-Jill had been casting some major spells on Thatchel to calm his body, and when Luncdai came in with the mixture, she softly took it from her and bent Ivery's head up and made him swallow it, which immediately caused the blood to stop and the fever to drop to a 102*F temperature instead of 106-108. Jill's body also began to calm as Ivery's did, and she smiled as she felt relatively ok again. She walked over to Luncdai and bowed to her-
Thank you so much for your help. I knew this was going to require more than one experienced person, and I'm glad it was you. Ivery knew he wasn't going to last minutes after he left the others, and he didn't want the people closest to him besides Ivory to see him like this, as the others would just worry. I don't know if both of us will survive, but this will help a lot. If you wish you can return to whatever you were doing, or you can stay and help if you care to since he is fairly stable, but I beg of you to keep this amongst the three of us unless someone either senses he's withering. He wants as little people as possible to remember him like this if he does die.
-She looked back over to the two lovers and smiled softly-
Never thought in my wildest dreams that Ivery would accomplish so much...and even become a god in the process...
-Thatchel slept a little more soundly, and his mind and spirit tapped into Ivory's and in the dream he held her close in his arms in a meadow-
I'm sorry my love...for all of this...I never wanted to drag anyone into my horrible problem...especially someone as wonderful as you...
-Thatchel held her tight as a soft wind blew through the meadow scene-

Lincdai looked at Thatchel and the girl, her heart aching for her. She was young, and was in terrible danger. Thatchel made her feel safe, and she loved him deeply. "...My loyalties lay with Alinese, and she would want me to help him. I will stay, and help as much as I can."
Ivory stood in the meadow with him, resting her head on his chest as the breeze came. "Please....Please, don't leave me...." She held him close, feeling a warmth deep within her as it boiled to the surface.

Lincdai nodded and sat on a chair, her tail flicking.
Ivory began to cry, her tears hitting the grass softly. Why couldn't she help him? Why couldn't she be like Alinese, and be able to control this sort of thing?

-Jill softly sat at th base of the bed and looked at the couple, and noticed the tears in real life coming from Ivory's eyes-
Such a wonderful couple they are...only a few hours old and I know they should last forever...
-Ivery held her tighter and nuzzled her softly, wishing he could do something as well-
I'm so sorry I'm putting you through all of this my love...I'm so sorry...

((Eh...that sounds far to easy...I kind of want thatchel to be in a coma for a little while...I guess it could work, but only after an extended period of time working on him if that's ok, because I planned for him to be fine after about a week in the guild's time without her powers.))

Ivory heard Thatchel's heartbeat, and it soothed her. As long as it continued to beat, she knew he was alive. "I love you, Thatchel."

-Thatchel held Ivory tight as he raised her head and kissed her deeply and passionately-
I love you to my darling Ivory...
-Jill began to feel dizzy and passed out and fell across both Ivory's and Ivery's legs, vanishing back into Ivery for the time being-
-Etheeal appeared with Megan in the corner of the room and looked at Ivery and Ivory and gave a look of concern. He then looked to Luncdai and smiled-
So you are watching over him for the time being...you and Jill?

-Ethereal walked over to the bedside, Megan at his side. He softly brought his hand town, but as soon as his hand touched Ivery's hand, a shock leaped from Ivery to Ethereal's, which made him recoil-
Damn...well, I found out what I needed to know...

-Ethereal looked at his hand that had scorched his hand at a crippling level, but his hand slowly began to drop as ash onto the floor, and then a new hand slowly appeared in it's place and he curled his fingers gently and smiled-
In order to take a soul to the afterlife, I need to use the hand of death to draw the soul out of the body. That shock was not from Ivery or his love...it was from the fates themselves. His is nowhere near over, as long as he is taken care of.
-He softly turned and kissed Megan's cheek-
Thatchel will be fine, but it will take a while.

Megan shook her head. "No. Look at her shoulder." She pointed to Ivory's shoulder as a mark began to form on it. It looked like an eight-pointed star with a sword going through it. "What....What is it...?"

-Ethereal saw the mark and smiled with a brilliant light to his face-
I do believe we must break Thatchel's wishes and tell Alinese of this immediately.
-Ethereal thought it might be a mark of a healer divine healer, but wasn't sure when it came to god-lore. He brought Megan close and smiled at Luncdai-
We will be back with Alinese. We shan't be long.
