"Great...well, not great that you skipped breakfast but still, it will mean you will have a good appitite" Fester said as he gested towards one of the paths leading out of the valley "first we head home, im sure Lenore would love to meet you" he said happily, heading towards said path "Lenore is my guardian, I admit she isn't exactly hands on with me, she is a little bit scared of the way I look so affection isn't exactly huge but she means well, she does love me and was the only one who would take me in so I don't mind, it is a home, something that I really thought no one else would give me after the fae I lived with died." Fester said as he sighed, remembering back to something the fae told him as a child, he missed her so much, he shook his head to clear it "anyway we will get food off Lenore and I will take you to this beautiful clearing I found in the woods, I don't know who else knows about it but I go there when I want to relax, get away from everyone, it is really the only place I can be on my own without others annoying me or whatever."

...Ah, that explained a lot. Morri had heard others speak of "guardians", and by the context she assumed Fester meant one of the humans that had been mentioned rather than the small helper-creatures she'd seen with some of those she'd listened to. "Taking me home to meet Mom?" she asked light-heartedly between chuckles. And perhaps she wasn't entirely joking, but eh... she wasn't sure at the moment. She was sure, however, that taking Fester to meet her parents was probably a bad idea. At the very least her father would probably ask about samples, and one or more of her siblings might as well. No... that would definitely be a bad idea.
And he was willing to take her to a place that he considered a sanctuary. That he would show her what might well be his one real refuge was sort of touching, really. More so since she wasn't doing this for the sake of taking notes and actually just to really experience this whole... friendship thing. She was starting to see why people seemed so taken with the idea. "That sounds lovely... thank you, Fester."
