Nector for the Fae [PRP]

[Bardess Ookami]

He chuckled a bit. "Can you make yourself the same size as me?" he asked. If he had to just attack her he would, he wouldn't like it, but he'd make it up to her after.

"I can do that!" she chirped. She tapped his head and... made him the same size as her.  

[Bardess Ookami]

"Ah..." was there a point to telling her that wasn't what he meant? Probably not. This worked just as well. "Sorry," he muttered, then lunged, aiming for a neat bite to the neck., He would make it as fast and painless as he could.

She squealed and zipped away from him, giggling. "I love this game!"  

[Bardess Ookami]

He blinked, startled. "What?" he asked, dumbfounded.  

[divena]

She hovered just out of his reach giggling. "You're it! You can't catch me!"  

[Bardess Ookami]

He took a deep breath then let himself smile charmingly at her. "You're flying. How fun could the game be if I have no chance of winning?"  

[divena]

She drops to the ground and giggles. "Now you can catch me! Oooh! You're shiny!"  

[Bardess Ookami]

And while she spoke he again lunged for her neck

She squeaked, but this time he managed to catch her.

Mentally apologizing to her, though she'd never hear it, he sank his fangs into her soft neck. And discovered just how accurate her name was. It was amazing, addictive almost, it was like pocky. He wanted to make her happy not just to make it up to her, but so that he would never have to put any other blood in his mouth. He forced himself to stop drinking when he had enough. He longed for more. "How... can I make you happy?" he whispered.

She blinked at him, a little dazed for a moment. Then beamed brightly. "Oh wow! You're really shiny! Did you know you're purple? And you've got a cloak! That is so... fireflies!" she squealed and bounded after the glowing bug.  

[Bardess Ookami]

He blinked, startled, then laughed despite himself. She was delightful. He bounded after her. "I'm Edric. Edric Fae," he said as he came up beside her. "And if you will allow me, I would happily live for your pleasure, my lady."

She blinked at him, as though she'd just realized he was there. "Hi Edric Edric Fae," she chirped. "I'm Nector!"  

[Bardess Ookami]

He chuckled, delighted. "So you've said, my darling." He watched to see if the words would have any impact, but he had a feeling that if they did, they would be unlike the impact they'd have on any other girl. Not that he had ever wanted to call some one else that.
