Alnette grinned when she was ready, making sure he was ready to. After a moment, she lunged at him, slashing with all of her strength, but no longer attempting to deal fatal injuries, instead focusing primarily on disarming him.

Though he showed promise, the soldier was still inexperienced. He attempted to parry with his sword, but he faltered. Alnette’s sword instead connected with his wrist. There was console on his arm that short circuited upon impact with the succubus’ blade. The surge of energy severely injured the soldier and brought him to his knees. Unwilling to give up quite yet, he managed to stand back up. His entire body trembled from the electric shock that wracked his body.

Alnette frowned a bit; he seemed to be in a lot of pain, but he still stood strong. That was truly an admirable trait. She lunged at him again, but this time, instead of slashing with her blade, she reversed it, intending to strike him with the pommel and knock him unconscious. Whether she'd be able do it while he wore armor, she was unsure, but she had to try.

The soldier was too weak to defend against Alnette’s strike. He was instantly knocked unconscious by her blow. If it wasn’t for his armor, he would be dead. With one soldier defeated another stepped forth. Instead of giving Alnette any recover time, he immediately attacked her from behind. This soldier was more suited for Dragonheart’s designs.

Though Alnette tried to turn the instant she noticed the next soldier, she was unable to parry in time. As a result, she was now sporting a gash on her side, despite the tough leather of her top. "Cheap trick. You won't get away with that again."

"You belong to the Emperor. Such defiance can’t be ignored. Know your place, slave!" Every word uttered by the soldier brought a smile to Cort’s face. He was perched atop a throne, and he was eating popcorn! It was all just a spectacle for him to watch. The soldier turned to his leader and bowed. This was Alnette’s opportunity to strike back at him. Her attack only left him with minimal injuries at best.

Alnette was beginning to feel a little violent. With a loud yell, she charged towards the soldier and with a powerful slash to his chest, attempted to cut through his armor.

The soldier had no time to prepare for her wild attack. Her attack went unblocked. Alnette managed to pierce his armor. Her sword was just inches away from rendering the heart of the literal backstabber. The armor and the chain mail underneath prevented Alnette from going further. If she had anymore strength, she could kill him.

With a cruel smirk, Alnette pulled her blade back and with a powerful thrust, stabbed him. He was so much weaker than the last soldier it was amusing. "Pathetic." It was in her eyes. Of course, so long as the rest of the soldiers went down like this, she would be content.

Soldier number three tired to mimic his fallen comrade. He thrust his sword, attempting to impale Alnette from behind. He lacked the stealth of soldier number two. His attack was seen by Alnette and she promptly defended herself.

Alnette was feeling eager for more battle, especially since she didn't have to hold back. With a smirk, she slashed viciously at the soldier, attempting to finish him off quickly.

Alnette didn't have a chance to react; one moment he had been begging for mercy, and the next he had a hand laser. She had been unable to dodge and she staggered back from the blow. Eyes widening in shock, she attempted to block when he fired again, but failed. "Damn!"

With Alnette winded, the soldier took this opportunity to get himself together. He stood up and did a quick diagnostics check of his hand laser. For the moment, he was oblivious to his opponent.

Alnette took a moment to catch her breath. however, unlike last time, she wasn't feeling all that much better. She was beginning to get worried about the fight, but she wouldn't give in. No, she'd fight until she couldn't anymore.
