Captain of Squad Four
Captain Hana pulled a chair from the corner and placed it infront of the cell. She sat down as she was quiet for a moment. "I am not sure when they will arrive." She sealed her zanpaktou back into it's sheath and waved her hand in the air. Hell butterflies appeared and were ready to send a message, "All captains meet at the jail at once." After hearing the message, the butterflies flew away from the same enterance that they entered. "Once they recieve the message, they will come...hopefully."
The butterflies took flight towards the captains. One flew to Siniku as it gave him the message.

Siniku chuckled, "I didn't need one I was right behind you... I don't mind this idea really... Its new... I like new... I mean things change what was right a long time ago might not apply now ya know?" he asked chuckling as he ran a finger over the Hell Butterfly's back gently, "We can't let past prejudices interfere with this. If someone can't think with a straight head then they don't need to be here."

Kira looked on, breathing heavily and recovering from creating the strong barrier. She ignored the fatigue as she walked towards the Jail after seeing Hana jump over the barrier.
Just who does she think she is? She thought with a determined expression as she hopped the barrier herself. Ignoring the guards' apologies, she pushed the heavy door aside and walked quickly inside. Finding Hana, she put her right hand down firmly on the captain's shoulder.
"We must leave before I seal the barrier," she said simply, her voice devoid of its usual friendliness.((the guards were on the barrier's inside... >< oh well. ))

Captain Hana smiled as Siniku appeared in the room. "I'm sorry. I suppose you are right captain Siniku."
She noticed a strong spiritual pressure approach the room. "Captain Kira. How do you expect to determine if the agreement is good or not if you keep the man who wishes to make the agreement away from the meeting?" Hana refused to stand up as she knew Kira was going to dispise her after this, but hopefully knew that she was fighting for the right thing.

"He has a communication stone for a reason. Let him use it." Kira said dismissively as she kept her hand clamped down on Hana's shoulder. She glanced sideways at the former espada with barely concealed dislike.
"Unless you want to be sealed in with that arrancar once the barrier's top is put in place, I suggest you leave." She was beginning to lose her patience with Captain Hana as she emphasized the last four words. First she enters her jail without permission and with her weapon in hand, then she uses the cells as if they were her own. Now she was refusing to leave.

"Did you bring the stone?" asked Deathsye with a raised brow, "I do not sense my Reitsu on your body... " he said extending his Hollow Gauntlet his palm sparking with his dark purple energy revealing a newly made stone, "Here... But you should know it is difficult for me to speak when the stone is not in contact with any of you."
"Kira... You need to let go of Hana before you do something you'll regret. Hana is only trying to be fair. Which is more then I could see about you. If the Espada is here to speak to the captains we should have the common courtesy to include him. It isn't like he can do anything against a group of Captains. Not even the strongest could." said Siniku as he was in the same room with the two.

Captain Hana brushed Kira's hand off her shoulder as she stood up and headed to the exit that she found earlier. She stopped in her tracks as she turned back at Kira, "I would like to talk to you...privately. The clinic is where I will be." The calm expression that always was worn on her face was gone. She jumped through the way seh came in and shunpoed to her clinic.

She turned away from the captain and walked toward the door. Looking at him over her left shoulder, she continued speaking. "This jail is under my authority, captain. You are not a prisoner here, but if you'd like to stay here, that can be arranged."
"You have exactly thirty seconds to come out before I seal the barrier." Her voice drifted in through the jail's open door as she turned the corner. She shunpoed over the barrier and reappeared on the other side, watching the Jail entrance with arms crossed over her chest.

Siniku was already on the other side of the barrier snickering, "Oh... You think your the authority on fair? I know what your Division does. It's my business to know. What kind of Ninja would I be if I didn't keep tabs on everyone I know? Ms. Central Intelligence." he then just laughed, "And I would like to see you try and lock me up. No one can catch me I am the Fastest in the Seireitei! Everyone's Shunpo is second to mine... Save for our beloved Captain Commander of course."

Kira ignored Siniku as he spoke, only scoffing as she turned her attention to the barrier's open top. However much of a braggart he came off as, she had to admit that he was fast.
"BakudÅ 81 - Danku"
A flat, horizontal barrier formed on top of the existing four-sided barrier. The two barriers intersected, forming a nearly-impenetrable, translucent barrier around the concrete building. The two barriers melded together, becoming one. No seam existed to pry apart.
Kira walked up to the barrier and struck it with the flat end of her zanpakutou's scabbard before disappearing with a shunpo. The barrier glowed with a faint blue hue before returning to normal. She had created a lock-and-key mechanism in the barrier, unlockable only by her zanpakutou or its scabbard. No one would be able to get in without one of the two "keys", unless they had enough strength to break through with brute force.

Siniku wasn't one to brag if he wasn't sure he could do the things he bragged about. And of the speed he was sure. As lighthearted as he seemed he was telling the truth when he said he knew a little about everyone. Those late night 'research missions' of his gather much information... and personal joy when he would catch a Female shinigami in a private moment.
Thinking of that the squad two captain snickered and had a blush on under his mask before rotating his head and his shoulders. He was going to make sure everything was good.
Deathsye himself was inside the barrier now and just sat back waiting for the Shinigami to not only decide his fate but the fate of his followers in Hueco Mundo. What they were voting on was not a small thing to the former Espada ether... Not one bit. This could be Life or Death for Deathsye, Ammut and Maia.
