i've seen cuter loli dresses.... the bows are overdone and the couture line is not good.... too hard.

i like this one better if you are going for that line Loli dress

Edit: now that i look at it closer i also notice color coordination and balance are not good, the only favorable point i can find is the sleeves of the 'jacket'
