Ari recieved Asoko's glare. 'uhhh...I dont do well with girls...uhhh as for the plan...uuhhh...I can try to see if it is your brother?' looks unsure of himself at the thought. 'That is if you are willing to let me..try.' he gulps.

"Oh, really? Would you? That would be so great. Then Asoko and I can think up a plan of what to do after. But you have to promise that if you need us, you will howl like you have never howled before. We..well, i'll come running at least. I promise. I'll heal you if you need it, and even fight if with you, if totally necessary."

he gulps, 'uuhhh. ok....I will need to get just a little closer...' he starts to move down into the cave. ' oh..I need a mental picture of him...to see if it is your brother...' He looks into Kallas past to get a picture of her brother. 'ok..I think I got one that is clear enough to make a observation...and off i go.'
he walks of getting closer to the living-not living being. I think i am getting closer to it. He reaches out with his mind to see if he is going the right direction. I am as he confirms himself.
He reaches the living-notliving being. closer and closer he gets...drawing nearer and nearer...he reaches out with his mind, trying to keep the being calm as he grows closer to it.
he reaches his mind out to kalla, the farthest he has ever reached out before. Kalla....quick....think....your brother!! It is very fuzzy as he says this to her.

She tries to picture her brother. It was hard to remember him because she had not seen him in so long. However, she did get a good mental image. 'Keep going Ari.' She whispered to herself.

"Ari? Kalla? Sokie?" Akela called. (Mind the nickname, Rini?) Argh, I shouldn't have listened to the voice, she thought.
They're here, foolish cub. Look around you.
Foolish cub? Kiki was hardly a cub. I resent that! she said in her head to the voice, but she did as she was told and looked around. But there's nothing here! she told the voice.
Fool! Do you know nothing of your power? Don't use your eyes, it retorted, as if it were the most obvious thing in the world.
Well then, what am I supposed to look with? Kiki shot back. She was getting more frustrated by the minute. As she did, a white glow filled the air around her.
Push it out! Push it out! the voice said. Akela pushed out with the glow, reaching with its tendrils all around the waterfall, and suddenly she was traveling inside her own mind. She was suspended inside a floating white bubble, exploring the whole area by the waterfall. The bubble guided her to the secret cave, where she saw her friends. Suddenly the vision was broken.
Do you see now? That is where they are, said the voice.
Thank you! she told it, and hurried off toward the cave, her violet eyes wreathed in a glow of the same color.

Asoko was worried when she saw Kalla mumbling to herself, but then she realized that she was talking to Ari. "What is he saying? Has he found Kenji?" Asoko asked, referring to Kalla's brother. Asoko felt an urge to run towards Ari, but she didn't know why. It was like something inside of her was telling her to... her heart? Her sole? Asoko couldn't figure it out. But she was sad. She was sad that Ari was risking his life for Kenji, Kalla and Asoko. She was worried for Ari. They had been friends since cubhood. Just about as long as her and Kalla. Asoko couldn't stop worrying about Ari. It just wouldn't leave her alone.

Ari replies to Kalla, still fuzzy. 'I...try...get...closer...' Ari slowly creeps up on the living-notliving being.
Living-notliving being says in a scratchy voice 'who is dere? I may not see ye but I can hear ye!' Ari replies to the being 'My friends and i were teleported here by a crystal. I have come to ahead to scout. But keep in mind I am in contact with them at all times.'
Ari keeps his distance from the being then asks 'are you related to anyone named Kalla?' ari sits down to await for the beings answer. Ari connects to Kalla's Mind so that she can hear for herself what the being will reply.
The being replies with this 'I cannot remember! I have never had a family!'
Ari is still connected to Kalla, and he askes her ' Please move... to...Kalla...Asoko...also.'

Kiki finally pulled herself into the cave. She'd had a much harder time with it, seeing as she hadn't been BLAM!ed into it as the others had. ( rofl xd ) Panting, she collapsed onto the floor. "Hey, Kalla. Hey, Sokie," she said, her breathing ragged and labored. "Where's Ari?" For she suddenly remembered that Ari had not been with the others in her virtual journey to the caves.

Ari's senses a new presence in the cave...Somehow he knew who it is. he asks Kalla 'who is there?' He also asks Asoko, 'who is here? who just arrived?'

Asoko heard Ari's voice asking who had just entered the cave, and just then, she saw KiKi, another friend of hers, enter the opening in the cave. Asoko sighed with relief as she heard Ari's voice, sort of. At least he was o.k. She tried to answer him, it was wierd though. She had never tried to use telepathy before, though this really didn't count because she was answering his question. 'It's just KiKi. She found us here. Don't worry about it though, just keep in contact with Kenji, if it's really him...'

Answering Asoko's question he says 'oh ok....try... keep in...ouch' he had said that from a distance, making it sound like he was on a cell phone at a long distance. "oh...Asoko...can move...to me...bring kik...'

Asoko had a hard time hearing Ari's voice, but she tried to understand what he was saying. "O.kay, I think Ari said it's o.k. to follow. So let's go Kalla, and you can come too KiKi," Asoko said as she began to walk forward into the cave, hoping against hope that Aricouqu was going to be o.k.

while sitting Ari askes the Living-notliving being 'what are you? what is your name?'
The being replies with 'I am not anything! I dont have a name!'
Ari 'I see...what would you like to be called? Is there a name that you would to be called?'

Asoko urged Kalla and KiKi along and tried to persaude them that she had heard Ari tell them to come. She was growing impatiant because she wanted to find Kenji for Kalla to end her pain(and she wanted to see Aricouqu very badly!

Ari continues to ask the Being questions. 'what do you call yourself.'
The being replies to ari's question without any hesitation 'My name is for me to know and you to never find out!'
'I'm sorry. I am just trying to be friendly.' Ari continues to wait for the others to come up to him.
