If I was her I would have chosen Hotohori. He is the best and he is so gorgeous. He has to be the sweetest guy on there always taking care of her even though she loves someone else.

If I was myself, but in Miaka's position in that I was the priestess? I'd have gone for a certain monk.
If I was precisely in Miaka's position (15, going into high school, etc) I'd have told them all to leave me the hell alone so we could get the stupid quest done. Then I'd wait ten years and THEN go after the monk.

Dark moonflower i would of chose Nuriko if he wasn't gay or something like that To reply to this...I must warn that this is a complete SPOILER. So...highlight, if you wish to read. Nuriko actually turned straight in the second half of the series. He even confessed that he had feelings for Miaka, though he never directly told Miaka herself. Plus, he started dressing more manly. The only reason he cross-dressed, in the first place, was in honor of his deceased sister.

for me it would me eather Tasuki and Hotohori,i would most likey choose hotohori he is so charming and cute and gentle, God i love him!

Well I must say I'm a huge Hotohori fangirl, so the choice for me is pretty obvious...
But, if I were in Miaka's shoes, with no knowledge of who the characters were, I think it'd be easy to fall in love with any of them. Being an obssessive fan, I've read through good fanfiction where she gets paired off with just about everyone except Mitsukake, Chichiri or Chiriko... (and then because of the lack of those fics, I thought of some sweatdrop ) It makes sense to me in every way that Miaka could fall in love with all of her warriors. They protect her and love her, too.

I think that I would have chosen Tamahome..
1) Hotohori was in love with Miaka without even knowing her.
2) Miaka was pretty obsessed with Tama-baby heart and her love for him still lasted through the time when he was drugged up and not himself crying
3) Due to past experience, I would have personally gotten really competitive with Yui and declared him mine. domokun xp 3nodding xd
