Crysta may have been full of cheerful spirit and energy...she may have smiled more widely and more brilliantly then most people, and she may easily have glossed over anything upsetting in her surroundings. That did not make her a nonnie-heard though. Her blue eyes blinked at Wil, and her little nose wrinkled up a bit at the obscure way she referred to her. Honestly, she wasn't sure how to respond to this very abrubt female. So instead she turned to the other three in the group....

Well..there was not much more of a difference here was there? "I'm not bickering." Crysta remarked and placed her hands on her hips. "Oh wait..I just did... Sorry..." She quickly corrected herself. It seemed like the boy's were going to go off together...so that only left her and Seyonne then? Crysta looked at the other woman and tilted her head. She had learned more in the last few minutes then she had before. So this woman was not her son after all...and she was a counselor? "If you don't share the same views as the people you work for..doesn't that make things rather difficult for you?"

She flushed a little when called out for being so childish. s**t...she couldn't help herself...she was overly opinionated and just could simply not bite her damned tongue. As the saying went; a sharp tongue would slit its own throat.

She snorted a bit, taking a moment to regain her composure before looking at Catlin with a still annoyed look. She scoffed after a moment and looked away. "Whatever," she said in a rather stiff tone. "It's not like you're the first teacher to say that kind of thing, however please refrain from saying it to fellow students regardless as to whether in school or outside." At least Wilhelmina never told teachers that what they taught was a load of crap...even when it was a bunch or mental babble that would be better said between two friends whilst they relaxed. Talking to a 'professional' was easily too stressful.

Wil didn't like the woman to say the least. First thinking the idiot needed to be changed then trying to tell him to lie and pretend to be someone he wasn't? Oh she would be a great motivational preacher.

She looked to Crysta after a moment though, almost forgetting she was even there. "When you take up a job you'll frequently be asked to do things you disagree with. Either you bite the bullet and do it or say that it's not something you're comfortable with and instead make a compromise." She walked over to Crysta and gave her a thoughtful look. "Sorry for ruining your dancing," she said, her tone much softer than when she was speaking with Seyonne. Then again, Wilhelmina would much rather see someone that was....admittedly slightly nuts but healthy and good natured rather than someone with her morals sorely....lacking.

The other teen seemed eager to get away from Seyonne but Takuma could not blame him. Crysta's idea of splitting up had not occurred to him. However it sounded pretty good since a smaller group would be better at not frightening things away.

After checking where he was sitting to make sure nothing was being left behind Takuma was ready to get back to exploring. He hefted his simple tan backpack back on and adjusted its weight. "Let's go this way." Takuma gestured in his intended direction before wandering towards it. "The trail should lead deeper into the woods." He was not certain who all were going to follow him and did not really care. Takuma was hopeful a change of scenery would help his mood improve. At least he hoped it would be more peaceful elsewhere.

"Mm." Tobias replied, following Takuma so closely that he was nearly treading on the others heels. It wasn't like he didn't enjoy Seyonne's company, it was when she was out in public and pulled on a different face that he didn't like being with her. She was a good woman with too many things laid out on her shoulders. The heterochromic eyed male hoped that she would figure things out and stop allowing herself to dance to other peoples tunes.

"Do you have any bug repellent?" He asked suddenly, eying a stray pool of stagnant water. He really didn't want to be eaten alive by bugs if they were going to be running around the woods for an unknown period of time. Knowing him he'd scratch off the bite and end up with various bloody wounds all over his unclothed flesh.

When he could tell the other boy was staying on his heels Takuma dismissed this as him personally not walking fast enough. Takuma thought he was walking at an ok pace. He tried walking a bit faster but it didn't help. This would become rather annoying if it kept up but any rate faster than this would be too tiring over the long run.

Upon hearing the request Takuma glanced backwards. "Sure, I should still have some somewhere." He gradually slowed and stopped to dig through his bag. Where was that darn can? Since Takuma had been actively searching for birds earlier he was already wearing the bug spray. Despite the biting insects not paying as much attention to him as others he still liked to ward away the few that did like him. Not knowing how long he would be out and about he had taken the spray container with him.

After some time spent fumbling around with the bag he finally found a small metal spray bottle. The spray was foul but potent. "Here, I always bring extra if I'm not sure how long I will be out." Takuma offered the bottle to Tobias waiting for him to take it.

"Thank you." Tobias said, taking the can and spraying the contents of it over every visible inch of skin after he made sure he wasn't going to end up spraying Takuma as well. Once he was done he handed the can back, the scent of the stuff not seeming to bother him. Absently he rubbed at his wrists, shaking out an ache that had settled into the joints. He felt older then he was and the feeling that he should have never gotten out of bed weighted heavily on him.

He shook his head slightly and sneezed, surprised as he hadn't felt the urge to do so creep up on him. "Pardon." He murmurs, rubbing at his nose with his wrist. He falls into an uneasy silence, not quite sure how to start up a conversation.

When the can was handed back over Takuma haphazardly put it back into his backpack and pulled some binoculars out. Since there was nothing interesting around them he carried them at his side. As Tobias rubbed at his elbows Takuma idly watched wondering just what was going on. He wanted to ask about it. Before having the chance to the sudden sneeze startled him and had made him forget what he was going to say. "Bless you." He reflexively countered.

Since the spray had been returned he continued on down the trail uncertain if they could find anything. The silence felt comfortable to him since he was used to just listening to the sounds of the forest. It was still fairly quiet since most of the noise from where they had been scared off the chattering birds. As they traveled farther the familiar chirps and rustles happened more frequently. Once they have gone a ways Takuma breaks the silence. "Do you ever go bird watching Tobias?" He glanced back curiously still not certain if going with him was simply an excuse to get away from the others or not.

"A few times, when I lived with a boy named Toma and his parents." Tobias replied, somewhat surprised that he'd answered so quickly or honestly. He disliked speaking about his various foster families. But Toma and his parents, they were special, it would be okay to speak a little about them. "We would go camping during the summer and Mr. Suhima would point out the different types of birds to us. He taught me the basics of being an outdoors man." Of course that basically boiled down to always have insect repellant, don't wipe with poison ivy or oak, and stay away from snakes. Also, never eat tinned beans if it was made by him. "Nothing too useful."
