As the students filed in Ann cleared her throat for them to be silent. That was also the signal for her husband to start the fun."RAWR!" Flaming up and throwing flames towards the students he unleashed two streams of flames.
"Hi-yah!" Ann blew mist that immediately dissipated the flames on her left while her hands blasted ice from towards the other stream. A hiss and splash and both streams has been dispersed.
"Welcome to Sky High!" Warren said from behind the kids.
Ann turned to face them and smiled, "This is a prime example of what you will be working on here in your days at Sky High. You will either be placed in A Classes, where you will work on strengthening your powers, or in B Classes where you will learn to control them."
Walking towards his wife he placed a warm arm around her waist, "I'm Principal Peace and this is Vice Principal Archy. You may know us as Warren Peace With a Side of Ann Archy."
"Most of you may be new to this super power system completely, but those of you who weren't bitten by a radio-active spider--"
"--or fell into a toxic waste--"
"--will be familiar with the new system of the power placement." Ann smiled as a boy in the back rubbed a spider bite on his neck.Warren grabbed her waste a little more tightly as the Sky High insignia on the gym floor elevated a few feet. "Now we will call you one by one and request that you show us your powers--"
"--anyone who is too shy to do so may approach us and request a separate time in which to be placed,--"
"--but until then you will automatically be placed into the B Classes."
"Now without further ado..." Ann and Warren stood on either side of the insignia and each picked up clipboards and began calling names by last name first.
