At the marketplace, its got like a advertisement to it. I really don't like the idea, I don't want to sell my items ;O;

I agree with what most people said. Like it being pointless of bulk items to sell in one. I feel that most people are not going to buy these "outfits." I was skimming through pages of them and they were kinda gonk I don't think it'll be easy to sell. razz

I liked the idea when I first heard about it months ago. I assumed that we'd just be selling "recipes" for how to make outfits.
When I heard that I'd have to sell my items along with the outfit "recipe" I was like, "Oh hell naw."
Though I won't use it, I think it's a nice feature for those who need it. There are tons of multi-millionaires out there who can't make a decent outfit for the life of them. It simplifies things for them. They won't have to host a tektek contest, won't have to pay winners, won't have to hope that people make decent tekteks, won't have to then search out and gather all the necessary items... They can just search through a catalog of ready-made outfits and instantly have all the items they need in order to make it.
... Granted, they'll have to sift through a ton of crap to find anything decent... but hey... it's like searching through the avatar arenas. xD Well, no, worse. I swear there are more horrible avatars in the outfits marketplace than in the Avi Arenas. > <
People are requesting a search or rating feature in the feedback thread. Hopefully something is incorporated that will help users find outfits that they'd actually like.

I actually think the outfit market place is a good idea.
Though I think it would be wise to incorporate tags and a search function. And a rating system oh god.
It looks like all the n00bs from the avatar arenas have started submitting their outfits...

I think they should add a price range filter as well. So if you're looking for something you're not finding things that you can't afford or that are really cheap.

I like the idea
I think it is a good opportunity to help new people
if people like us make cheep gold only, outfits stick them in there for what we bought them for + a little profit; I think they could sell easily and help new people be better dressed
good event idea ya? ^
I mean I could make a few >10k outfits that look pretty good

Wouldn't it be interesting if the outfit marketplace and the avatar arena were put together?
When you enter your avatar in the arena you have the option to put it up for sale as well and pick the price.
Think about how much the top 10 could sell their avatars for.

ive used it a bit, mostly to get rid of one OK item (a duplicate) with some junk thrown in as freebies basically. ive also used it to buy whole outfits of haloween items at an OK discount. not great, but enought that ill sell in OCT and make some moolah
