Balance of powers as an example 2 locked swords, they wielders have to put the same amount of strength into it to keep the swords locked in a stable position, if one wielder exerts a greater amount his sword will push the other back making the lock unstable and falls apart. In other words 2 opposeing forces have to be in balance or the system will colapse destroying it.

The killer of kings is revolution, or old age. But in King Henry the 8th's case an extreme case of gaut.

The best way to control your subjects is to ge gracious as a ruler keeping thier intersets above you own keeping them happy.
