darkmag07 I'm going to be casually optimistic about it. Hopefully they just update graphics, add a few new places, and keep the classics. I'd say add in an episode 5 with four new stages to explore, some new enemies, items, etc.
Nothing too drastically changed as far as gameplay goes and I'd probably enjoy it. Although I would endorse a "cool down time" based magic system instead of a points system. I never use my spells except for healing because I'm always worried I'll run out when I need it most.
in alot of ways, i agree with you. but i think if they dont update the gameplay in some way, then it will just get stale quickly. dont get me wrong, i love pso. but i've been playing it for like 8 years already! its gonna need a few changes to keep my attention. i know that in an attempt to make a faster game, they made psu and that didnt really satisfy every pso player with its PA skills and stupid a** story line. but if they keep the same art style and just pick up the pace of pso, i think things could be looking up for this one. All we can do is hope they dont drop the ball.

All we can do is hope they dont drop the ball. i honestly think they got it right with PSZero, i mean they let you pic your race, your class, they let you customize your character, plus they had a good cinematic storyline, all they would really need to do is keep what they did in Zero and improve the graphics and add some more choices, like making beastmen and whatnot, that would make it perfect

I agree. Zero was pretty good. I didn't mind the open ended plot in the original, it was nice to not be bogged down so much with storyline in normal gameplay and to be able to just get through levels. Having quests for the main story (give or take the recorded disks in level) was a good alternative. I'm all for epic cutscenes though.
But improved graphics, preferably moving away from this western style outfitting, and again a time reload based magic system would make the game great.

I doubt it will be free. The only reason Zero was free was because the DS generally has no costs for online play. Nintendo doesn't charge you to create an account and use the web like Microsoft does with the 360 or most good MMO games.

sweet, i bet its gonna be coming out around the same time as the next ace attorney game, it seems next years E3 will be great as well. I bet its probably going to come out on multiple systems as well, except for PS3, because PS3 can't have games xd . But it would be awesome freakin epic for people who have gamecube and PC versions to be able to transfer data to the newer game.
