I used the other half of my banana from yesterday. Im- agine my surprise when realize that they turn to mush when left inside a bag for 24 hours. When I was halfwa- y to school, I realized I had forgotten my peanut butter, and my stomach made sure I would regret that. I noti- ced that while eating my turkey burger, I got stuffed at three bites, and then got really hungry after that. I spe- nt the next hour and a half after lunch walking and run- ning the dogs at the SPCA next to my college. One r- eally, REALLY wanted to eat my jacket! He kept jum- ping up to my collar to get where the hood was laying. I ended up with very few calories for dinner, and decid- ed upon a salmon fillet (keta, because I'm not a fan of sockeye) with lemon juice, parsley, rosemary, and a small amount of "butter". I can't believe I didn't eat any vegetables at all today... How is that even possible? I need to buy some from the store tomorrow, or else it might become a habit... _____________________________________________

Today was terrible. I never got out to the store, and di- dn't even enjoy my 1 hour DVD. I stayed inside all day and felt like crap while my doctor went psycho and my brother continued getting worse. I don't know how mu- ch more of this world I can take. It's a long story, but today was really stressful. I find comfort in chocolate, but I still somehow managed to not overdo it. Probably because I got sick, to be honest. But I got too much sugar and fat today with very little nutrients. _____________________________________________

All out of vegetables today, so I had to get a package of spinach from the freezer. It took me about an hour and a half to cook dinner, and yet it only took me about 15 minutes to eat it. =/ I plan on going to the produce shop tomorrow and stocking up for the week, then going down to the grocery store and picking up a bott- le of fat-free Italian dressing and some other low-cal marinade. I have a new brand of turkey dogs, though I won't be able to try them until Saturday. ;_; Also, I have a small one-serving carton of vanilla bean ice cre- am that I can't eat until Sunday. And I enjoyed the DVD, but I would have preferred a walk today. =( _____________________________________________

Well, definitely overdid it with the calories today, which is odd, because I was out all day. I bought more than enough vegetables today, as well as the fat free Italian dressing from Wishbone, only 15 calories per serving. Getting closer to the 50% carbs, 25% protein, and 25% fat ideal calorie breakdown, but I'm still not there yet. Also borrowed a 10-minute fitness DVD from a friend, though I'm not expecting much from it... _____________________________________________

Munkers Cinnamon cheerios sound amazing and like an awesome way to kick a sweet craving. I think I might put that on the grocery list for this weekend. Oh yeah, it's my favorite sweet cereal. ^^ I picked it up when I realized that the All-Bran Bran Buds I love were $5 at the nearby store, and I refuse to pay that. =/
Cinnamon Burst Cheerios has a very sweet and light cinnamon flavoring. It has a very good fiber content (5g), a whole lot of vitamins and minerals, and only 110 calories per 1 cup serving. Here's the Nutrition Label. It's not overly sweet, though. It is really the best variation since Honey Nut, and even surpasses it. Have you ever tried eating a cinnamon stick and the first taste is absolutely delicious, before you get that woody taste from the bark? Cinnamon Burst Cheerios has the delicious, non-woody flavor.

I'm a HUGE fan of cinnamon and cinnamon-sugar flavored things. We had cinnamon bun flavored granola bars awhile back that were awesome and cinnamon pita chips are nice too.
I've done my own baked cinnamon chips in the past that turned out really well. I should make some more of those. whee

I should make some more of those. whee So am I, though good snacks containing cinnamon flavouring are few and far between. sad Cinnamon pita chips always sound great, like cinnamon apple chips. ^^
