cannot find anything to do at the moment and I fear for that girl over there...." Guillame casually pointed his chin in Jenna's direction.

Jenna looked up seemingly upset. " No! I'm not retarded!" She exclaimed and with what little grace she had managed to stand without falling or wobbling at all. She glanced at her dark blue hands then at Alex's white shirt. He was far to plane and he needed to spice it up. "It's highly inappropriate for you to call me or anyone else that name!" She pointed her finger up at him angrily and stepped forward. Her small hands were now balled into fists for dramatic effect. "I would appreciate it if you left me to my work unless you had something constructive to say. sir..." Now was her chance to act! In one quick motion she unballed her fists into flat blue hands and swiped them in two straight lines across his white shirt, then spun around running back a few yards a childish smile on her lips.

Samatha continued her walk quietly, carrying her bag in two tiny petite hands and her footsteps making no noise as her feet contacted with the pavement on the sidewalk.
"This way, and be veeeeery quiet." Peterson whispered to Diana and nodded toward a set of makeshift caves; the den of the wolves. The moon was now full and overcast by clouds as the night was silent as they tread with as much lightness to their feet as possible.
Diana looked about nervously; something about this woods gave her teh creeps. There were far too many crunchy leaves on the ground for their own good; they were bound to step on one. Though as she paused for a moment as to move about carefully, she felt the wind rush by quickly, and she turned about in a startle, and heard a soft crunch sound. Panicked, she looked down;s he had just stepped on three leaves.
She decided to stay still, hoping noting would happen, but as she looked about infront of her, she suddenly felt hot breath on the back of her neck, as she heard a snarling sound. Her body froze; she was too scared to turn around to see whatever these hideous beasts looked like, and she felt a furry paw moving upon her shoulder....
"DING DING DING! DING DING DING!"
As she got to a crosswalk still lost in her thoughts, she jumped about 3 feet in the air as the sudden familiar noise was coming from her purse, a melodic little dinging sound. She sighed in relief and looked to her pruse with a shake of her head; someone had just sent her a message.
Stopping by the gate outside the park, she took out her phone and looked to see who it was:
LIBRARY'S CLOSED; NO WORK. I'LL BE @ CLUB IF U WANNA HANG OUT, JUST COME BY TONIGHT. MAYBE GRAB A BF 4 U? ;D
~MICHELLE
"That's no good....though that does explain why pay day came yesterday instead of today." she spoke to herself quietly, her voice almost feather like and very soft. "Now what do I do....?"
She had to admit she was not the most social human being to walk the earth, but she did get along with other people for the most part, just wasn't really good friends with any of them. She did enjoy her work and was used to spending hours rearranging books, cleaning the library....it was a bit havenish, but she supposed she might as well try to be adventureous.
She turned her head towards the park, and noticed a few kids inside, looking like they were from her classes.

Alex looked down at his shirt then looked up. "Oi! What the feck do ya think your doin'?!" Alex bolted after her, his longer legs giving him the advantage. In moments he caught up with her and swept her off the ground. He hauled her over his shoulder and gave her a nice pat on the butt. "Now, say your sorry, retahd." This was a common thing between him and Jenna to quarrel like this. It was just what they did. Alex walked back to the chalk drawing and tilted his head. "And what's this supposed to be, a feckin' blob?"

Guillame watched Jenna and the boy called Alex and fumed. He couldn't stand it when a man would pick on a woman like that. He turned to Tristan and gave him an appologetic smile.
"I am sorry...I must attend to this..." His accented voice portrayed his emotions.
He strolled over to Alex and Jenna and frowned.
"Excusez-moi....would you kindly put the lady down, it is not gentlemanly to handle a woman in that nature." Guillame squinted, the sun was a little bright.
From what he could see, Guillame noticed that there were bright marks from the chalk on Alex's shirt and he smiled, his teeth glinting in the sun.
"I would appreciate it if you would monsieur." Guillame started. "Lentement s'il vous plait..." He gestured the the floor with a slight pushing motion.

"You can't do this!" Jen kicked and wiggled trying to get him to put her down, but she was really high up!... She yelped when he hit her, it actually hurt! Her blonde hair was in her face and she couldn't see much being upside down and all. She blew the hair out of her eyes and socked him in the back with all her might. "I'm not going to apologize for something I'm not sorry about." She insisted. The girl was proud of her ability to pick a side and stick with it. She dragged her blue hands across the back of his shirt. "Now let me down! You brute!" In compression to Alex Jen was actually tinny, but she liked to think she had the advantage... Even if it was only because she was more understanding than him. "Don't make me do something I'll regret!" She warned.

Alex heard a voice and turned semi-wildly, nearly cracking the other guy in the face. Without comprehending what the guy said. Actually, in all reality, it just didn't register. In one ear and out the other. "Eh? Oi, I know you, don't I? Yeah, we go to the same school, don't we? Yeah, the French guy. Whaddaya want?" Alex twirled Jenna to where she was cradled in his arms, bridal style. He began tossing her up and down out of boredom, and while he wasn't launching her into the air, there was a moment of hang time.

Guillame did his best to crack a smile at Alex though it was getting exceedingly more challenging as he watched Jenna get tossed into the air repeatedly.
"Oui, je suis un francais, yes I am the French guy....would you please set her down....gently?" Guillame asked again, this time his eyes never left Jenna. He was getting jittery and anxious, his body was tensed, ready to catch the falling Jenna if Alex actually DID drop her.
Guillame smirked when Jenna marked up Alex's clothing once again with her chalky hands. There were bright hand prints all over Alex's shirt. In reality, Guillame only wanted to take Jenna away from Alex and remove her from the potential harm she was in....he also wanted to have his fist connect rather roughly, against Alex's face but it was just fantasy. He couldn't really do that, it wouldn't be right...unless he had to.
"Elle est innocent....she's innocent, just let her go."

Alex paused mid-launch, and blinked. He looked at Jenna confused, with a look that spoke 'Is this guy for real?', then back at Frenchy. Alex then got a smart-a** idea. He hauled Jenna over his shoulder again and smacked her bottom once again. He then cracked a grin. "Neh, I don't think so. Although, you can take her from me if you can." Alex then relaxed greatly. To unexperienced fighters, they would think he was making himself ready to get hit. But those who had actually fought him knew better: relaxed muscles make for better reflexes. Then again, Alex had a handicap carrying Jenna. This would be good training for the next meeting...

Guillame's jaw muscle twitched when he put Jenna back over his shoulder. His jaw gave another twitch when he hit her backside. Did this guy have to be such an arrogant jerk? Clearly no one had taught him any better. Guillame knew that Alex was just baiting him to attack first...it was against his better judgement though, to attack someone first. It wasn't his place.
"Do you really think that just because you are plus grand it gives you the right to treat women like that?" Guillame never really grew up around people who could act like that. The people he was associated with were usually raised better, this situation would be interesting.
"Vous savez que'est ce-que Savate? You know what Savate is? C'est francais... it is the French style of martial arts....I really do not like fighting, it is not the French way but if you do not let the madameoiselle go." Guillame never liked confrontation.
