"Actually, I haven't really spoken to many ponies of the opposite sex; besides the children, of course. And none of them have called me pretty." Arela shuffled lightly, not wanting an awkward moment; she quickly changed the subject. "Would you like to take a walk or something? There's a lovely garden not far from here."

Arela nodded. "A friend of mine tends to it every now and then." Arela stretched her wings and smiled. "It's this way." She walked forward, hair blowing slightly in the breeze.

Lux couldn't help but smile. "Gardens are something I understand. I'm not particularly gifted at growing things, but I enjoy them nonetheless."
