9/10 Cute and I like the use of dark blue and green. The hat is too light for the rest of the outfit in my opinion though..

The combination between the Parasol and the Icy thingy around your neck isn't working. Maybe you could change those items for smaller items.

7/10 - The pirate patch seems a little random, and you need more blue to match your hair. I like how your shoes match the leaf though.
