Anika Nadia Twisted this feeling walked out of shape So tired of revealing the moves that I make
And I know, yes I know, but is this real? And I know, yes I know, but is this real?
Feeling inconstant could drive me insane Flesh to blood to bone to love Twisted...
And I know, yes I know, but is this real? And I know, yes I know, but is this real? ▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄ © "My master..." she said thoughtfully, as though she were trying to work out how to say what she was thinking. "He would not respond. I was told to leave and collect information for the database. But when I went back to the compound, I was not admitted beyond the border. They said my master was sleeping, and wanted me to leave." She looked to him, but stopped holding back her hand. She was good at following orders. It was, literally, her entire life. She wasn't sure what to do without being told what to do. "I know not of his name. Pardon me for this." She said in a semi monotone voice as her eyes scanned around her. When all of a sudden, she felt a hand on her shoulder, she slowly turned her head to look back at the man who had bought her a drink. "Hello sir." She said as he smiled at her, but then glared at Dominic. "Hey little miss, why don't you come with me. I have something to show you..." He grinned and laughed. At first Anika was going to go with him, but something, an inner signal told her not to. She shook her head no and then looked back to the man who was questioning her. "I do not follow orders from those who are not my master. Please, remove your hand from my shoulder." She said in a plain voice. Meaning she was done messing around and having what others would call 'fun'. When the man refused to remove his hand, she quickly spun around and brought her leg up in a thrust. The man doubled over, and she watched him without saying a word as he sputtered swear words incoherently. "The next time, I will not go easy on you." She looked back to the man with the light hair and smiled once more to him. "And what is the reason of which you ask of me about my master?" She said as the tender himself neared them, leaning over the counter to listen to her. Obviously interested. What confused her, was the fact that she couldn't communicate how she had been taught to with others. With the electrical impulses. She fidgeted, feeling uncomfortable. ©▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄

Sorry▽ It didn't take long for him to understand, though it was obvious that she probably didn't, could it be that her master died? "I see. . ." he muttered, his voice suddenly distant. He snapped back to reality when he heard a male's voice. He looked up to see a stranger with his hand on Anika's shoulder. His intentions were rather clear in his thoughts, Dominic prepared to stand up and intervene when Anika easily took care of the situation. His gaze shifted towards the man swearing on the floor. Sitting back again, he held back his chuckle and looked at AniKa. At least she had some sense.
Should he bother trying to answer her question? No, that would give a little too much out about him. "Forget it." How did someone create her? Why? It took a moment for him to notice that she was fidgeting. His gaze softened slightly. "What is it?" His demeanor slowly shifted. Though he just saw what she was capable of doing to the unfortunate and unsuspecting victim on the floor- he didn't plan to bother her so he figured he didn't have to have his guard up around her. Dominic's bright eyes relaxed, looking more friendly then guarded and agitated. ▼_______________________________________________________________ Alone at last, we can sit and fight. She was unsure of how to word it, and the fact that the man leaning over the counter was paying pretty close attention to them made her aggitated. Not in an angry sense, but as if she needed to leave. She just didn't feel right. "My senses are computing a... disturbance. Aggitation. Nervousness," she said as though from a program. She snapped out of it though, as soon as she had said it, and then looked away, her pink curly pig-tails bouncing when she moved her head to the side. "You think I am what non artificial beings call those who are different. Something weird and abnormal, yes?" She looked to him, a puzzled and confused look on her face. It wasn't her fault. She had never chosen whether or not she had wanted to be in the world. She never chose anything. Her being there had everything to do with the will of her creator and master. But now, things were different. She looked at it as, she needed to find out as much as she could about non artificial intelligence, and learn how to live like them. That way, she could hide herself easily. "I have a... proposition to make with you." She said to the man in front of her, making sure to look him straight into the eyes. "I need to learn... how to hide myself. I need to become assimilated within other non artificial beings. If you help me... i'll help you with whatever you need. I will... show you the compound if you wish to destroy the others." Her face was serious, and her pink, round eyes showed nothing but the truth. She was willing to do anything, to be accepted. And she knew, somehow that he might be the right person to show her. ©▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄

He laughed, "I've never met anyone like you. But who exactly am I to judge?" he asked with a simple shrug of his shoulders. She seemed puzzled, as though she was trying to figure something out. Her words caught a spark of interest from him and he quickly became serious again. "I'm listening." And he was, his eyes met hers when she looked at him. Listening to what she had to say, Dominic sat back. Lifting a hand to his face, he rubbed his jaw slowly. "Interesting deal." He couldn't do anything without the higher- ups telling him to go ahead and do so. If he told them, they would interfer and probably do something stupid as much humans did. "You want to learn how to hide yourself and in return, you'll show me the compound where the other's are." He muttered, thinking over his options. She was serious, her expression made that clear. "You want me to show you how to 'blend' in then."
Why ask him though? What he really needed to worry about now was feeding, then this. He could call them and explain what was going on. But then again, he knew that they would screw everything up. He had no need to destroy the others like Anika unless given a good reason to. It wasn't his job to anyway. Pushing himself away from the stool, he ran a hand through his hair. Dominic sighed softly before looking towards Anika. It should be too hard to squeeze her into his schedule. "Agreed." How hard could it be to teach her how to live like everyone else? Dominic just hoped that he wouldn't have to look after Anika all the time, that could be troublesome. ▼_______________________________________________________________ Alone at last, we can sit and fight. Nothing too hard to do. "Thank you. I am most grateful for your help." She said quietly. Her attention was then diverted to the tender who was practically leaning over the counter to listen into their conversation. Something that made her fidget again. "I will leave now," she said as her eyes glared into the tender, who then threw himself back, a frown on his face as he watched the girl. She didn't need an electrical impulse to know that he was disgusted by her. Of all the people that knew her and who met her, those who found out, often were freaked out or troubled by what she was. Glancing back to the man who agreed to help her, she began to make her way out of the club, the music still reeling in her ears. Her walk was smooth, graceful even as she swung her arms by her sides and made her way out of the club, sliding past people with an unnatural ease. Only once did she look back. And then she was off, pushing the door open and flung herself into the coldness, the weather turning bad quickly. Where to? She didn't know. But she needed to get out of that enviornment. It was blocking her receptors and making it so it was hard to do much of anything. ©▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄

Nyla insisted. As they neared the club, she began observing her surroundings. First off, looking at the people around her. She really didn't belong in a place like this, and it showed. She couldn't stop the giggle that escaped as a stranger became angry with the male she was with, '. . . Carry me!' she demanded, and the man did so. She noticed the glance that an older woman gave Giovani and rose an eyebrow. Then again, this was his world and she was just a guest. Her eyes narrowed at a male as he put out the butt of a cigarette uunder steel toed boots. Another catch? Who the hell did he think he was- She shook her head slightly, why lose her temper over this creep?
What they were saying did start to catch her attention. His genes scaring girls off? It almost sounded like the Italian cliche, leaders of the mafia. The Sopranos all over again. She brushed it off quickly. Giovani calmly repremanded the man, trying to keep him quiet. When the man started talking about her, she didn't bother trying to hide her irritated expression. 'That girl, I can tell, she needs to feed Gio. . . Might want to reconsider your choices with the woman. She might drain you dry. . . more ways than one.' Nyla was grateful when Giovani set her down. She wasn't the type to give attitude normally, but hell, might as well try to fit in. At least in a place like this, she could show whatever emotion she wanted. She watched as Giovani went to strike the man but seemed to think better of it. As he strode over to her again, her cold gaze met the man who had been dumb enough to speak, "Excuse me, I'm having trouble comprehending. When did you become the expert on my needs?" She asked, her voice taking on a hard tone. Her gentle face was a little hostile for someone as delicate as she was. She waved a dismissive hand. "Losers like you- really, nothing but worthless. If you learned to give respect, maybe you'd get some." she commented nonchantly. Not thinking about what she what she was saying. Her anger was in control. Maybe you wouldn't be living like lowly common street rats. Nyla thought bitterly but didn't say it aloud.
Giving a slightly devious grin, she gave another flick of her hand and a jagged shard of ice suddenly flew towards him. It landed a few inches from the man's forehead before melting and turning into water at his feet. 'A close one' would have been an understatement. Had she really wanted to kill him, she could have. But she wasn't a murderer so she wouldn't bother. Why get her hands dirty anyway? Besides, shouldn't murders be done in the dark secluded alley ways? Ha, those movies were getting to her brain again. Allowing Giovani to put his arm around her waist, finding some comfort into being near someone like him. Especially when she was entering a world that she was an alien in. Without a another look back, she entered the club. Music and people dancing greeted her along with the smell of alcohol. Making sure to take a good look around to become familiar with the place, she barely paid any attention to a few people watching her. She didn't belong here, and they knew that. ❥ ❧ Tell me, would you kill to prove you're right? ▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▄▀▄▀ ❝ 𝕾ilence 𝖎s 𝕲olden ❞

It didn't bother Giovani. It was a probability that he had nearly killed those people once or twice before. Which sadly, didn't even phase him. It was so common in a place like this... Looking down to Nyla he smirked and brought a hand to cup her cheek before leaning in and whispering in her ear over the music. "Nice job. I bet he pissed his pants." Leaning back he gently let his lips press to her cheek before leaning back and standing up straight, his arm slightly pulling her in closer in a protective manner. Looking over to the bar, Giovani led Nyla through a small crowd and then looked to the bartender who smiled and clapped his hands at the sight of Giovani. "Gio my man! Where the hell have you been? And might I ask who the beatufiul woman you have accompanying you is?" Gio chuckled and motioned to Nyla. "Nyla, this is Skid, Skid, Nyla. Now... how about my keys and a few butterballs?" Skid nodded his head and grinned to the both of them. Obviously a kind man, who you really, on any other day of the week, never picture him working in such a shaddy place as the bar. Skid walked over to a small safe and then did a combination, blocking people's eyes with his body. Within a few moments, he produced a small silver key and tossed it to Gio, who caught it effortlessly. "I'll be in there," he said as he winked to Skid, who nodded and gave a thumbs up to him. Pushing men aside, Gio made sure there was room for Nyla to walk, and led her to a set of stairs that read above it, 'Employees only', but disregarding the sign, he began to whistle a tune as he motioned for Nyla to take the stairs before him. Keeping his eyes on the other men around, as a instinct more than anything, he looked to Nyla out of the corner of his eyes and leaned in close to her again. Smelling of leather and old spice, his scent lingered around him as he pointed up the stairs before them. "First door on the left doll."

The people here, they were scared of Giovani. That had to be it. Why else would they immediately look away from them like that? And surely they weren't scared of her. She posed no threat- yet. Her gaze shifted towards Giovani as he cupped her cheek. She managed not to blush as he leaned in. A small smirk appeared over her lips. "Thank you. I think he did." There was a devious look on her eyes as she said it. The horns were pushing her halo out of the way, metaphorically speaking. Her face did flush slightly as Giovani pressed his lips to her cheek. Nyla didn't protest as he pulled her closer. She felt safe around him, which was saying a lot. She was usually scared of males, especially men like Giovani. Though he didn't seem as bad as she thought.
Allowing herself to be led through a crowd, she noticed exactly where they were heading to. Looking at the bartender, she managed a small smile. Nyla didn't sense anything bad about him, soon her smile turned warmer. "Pleasure [to meet you]." Again, she followed after Giovani as he moved through the crowd. The music still blared through her ears, a nice beat. She and Robin would have been dancing by now had she been there. Oh Lord, her sister would die of she heard about this. Glancing at the sign, she didn't bother to point out that it said 'Employees Only' but he knew this place better then she. Obviously it wasn't a problem. Moving up the stairs ahead of Giovani, she was already removing her jacket. Her dark eyes shifted around the others around her. Pure instinct, besides, she was paranoid in a place like this. With Giovani closer to her, she immediately felt safe and relaxed again. Amusing since he was just a human. His scent reached her nose, making her want to inhale more but she refrained.
"Got it." She said, moving up the stairs soundlessly, she found herself before the door he had pointed out. Opening it, she glanced around. It wasn't home but she wouldn't complain. She wasn't stuck in the blizzard outside that- Oh wait. She stopped and listened, ignoring the music downstairs she heard the howling of the storm. "Just in time." she muttered, throwing her jacket onto the back of a chair in the corner of the room. ❥ ❧ Tell me, would you kill to prove you're right? ▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▄▀▄▀ ❝ 𝕾ilence 𝖎s 𝕲olden ❞

The key in his hand, after hearing the wind howling outside, he involuntarily shivered and locked the door behind him so that people wouldn't be able to get in. He didn't want to wig Nyla out... it was just that he liked his privacy. And one girl that he was going to act normal around was certainly enough for him. He turned around and looked at the room. It was just how he had left it. A Large lazyboy couch on one side of the wall that actually pulled out into a full sized bed. Complete with sheets. Next to the bed, he had expertly gone ahead and taken one of the beer crates from downstairs which he then used to hold a few blankets for when he decided to crash. In his arms, Gio held three large jugs, all brimming with an ember colored liquid. No doubt the butterballs. He grinned as he looked at the jugs, almost like they were old friends. Taking one of them, he set it down on a small coffe table in front of the couch, and the rest he walked over to a small pint sized mini fridge and shoved them in. "I know it's not a suite in a luxury hotel, but i'll try and make it good for you," he said as he shrugged. He didn't mean for it to be an innuendo, and when he realized how it must have sounded, he brought a hand up to his face and sighed. "Nevermind," he muttered, somewhat embarassed. Looking around, he could barely see anything, and walked back over to the door, flipping on the light. When he did, the room was finally illuminated to see confederate flags on the walls. His face went ashen white... he had completely forgotten about that. About being inducted was a skinhead. He forgot that he had put things up on the wall. Sighing, he just looked away. She would be able to figure out that he was a racist, neo-nazi b*****d. And if she wanted to leave, he certainly wouldn't stop her. Walking over to the couch, he sat down and reached forward, grabbing a small tv remote and turned on a 21 inch plasma tv, which he had rightfully stolen.

Alright, nothing to worry about. She relaxed, she trusted him. She could right? That was one of the cons about her, she trusted people too quickly. He probably just liked privacy, she couldn't blame him for that. And crap, she should have brought a book, she didn't even think that she may get stuck in a storm. Though, Nyla knew that she'd probably bore the s**t out of Gio. She just wasn't like the girls he would pay attention to. She watched him hold three large jugs before looking around the room again. Comfortable enough. Hearing him talk, she looked towards him and chuckled. "Forget it, it's alright." she said coolly, obviously not minding. She knew that he meant nothing by it. Besides, he kind of seemed embarassed. While he couldn't see anything, she could see just enough with her eyesight.
Better then any humans could ever be. She already saw the flags on the walls even without the light. Turning it on just made her see better. Nyla didn't seem all that bothered. Many years of being around people, this wasn't a problem to her anymore. Besides, if she left, where would she go? She knew no one here. She had no money. Oh and as if that wasn't enough, the jerks outside were eying her. She watched Giovani move towards the couch and flick on the t.v. She didn't comment. Nyla was nervous and anxious, with a right to be so. She hated closed in places. A bird in a cage. There was no relaxing yet. She still heard the faint sound of music and people beneath them but the television blocked out most of the music.
Feeling too nervous to actually sit still, she just paced the room. Pacing by a mirror on the wall, something changed. Her reflection, it didn't look like her. And Nyla had forgotten to steer clear of mirrors. Her 'reflection' looked older, her hair was longer, a darker black. She had horns on her head. Immediately, her gaze lifted and she stepped away from the mirror. Stupid, she should have checked for mirrors first. Ah, he was paying attention to the television- not her. Maybe he didn't notice. ❥ ❧ Tell me, would you kill to prove you're right? ▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▄▀▄▀ ❝ 𝕾ilence 𝖎s 𝕲olden ❞

And at first, he didn't look at her, but merely watched the news. But when he did, something caught his attention. In the mirror, she looked different. Horns... not to mention she looked like a woman more so than before. At first, he figured it was a play on imagination and looked down to the alcoholic beverage he was downing away in the jug. But he could hold at least two gallons of alcohol before losing himself, and there was no way that he was even close to having finished one gallon yet. Looking at her, he opened his mouth to say something, but in the end just closed it. "Part demon or something?" He asked as he returned his gaze to the tv. Nyla seemed like a pretty cool chick, and he didn't want to freak himself out and have a panic attack. He didn't want her to know about his shitty life and all of the ******** up things that happened in his past. So he bit his tongue and looked over to her after she had moved away from the mirror, a bit thankful for that. Returning his view back to the tv, he then realized what was on top of it. A semi small manilla envelope. Having not realized that it was there, he should have smacked himself. He always had to be aware of his surroundings and who he was with. At ALL, times. No matter what. Because of the things he had done, places he's been... it was a wonder that no one had tried to kill him in a kind of surprise attack yet. Sighing, he stood up and then made his way over to the tv. Picking up the envelope, he slowly opened it and slid out pictures. They were of him of course. His head shaved to an extremely short crew cut. Smiling with another guy, his arm draped around the other man. They looked more than a like... more like brothers. They had similar faces and matching sun kissed skin. With a pair of matching leather jackets and doc martens, the two of them were practically identical. The only thing was that you could tell Gio was the younger one, the top of the biohazard tattoo sticking up from the wife beater he wore under the leather jacket. Sighing, he slid the picture back into the envelope and looked to the name and the date. 'He had been here,' he thought to himself as he looked around. His brother... before his death. What had sent Gio away in the first place. He had ran. He was the coward. Shoving the envelope behind the tv, he walked back over to the couch, his face hardened slightly as he lifted the cap off of the jug he had out and downed in impressive gulp.

XXXXXXX 𝕹𝖞𝖑𝖆 ⊹ 𝕽𝖎𝖐𝖐𝖆 ⊹ 𝕷𝖊𝖙𝖔 I'm always screaming my lungs out Till my head starts spinning. Playing my songs is the way I cope with life. Won't keep my voice down. Know the words I speak are the thoughts I think out loud.
I like to keep things honest. I'm a safe bet like your life's staked on it. For real. I'd hate to keep you all wondering. I'm constant like the seasons, and I will never be forgotten man.
Let's leave no words unspoken And save regrets for the broken. Will you even look back when you think of me? ▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▄▀▄▀ •°o.O O.o°• Love me without fear, Trust me without wondering, Love me without restrictions, Want me without demand . . .Except me for who i am. . . ¨°o.O O.o°¨
▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▄▀▄▀ ❧ Tell me, would you kill to save a life? ❥ "Yes, I know." she replied, not turning to face him. She couldn't sit down right now. Just too nervous to. His question caught her attention, she shifted her gaze now. Focusing it on Giovani. "Observant." she commented. "Yeah, vampire and demon." she said simply. Wondering what his reaction would be like. Nyla didn't know him well, but it seemed like he was hiding something. Though she wouldn't ask, it wasn't really of her concern but curiousity had her in it's clutches. Her eyes followed Giovani as he stood up and grabbed a manilla envelope. Even she hadn't noticed it. What was inside? she wondered. Watching silently as Giovani pulled out some pictures, she observed his reaction. She couldn't see them and wasn't going to try to. Actually, her telepathy helped. Since Gio was viewing the pictures, they were registered in his brain. She saw them just like that. Nyla rose an eyebrow before looking away. Who had been here? That guy kinda looked related to him. From the corner of her eyes, she saw Giovani slide the pictures back into the envelope and set it behind the television again. His expression had hardened as he moved back towards the couch. "Something wrong?" she asked softly. Nyla had stopped pacing, she stood still now. Watching Giovani with obvious curiousity. She knew he was hiding things. She knew that his past probably belonged into some kind of movie, that was what she assumed. The way people treated him, the way others just looked away. Folding her arms over her chest, she looked towards the television. The news was just going on and on about things irrelevant to her. Weather, no s**t. We're having a blizzad, I never noticed! Politics. Bore, who the freak cared? Murders. Same everyday news that bored or bothered her. She looked towards the mini fridge. Was there anything to eat in there? Yes, being that she was a demon she could eat human food. Did she want to? Not really, she could eat it. But she couldn't taste it. It didn't give her the same strength and energy that. . . that blood did. Moving towards her jacket, she stuffed her hand into one of the pockets and brought out her iphone. Untwisting the head phones, she put only one in her ears so she could hear. Turning a song on, she turned the volume up slightly. Just a little below blasting. She had two missed calls and a few texts. Wait, back up. Why did her brother text her? Reading the text over, she rose and eyebrow and snorted. Her slender fingers flew over the keys as she texted him back. He just wanted to know if she was out of the storm. Unlike him to worry or care, what was up with him? Probably nothing, he had his moments of decency. Didn't make her any less scared of him. She got to texting the others who had tried to contact her before slipping the phone into her back pocket. The song still going. Man its a hot one. 'Like seven inches from the midday sun. I hear you whisper and the words melt everyone. But you stay so cool.' ❥ ❧ Tell me, would you kill to prove you're right? ▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▄▀▄▀ ❝ 𝕾ilence 𝖎s 𝕲olden ❞

She would have been the first person for him to actually tell. No one had known. No one until he had gone to a correctional facility. But when they had asked, he simply denied anything in the death of his brother. It really hadn't been his fault... but he hadn't been able to kill the ******** before the took a knife to hi brother and gutted him like a fish right before his eyes. Before all of that, and that fateful night near the bar, Giovani and his brother had been inseperable. They went everywhere together and did everything together. Lord knows to most people they would have seemed identical, or as if they were together in a relationship, they had been that close. Gio was lost in memories when he heard the boots. It was the distinctive ring that caught his attention. He threw his head to the side right before a loud banging sounded. "Open the ******** door GIO!" A girl screamed. Gio sighed and put his head in his hands. Not now. This was totally not what he needed. Amy, his psychotic ex girlfriend. Oh how he wished he hadn't of been such a man whore when he was younger. "OPEN THE DOOR GIO! Skid told me you were here! NOW OPEN UP!" The girl screamed while pounding on the door. Giovani stood up and took his time getting over to the door before sipping the key into the door and turning it slightly. Blocking the doorway with his body, he loomed above the girl standing before him. Had Amy not been such a mental b***h with all intensive purposes to kill, maim and then ********, Gio would have found her rather adorable. She had pouty pink lips and large blue eyes that were practically luminescent from them being so large. "What do you want Amy?" Amy merely squealed and jumped up, wrapping her heavily tattooed arms around him and pressing her shaved head against his chest. Gently, Gio reached up and grabbed her arms from around his neck and pulled her off of him. "Wh-what is it baby? Didn't you miss me? I sure as hell missed you.. C'mon, get out of those pants, I want to show you how much I've missed you." That was until she noticed his hair. Looking up at him, her jaw nearly dropped to the floor. "What the ******** is that Gio? Are you kidding me? Are you a freaking sharp now?" Gio sighed and ran a hand thrugh his hair. He so didn't want to deal with this. "Look, Amy, i'm done with all of that, and i'm done with you. We had a good time, but it's over. So please, get out of here. Let your hair grow and get out of those ridiculously oversized boots. You look like a damn doll gone G.I. Joe." Amy sputtere and then reared back, lashing out and smacked him across the face hard. Gio's head spun to the side with the sound of the loud pop and his gaze turned steely. Amy smiled at this reaction and giggled. "Come on... now that's the Gio I know. Full of all that hatred and anger, and lust... Come on. Just let me," Amy lowered her hands to his belt and looked to him before he let one of his hands push hers away. "Get out of here Amy. I mean it."

XXXXXXX 𝕹𝖞𝖑𝖆 ⊹ 𝕽𝖎𝖐𝖐𝖆 ⊹ 𝕷𝖊𝖙𝖔 ________________________________________________________________ She lives in a fairy tale. Somewhere too far for us to find. Forgotten the taste and smell. Of the world that she's left behind. It's all about the exposure, the lens, I told her. The angles were all wrong now. She's ripping wings off of butterflies. Keep your feet on the ground, When your head's in the clouds. Well, go get your shovel. And we'll dig a deep hole. To bury the castle, bury the castle. Go get your shovel. And we'll dig a deep hole. To bury the castle, bury the castle. _______________________________________________________________ _______________________________________________________________ 𝕺𝕺𝕮 - ❝ . . . ❞↘ All my complaints shrink to nothing. I'm ashamed of all my somethings. ▶ ▷ It had seemed like Giovani had planned to tell her exactly what was wrong. His hesitation confirmed that something was in fact going on and Nyla was prepared to listen and maybe help him if possible. The sound of boots outside brought them both out of their thoughts. The sound of a female banging and screaming on the door made Nyla jump, her eyes turned bright and wide. She was obviously startled and confused. Because her ears were rather sensitive, she cringed each time the girl outside continued screaming. Damn it, shut up! Nyla wanted to scream, she thought it nonetheless. She watched as Giovani stood up and approached the door, blocking the doorway with his body. Nyla couldn't really see what the girl looked like but Giovani's thoughts provided her with what she couldn't see. The girl seemed rather insane if you asked Nyla.
The confusion in the girl's eyes never went away as she watched the other girl, Amy, throw her heavily tattooed arms around Gio only for him to brush her off like a fly. Immediately, the girl started to ask what was wrong. The way she spoke made Nyla scowl, it made her sick to be exact. Good thing she hadn't fed yet. She almost snickered at how blunt Giovani was but managed to keep silent. She had moved to the couch and sat down. The television was still droning on. The sound of skin hitting skin made Nyla more alert. She didn't know Giovani well, but she had no issues with him. He had been really kind to her after she had spilled his beverage over him like some klutz. Frowning, she took a deep breath. It wasn't her fight. The girl's reaction hit hard, it was like this was all a game to her.
Time seemed to freeze for Nyla. And the next moment, she didn't appear the same. Her hair had grown and turned pitch black. Horns appeared on her head; brown, long and sharp. She was wearing a kimono, not the mini skirt and sort of old- fashioned top she had been before. Her eyes were alert but serious. The gentleness of them was gone. She suddenly looked older, maybe a year older then Giovani. Three colorful little butterflies flew around her. One landed on her outstretched hand. Graceful but dangerous. That was usually how it was wasn't it. Animals were always rather graceful but dangerous. Nyla stood up, her black hair cascaded over her shoulders slowly. She moved towards the door slowly, standing behind Giovani, a few inches away. "I do believe that Giovani told you to get lost." she said coolly. But her voice was musical and husky. No longer the sweet and shy tone she had before.
At least now Giovani knew that he had not been seeing things earlier. It was the real deal. This was her true form, though it would have been hard to attend a school like this so she used a little trick to give herself a teenage looking body. Though whenever she changed forms, so did her demeanor. Her expression and gaze were still observant and calm, but there was something predatory about her. She didn't intend to start any trouble, that wasn't her scene. But at the moment, anyone who bothered Giovani had to get through Nyla first. ◀ ◁ ↗ She's good for one day of comfort, only because she has suffered. ___________________________
Well, if it's not real You can't hold it in your hand You can't feel it with your heart And I won't believe it But if it's true You can see it with your eyes Oh, even in the dark.

The kind where if people weren't careful, they'd get hurt. Hearing Nyla backing him up, he turned and looked to her, his body moving to the side so that the two girls could finally see each other. He was practically breathless. Nyla was breathtaking... and he almot wasn't able to tear his eyes away from her. But when he did, and when he looked back to Amy, it was as if she were trying to kill him with her glare. Giovani looked at her and crossed his muscular arms over his broad chest and then with a jerk of his arm, pointed to the stairs. "Leave, or so help me god, I will ******** drag you and throw you the ******** out of the bar. And Skid will personally make sure to keep you out. You got that you creepy a** b***h?!" He sneered at her, and Amy nearly gasped out in surprise. "What did you just call me?" Giovani leaned in and smiled. "A creepuy, a**, b***h. Now get the hell out of my face. I'm getting tired of you." Looking back at Nyla, he grinned and slipped his arm around her waist. Then he slwoly turned his head to look back at Amy. "Got the point? I like her... not you!" Amy looked about ready to cry, but Giovani wasn't stupid. They were simply tears of an alligator. Completely fake. Nothing to them. She just wanted to get to Gio, and he wasn't about to let her. Taking a step back and moving Nyla with him, he wrenched the door back and the shoved it closed, slamming it in Amy's face. Sure, he had been a complete a*****e, but that was what got him his name on the streets. He was the baddest mother ******** around, and no b***h like Amy was going to win him over. Nyla on the other hand, in that kimono looked absolutely delicious. He grinned deviously and then relocked the door and turned to Nyla. "You didn't need to do that you know," he said, as his temper began to slide back into it's now normal state."
