The next morning, Axel woke up with a hurting back and neck. He groaned, rolling over so he was laying flat on the ground. He stretched out a bit before sitting up tiredly. He looked around hazily before looking at his phone. He read the text from Demyx before running a hand down his face to try and wake himself up. He stood up, wobbling a bit. "Dem... Rox..," he mumbled before turning around and walking out of the woods, dialing Demyx's number. He stumbled out into the city, now beginning to wake up a bit. He walked slowly down the streets, still not completely awake. He was completely vulnerable. His guard was down one-hundred percent.

It was about 8 in the morning and most the creatures of the night had crawled back into their holes for the day, except for one. This particular creature had just finished everything it needed done and was going to get himself some breakfast before retiring to his dark hole. "******** me" it cursed looking down at his wallet. It was empty which meant he was broke as far as food money came. He needed all the money he earned tonight for the rent. His blue eyes moved up from the wallet spotting the half asleep red head. Damn, he was hot, not to mention he looked out of it. Maybe he could convince the guy to buy him breakfast if he said he was homeless or if he paid for it.... another way. "Hey cutie, you look like you could use a little morning pick-me-up. I'll do anything you want if you buy me breakfast" he called out to the red walking up to him. His royal blue eyes sparkling with hope as he brush some of his long, curly, pink hair back off his shoulders. Marluxia had quite the charming smile on.

Axel looked up at the pink-haired whore and blinked. He stood and thought for a moment, mind beginning to wake up. He then looked back at him with a soft smile. "Alright. I'll buy you breakfast. I'm a little hungry myself... We won't be able to eat much, though. I spent all but ten bucks on my boyfriend's first night at work. Sadly, it only got me three hours of him not having to get ******** by other guys, but he needed a nap before work..." He sighed softly, running a hand through his hair. "I'm not gonna have sex with you or anything. Just come with me to McDonald's or something and we'll get something to eat." He gestured for the man to follow him with a smile on his lips. "What's your name anyway? You're quite gorgeous, so it has to be a pretty damn good name," he questioned and commented as they walked.

Marluxia smiled even bigger seeing as he was just offered breakfast free of charge. That was enough to make his week, maybe even his month! "Thank you, you are very kind. My name is Marluxia, you can call me Marly though. I'm sorry to hear about your boyfriend. Terrible city we live in.. you know seeing as he half the citizens that live here do something illegal." Marluxia said starting to walk beside him. He had to admit the guy was down right sexy. The guy that got him to commit must have been hella fine because the red head honestly didn't seem like the commitment type. At least he was good hearted.

Axel smiled back at Marluxia. "It's not a problem, really. I'm Axel. You can call me any form of the name. It is a terrible city... I wish he could have gotten farther than this place. I wish he could have gotten to a nicer, safer place. I would honestly rather that that happened than him meeting me. I'm not exactly the greatest person for him to be with." He sighed softly as they walked through the doors of a small McDonald's. "Go ahead and pick whatever you want as long as it's under seven bucks. I'm just gettin' some fries. Maybe an apple pie."

"Well maybe you can be the one that helps him get one city over. He is a runaway anyway right? So why don't you help him run away to the next city or world. I mean nothing too bad can be keeping him here if he just got here right?" Marluxia asked as they walked into the McDonald's. "Umm, I think I want a sausage biscuit. That is under seven bucks," Marluxia pointed out before turning to the cash register to order. He was so hungry right now, he couldn't wait to eat.

Axel smiled a bit. "Yeah... I'd like that..," he said softly. He then chuckled at Marluxia's hastiness. "Hungry are we? I'll have a large fry and an apple pie, please," he told the cashier before handing her the ten. He then got his change and receipt before walking over to a table with Marluxia. "Ya know, one day I wanna get him away from here. First, though, I have to buy him out of the business. Plus, I have to get my friend out, too. Five-thousand for my friend--he had it once, but...it was taken...--, probably seven for my boyfriend... Since he's new and young and he just lost his virginity two days ago... I now happily have it." He smiled to himself. "He's so gorgeous. I think I'm in love with him, and I've only known him for...well...two days... Not even two days... Since two nights ago. The night before last..." He sighed softly, the smile still on his lips. "He's so cute."

Marluxia smiled a little at Axel as he joined him at a table. "That is a lot of money, but I think you will get there eventually. You seem extremely determined to get that goal so don't worry."Marluxia said softly before starting to eat. This is all was good conversation. Love always attached his interest even though he had only been in love twice. "Hey you said that your boyfriend and friend were whores... they wouldn't happen to be blond would they?" Marluxia asked feeling like he just had get it out of the way. There was probably like a chance of one to a trillion that it was right but he had to check just to be sure. He didn't want to be caught up in that mess again.

Axel smiled at him. "Yeah. I am determined. I'll get them both out of that hellhole even if that means I take their place and do twice the work. I don't care." He sighed softly, then looked up at Marluxia questionably. "Yeah... They are blond. You wouldn't happen to know anything about Leon's business, would you?" he asked in a quiet tone. "You know anyone in there or anything..?"

Marluxia make a face hearing that they were blond and about Leon. Dammit, he just couldn't escape him. It was like there was a bit sign over his head that said 'please direct me to Leon, aka the scumbag'. Marly sighed before looking up at Axel setting his food down. "Yeah, I know about Leon. I know him pretty damn well. I thought I could escape him but I guessed I would have to face him eventually. Now, being eventually... " Marluxia said before wrapping up his food, it didn't look like he was going to get to eat it now. "Come on, I'll tell you on the way there," Marluxia informed him as he stood up and started off for the whorehouse he knew all to well.

Axel nodded and stood with him, walking out of the building. As they walked down the sidewalk, he looked over at the man. "So, Mar--you don't mind that, right?--What exactly is your story with the guy? I'm guessing you worked for him. Just a guess, though," he guessed, thinking about the situation. "I'm also taking just...just a wild guess that he's a complete a*****e."

Marluxia frowned before shaking his head. "No, I never worked for him in his whore house. I almost did, but I signed off before I was hooked in... My friends weren't so lucky. That dirty bag hired them on and well of course I would visit them, and well me and Leon had a thing for a while. Then he got my friend killed and my other one hooked on drugs, and well that was the end of anything we had together, of course, being the player, he was asked me if I wanted to join his whoring business and I told him to ******** off. And well now I am the one that got away from him. You see Leon says you can pay your way out with enough money, but as soon as you get the money he ask for me or has you taken care of whether it's getting you hooked on a costly substances or really killed." Marluxia explained hurrying down the street as fast as he could. The redhead's friend was really lucky that he didn't get a chance to tell Leon he had the money to pay off his debt. He must have had a guardian angel watching over him.

Axel was hurrying with him, listening to his whole conversation. "...********!" he yelled at himself, slapping his own forehead. "That's why... Goddamnit, Zexion, you were saving him..," he whispered. "And all the s**t we put you through... ********, I'm a terrible best friend..." As they were rushing towards the building, Axel pulled out his phone and quickly and typed in a message sending it to his former best friend.
You saved him. Thank you. I'm so sorry.

Marluxia looked back at Axel. "What are you talking about? What's wrong?" Marluxia asked not understanding what he was going on about seeing as he had ever met Demyx or Zexion therefore knew nothing about their drama even if he knew the reason behind the drama.
Zexion looked over at his phone on the coffee table from the kitchen. He was drinking coffee trying to wake up for work. "Who is texting me this early in the morning?"Zexion asked himself before moving over to his phone. He picked in up reading over the text carefully. At first he didn't understand, but then he realized what Axel meant... "You told you... Please tell me Demyx doesn't know... it would crush his hopes of escape..." Zexion sent the text before sitting down on his couch taking back. ********, ********, ********, why did it have to be like this. Why couldn't it go on like it was. Sure he was unhappy, but that didn't matter. Sure, Demyx hated him, but Zexion was just happy he was safe. How did Axel even find out? He didn't tell anyone. Leon wouldn't have told anyone.

My friend Demyx...the one I'm trying to get out along with my boyfriend...his ex took his escape money and made up a story about starting a new band with it so Demyx wouldn't try and get the money back... Zexion must have found out and... Hold on..." He read the text. Then replied. A guy named Marluxia I met on the street. He knows Leon's whole deal. Dem doesn't know. I swear. He sent it before continuing. "Uh... Oh, he must have found out and taken the money to save him. God, and we beat the s**t out of him and turned our backs on him for something we couldn't do to help Dem... God, I owe him so much. Goddamnit, he loves Dem so much... He'd do anything to save him, even if it meant losing him and all of his friends for the rest of his life... He must be so miserable..."
