Here is My harry Potter Fanfic, It is composed of all make up charectors because it is easyer for me to write when i how no bonderary, It takes place in Katie 6th year but there are alot of flashback...I am dieing to get feedback so pick it apart and tell me what u think! Oh and one more thing, its not finished yet it is gonna to be a short book when i am done with it!(Hopefully!!)



It was a hot summer day and Katie was lying in her bed, yet again thinking about the guy that had rejected her. His name was Markus Alexander; he was tall, and very handsome with his brown hair and bright blue eyes. She was just drifting off to sleep when she heard someone yelling up the stairs for her.
“Katie! Katie! Are you asleep again? Well wake-up! You have to vacuum and do the dishes when we are gone, and you had better not break anything. And whatever you do, DO NOT steal any of my food!” Said the voice. But it wasn’t until she head the door slam that she realized that is was her mom talking to her.
” Well I guess I better get started if I ever want to get done,” Said Katie. If only I could use magic, she thought to herself, it would be so much easier. Katie would have to wait just a couple more days to use magic; a couple more days and she would be able to see her friends again. You see Katie is a witch. I know what you are thinking right now, and old lady dressed all in black with gray hair and a long nose with moles on it. But that is not the case, that is just how muggles want to see witches, as insane old ladies. You see Katie goes to Hogworts School of witchcraft and wizardry, which happens to be one of the best wizardry schools there is.


When Katie finished her cleaning, she went back to her room to because she had some last minute homework to do. I was hard to concentrate on her school when she had so many other things on her mind. When Katie finished her essay for Professor Binns on the Giant wars, she made sure that all her stuff was packed. “There, all done,” said Katie. But no longer did she say that did her mom call up the stairs for her again. “Get down here and get some food now, because we are having company tonight and you are to stay in your room and keep quiet. I will not have you wrecking my dinner.” “Yes Lourie,” said Katie said to her mother as she took out the bread and started to make a Ham-n-cheese sandwhitch. Kaite ddint realy want to eat right then but she know that she prolly want it later. All she really wanted was to get away from that house, to get back to the wizarding world where she belonged, but katie had to wait for someone to pick her up. the next day she got aletter from Professor Mcgonagull.
Dear Ms. Rove,
I have sent u this owl to inform you that this year Mrs.Alexander will be picking you upat your house to get the stuff you need for school.She has kindly oftered to let you stay at her house for the remainer of the summer if you wish.I believe you know her son,murkus. She will be arriving Autgust 20, at 5 P.M.

also inculed is a list of new books you will need this year.

kaite was stunned, could not be;ieve it, she and mark had had a rocky passed. She was in love with him but hedidnt feel the same about her; he just consider her a good friend. They used to be best friends, infact; but that was before everything changed. Katie and mark hadnt talked in almost a year. AS hard as she tryed she couldnt help the memery fom coming...she flashed back to last year;It had just so happened that kaites birthday and fallen on the first hogmeade weekends of the year. Mark had planed to take katie out and celabrite her brithday.It was going to be mark, katie and adam(Katies other best friend). Kaite had always loved going to hogmeade;esipcally with mark. It was going to be a prefect day; and she needed it too, beccuase the start of term hadnt gone so well. "What is it that you want for your brithday this year?"Asked Mark. Katie replyed, "I am going to spend the whole with may 2 bestfriends; I'm good." "ok then, keeep your secrects. I will just have to pick something then." Mark said smileing.


Everything was all set until adam got sick the before and had to go the hositle wing. "just go without me," Said Adam. "Go have fun and dont feel guilty. I will be fine."
"Are U sure? Your not just saying that?" Asked Mark.
"Yea I'm sure," Said adam.
"Well is there anything you would like us to pick-up for u?" Katie asked knowing what he would say.
"Umm...You could get me some Butterbeer and some sugar quils." Adam replyed.
"I thought so," Commended katie.
"Dinner started 15 minutes ago katie so we should prolly go if we want to eat." Mark told her.
"Yea, I guess so." katie said still looking at adam. She didnt beleive that adam was exsurely sick, she know that he was pretending because he know that katie wanted more then Markus's friendship. He know of kaites real feelings for Mark even though She had said anything to him before, and with a day all to them self it had a good chance.
When they got to hogmeade the next day they went to zinco's Joke shop first to get adams quils, walked around for a bit and then went to the 3 Broom sticks for some butterbeer. When they got there they picked a table in the coner.
"I can't wait any longer, " Said Mark. "Here open your present."


"Oh mark, I love it! Exclaimed katie. It was a picture of Katie and Marks Parents; they werent older there a couple months when the picture was taken. It was a picture of katies real parents, Jenny and Alec, not the muggles she lives with.
Katie reached over and gave Mark a big Hug and then realized who close they were. Her heart started to race with markus brushed her stawberry blonde hair out of her face. When he kissed her it was like that world had stopedand nothing esle mattered. But that didnt last for very long, she snapped bacl into reality when she heard him say in broken sentnces, "look I....I mean this wasnt...You and me wouldnt ever...I am so sorry if i hurt you."
And that was the last Katie had talked to mark; as of adam, he felt responible for what happened, said sorry sevrel times but it just wasnt the same. The friendship of Katie markus and adam; was over.
Katie got up and looked at the picture that mark had given her and then looked at her watch. "Wait a minute, it says its the 20th today. Oh my gosh! That mean Mrs. alexander will be here in an hour. This cant be happening." Katiw put the picture in her and finiashed getting ready. Lourie and David were out so she went dwon stairs to wait. At exactly 5:00 Kaite heard a loud pop and then saw Mrs.Alexander, she had appearated.
She was all dressed-up in muggles clothes; she was waering a light blue top with jagged sleves and Green pants.


"Hello mrs. Alexander," Katie said. "How are you today?"
"I am well. thank you; but please call me Mandy." Mrs.Alexander replyed.
"Thanks for inviting me Mrs. Alex--err...Mandy." Katie said stummbleing over her words.
"You were alway such a polite girl; well i surrpose we best get going. Are you all packed?" Mandy asked.
"Yeap, all ready." Relpy katie, she didnt know why Mrs.Alexander wanted her at her house but anything had to be better the here.
"Ok, lets be on our way then." Mandy said.
"How are we getting to your house?" asked Katie.
"well, since you arent able to apparte yet and i dont care for the night bus to muh i figured we can use Flo powder. Not the most classy way to arrive, but i a, afraid tyhat it is the best i can do." She had said this in a way that made Katie think that she was embrassed about haveing to travle by by Flo Powder.
"That will be just fine...I have to travle by Flo Powder alot." Katie said trying to make Mrs.Alexander fell better.
"Very well then, we have a bit of a walk before we reach a house thats is connected to the flo Powder network. Mr.Charles has kindly allowed us to use his chemny." But before Katie even had to the change to ask who Mr. Charles was Mrs.Alexander had started to explain. "Mr.Charles is a friend of my husand; he is quite a odd fellow tho. He lives in this neighborhood because he thought that it would be cool to try to live as a muggle for 6 Months. H is on his 6th month now and will be returning to the wizarding world in a couple weeks. Althought i dont think he quite gets the hang of how Muggles dress."
Katie thought this was quite amusing considering the way that Mrs. Alexander had dressed herself. she reminded


Katie of a cloud. A cloud hovering over a green Pasture. "Mr.Charles wont be home today but he has kindly lift his door open for us." She Added. "I must warn you tho he isnt very neat."
When they walk in Katie realized he she was right, the place was a mess. After looking around for a couple minutes they found they fire place and Mrs.Alexander told katie to grap a handful of Flo Powder and she said, "Number 24, Varrock Drive." Then the green flames came and took her away.
"Katie, U will be staying in the guest room, I will have markus show u where it is." Mandy said to Katie. "SueZan, do u know where Markus is?"SueZan is Markus' twin sister, she is in Ravinclaw.
"I think Mark said that he was going to go play quidditch with one if his friends. Oh yea and i was surposed to tell you that he will be late for dinner." Said SueZan.
I wonder why he left when he know we were haveing company...Well, he will just have eat a cold supper then." Said Mandy to noone is particular.
"Well, I think i remember where the guest room is; I can find it myself."Said Katie trying to ease the tention.
"Here Katie I well help you with your trunk."Added SueZan. So they went up the dimly lit staircase, to the end of the hall. "This is the guest room now, it used to be my room but we switched it." Said SueZan.
"Thanks SueZan." Said Katie.
"Please call me Zan; Here, why dont you let me help you unpack. I bet this hard for you, you could sue a friend." She Replyed.
"Sure," Said Katie, "It will be nice not to be alone for once." So Katie opened her trunk but she forget that she put the picture on top. But before Katie


could hide them Zan had the pick them up and started looking at them. She only had 2 picture with her, the Mark had given her and one of her mark and adam together.
Then looking at the Zan said while looking at the picture of them of babys, "You still love him, dont you? And dont lie to me I can see it in your eyes."
"Yea i guess...." Katie said in a weak voice, with tear in her eyes.
Then Zan whiched to picture with Adam in it and said,"He hasn't forget about you, you know...Adam tryed to send you an owl so many times;but he still feels responible for what happened."
"You've talked to adam resently?"Asked Katie. "Yea writes me sometimes. He asks about you alot; and Mark, about how you are doing and stuff." answared Zan.
"And he isnt the only that still thinks about you. I know its none of my busseness or anythin' but there is still hope for you and Mark."
"No, I think the last of the hope deid off a while ago." Replyed Katie.
"Why do you think my mom invited you over? Markus has been miserable ever since the start of the holidays. He doesnt have O.W.L.'s to take his mind off of you anymore. My mom thinks that if you spent some time together you Will work things out." Zan said.
"I was wondering if that had anything to do with it." Katie said not surprized at all.
"Yea, that did; but also the fact is that my mom has always realy liked you." Added Zan.
"Katie know that Zan was only trying to help but Katie had had enough; She just wanted to be alone for awhile. Her mind was racing;

So many thought and emotions that she thought her head was gonna explode. Zan must have picked this up because she soon heard Zan saying,
"Well, I will leave you be. Its has been a long day; maybe you'll want to go to bed early. Tommarow we are going to london to get our supplys for school. See-ya in the mourning."
This is exactly what Katie wanted to do. Clear her head and go to bed early. "Yea, thanks for the help unpacking." Katie said.
"Anytime," She replyed. "laters."
But when katie's head finally did hit her pellow she found that she wasnt at all tired.She just lied there for about four hours; everything that happened in the past few days kept flashing before her eyes, She kept seeing marks face. Finally when every thing started to slow down she drafted off to a very uneasy sleep.
"You should prolly get up now Katie, We're elaving in an hour." Sheheard someone say. "Come on, get-up my mom made breakfast." Then somebody shook her and Katie opened her eyes and saw Zan as she contined to talk. "Oh, just as a warning, you might want to get dresses cuz markus is down there. Just thought you should know, I will be waiting in my room for you."
Katie couldnt figure out why Zan was being so nice to her; She had been over to Mark's house before and they barely said 2 words to each other. "There am i presentable? I put my hair in a ponytail and I aint doing anything esle unless you say Dominic Monaghan stairs." Katie said knowing that zan wouldnt know what she was talking about. Katie was right Zan got a Puzzled look on her face and Katie knew what she was gonna ask.
"Who is dominic Moohan?"
Katie Started laughing, "Its 'Monaghan' and he is only the hottest guy in the muggle world!"
"I will ahve to meet this dominic then." Said Zan.
"Yea, I have always wanted to meet him to." Said katie.
"Huh? You mean that you have never Met him before?" Asked Zan
"Nope," Explained Katie. "He's an actor."
"OooOoH," Said Zan. "That explains it; well, sortof."
"Katie, Zan, If your going to eat come get it now because we are leaving in 45 minutes." Called Mrs. Alexander from down stairs.
When Katie and and Zan got down stairs for Breakfest Mark was alrealy at the table. "I hope you like punkin tarts Katie," Said Mrs. Alexander. I only make then a couple time a year and i thought u could use a good breakfest. If you would prefer something esle i can surely make it for you."
"No thank you, I love punkin tarts! I dont get them very often though, living with muggles." Katie Stated.
"Yes, I thought you would like them mark told me there were your faverite." Mrs. Alexander said.
"Mother!?!" exclaimed Mark. "Why are you doing this, Just stay out of my buzness!"
Katie was quite startled by this and made her jump. More then anything she wanted to cry; She hadnt seen Markus in how long and was acting like this. Althought it didnt surprize Katie, Mark alway had a bit of a fast temper.


"Mandy is it ok if i bring my tarts to my room? I....Aah, um....I need to finish getting ready." Katie said knowing her excuse wasnt beliveable.
Mrs. Alexander answared, "You dont have to leave on account of Mark's rudeness; Why dont you sit down have a nice breakfest and then finish getting ready. If your not ready in time no big deal, I am in no hurry. As for you young Man," She said shifting her attetion to markus. "You are grounded for the rest of the week; I will not have such rudeness in my house."
"Mom that is not fair, Zan says mean things about me all the time and never gets grounded for it." Protested Mark.
"Well, she hasnt been rude to our guest; In fact, Zan even helped Katie unpack. And lets try to be more civil, ok? Or esle you get grounded for the rest of the summer."Mrs. Alexander told Markus; But he didnt reply he just went quitely up to his room. "Sorry about that, He is a good kid, he is just a little tired." Said Mrs. Alexander in a manner that lead Katie to belive that she was talking to her selfher then anyone esle.
"Ya right, Then he must be titerd all the time." Said Zan in a low voice so her mother couldnt hear her.
"Thank you Mrs. Alexander," Said Katie when he was finished forget to call her Mandy. "They were very good."
"You are very welcome katie; Now, lets get dressed so we can go get your school books. Oh, and SueZan, will you make sure Markus is ready?"

Katie, Mark and Zan, I want you to stay together and we will meet at the Three broom sticks for was lunch around 1:00.
"Well, this wasa nice summer, but i sure am looking forward to term starting again." Said Zan.
"Yea, me too." Mumbled Mark sacastitcty.
No one realy talked much after that, that is until the ran into someone unexpected when Katie was looking at new robes. Mark was across the store pretending to look at mens Dress robes; But what he was realy doing was achting Katie from t he coner of his eye.
"What did u think of this one?" Katie asked Zan jokeingly holding up some hideous color green robes.
"Wow! I wonder who exactly would wear this!" Said Zan laughing.
Katie started laughing too. It felt good to smile, to laugh again. Althought it was weird all this Zan she was spending wth Zan when they had never really had a real convosation before this summer; but he smile didnt last long.
"Wow, Zan I didnt exsecpt to see you here today." Then Zan who was separated from Katie only by a couple racks of robes, turned around and realized who it was.
"Adam!"
Adam must have clearly not seen Katie and Mark because much to Katies surprize he said, "You dont look too happy tp see me, What the Matter? U didnt return my owl, I got worried."
"I'm sorry that I didnt realy to ur owl....Its just that we have had company and havent had much time to write back. Have you heard who is staying with us?" Zan said trying to play it cool but really things werent all cool. She didnt know what to say.
Adam didnt say anything but just just looked kind of puzzled. Zan continued; She told Adam to look behind him and saw Katie. Katie was trying to listin to there convosation without being obvious about it. When Katie meet eye-contact with Adam he said, "Katie...Um, So you have been spending the summer at the Alexanders? That must be really hard for you...I have been keeping in touch with Zan over the summer but she say anything about this...."
Katies eyes started to form tears; But by then Adam had come over to comfort Katie. "Katie, look; I am sorry that i havent talked to you in this long. I never should have let it go this far; but dont worry, I wouldnt ever do that again. Do u think you could ever forgive me? This is really timeing I know, with this and the news about your dad."
Then Katie replyed, "I dont know what you are talking about, but frankly I dont care.I havent talked to Laurie and Thomas since I left for the Alexander's, wahtever he did or is doing is no concern of mine."
Then it was dead silence and Zan and Adam just Stared at the ground trying not to make eyecontact. Then Mark walked over and without even looked at adam said, "We should go, Its almost one,"
"Ok Mark, we'll be right there." Zan said very iratated with Mark; Although she tryed hard not to let it show but she lost her temper when Mark had said, "Now Zan! We have to go or we well be late and Mom well be mad."
"Come on Katie, Mark does have a point, we dont want my mom to get mad. Adam I guess I'll talk to you at school." Zan, said as she grapped Katie's arm and started walking. When they left the store Mark sped up and walk ahead of them.
"Zan, what was Adam talking about? Did he mean..."
Katie didnt really know her real father, but she had a picture of him and her mom that Adam's parents had given her once. Adam's Father know Katies real parents; not the muggles she lives with; so had Mark's parents.

I like HArry/Hermione and I don't care who knows!! I'm rebellious! I know it's probably never going to happen, but I love it anyway!! I also like Andromeda/Ted, Draco/Ginny, and Remus/Tonks. I write all of them!! I love them!
