The split second she had been behind the bookshelf sent her into flashbacks of the library dominoes fiasco, and Perseus was glad that it had ended in a largely different fashion. "Pleasure to meet you as well. I must be honest in the fact that you are the first Page I have ever met." She mulled it over a bit, watching as the shelf writhed next to her.

"I've heard of the Knights, but not had the pleasure of meeting any. Glad for the help either way though." Had she known that the Page next to her was also a librarian, she might have made a joke about keeping a living bookshelf as a pet. The crack widened when she had kicked it, but still the youma was not dusted. It just lay there pitifully, a bit like a turtle.

"I'm not quite sure how to destroy this thing. I had hoped it would have dusted when it fell, but clearly that was not the case." A dusted youma was the only good type of youma. "I guess my question is how do you dust a bookshelf?" She smiled wryly at the question, letting Camelot know that it was supposed to be a joke of sorts. The bookshelf groaned at her feet, possibly in response to the injuries it took, possibly in response to her inquiry.

Camelot watched the sad thing, shaking his head.

"Maybe we need an internet youma to beat it," he said dryly, a little bitter on behalf of all bookcases, everywhere. The library was doing fine, but he knew that the internet had changed the game forever as far as reading and even just the venue in which books were available. The bookshelf was becoming less important with online articles and book readers.

"You're right, though, we need to dust it so it doesn't recover and go hurt someone else." Did youma actually heal from their wounds? Camelot had never considered that before. He didn't really consider them living things, though he didn't know what they were.

In any case, something that turned to dust when it was killed was probably more like a zombie than a living creature. Maybe it bore its injuries after it was hurt, or they simply went away.

Things to ponder for another time.

He tried stomping on the depressingly pathetic bookshelf, wanting to put it out of its misery at this point, though the other motivations remained. Like not letting it hurt someone else, which was always a big one. He imagined a few more stomps or kicks would finish it off.

"I'm not surprised you haven't met many pages. A lot of people haven't, I find. We seem to be fairly new to this whole thing," he laughed, "but I'm glad to be here now, and help end the fighting as best I can."

Perseus raised an eyebrow at the internet youma comment. It seemed strange that he would hold a grudge against something as fantastic as the internet. And yet, the clear negative feelings about the intangible web were apparent. The girl shrugged it off and considered the rest of their problems.

A fire would burn down the poor bookkeeps store. Nothing else that she could think of that would hack it apart was readily available. Not seeing much other option, Perseus added her surprisingly tough senshi boot to try and finish the job. She felt like a brute, kicking a monster to death. Their job was a grim one indeed.

"I'm glad to hear that. I must admit it is always a little scary when something new comes into play. You know, more than magical schoolgirls and those corrupted." It was the truth- new and unknown things changed battlefields, and those who had the advantage won. Perseus did not like losing.

It only took a few kicks before the shelf cracked and broke, outlining the floor with a bookshelf shaped dust pile. "While unexpected, at least that was one of the less pesky youma I've been faced with. The help of a gallant knight was a pleasure though." It was a bit joking and a bit not. Perseus wasn't sure she could have pushed the bolted bookcase down without the help of another.

Camelot listened and nodded his head thoughtfully. As far as he was concerned, the Senshi needed all the help they could get. But it wasn't so simple as simply joining the fight and adopting their ideals.

For himself, the page of earth did not agree with the end goals for either side of the war. He simply wanted to protect his planet, his home, and to protect any and all that lived on it. So maybe it wasn't so simple, but death or sending people back off into space could not be the answer.

It was a big planet, there was more than enough room for everyone, wasn't there? It was one of those lame 'can't we all just get along' ideas, though he knew very well that what he, and the other knights, had to do was far from making everyone hold hands and sing songs.

He was surprised when the youma turned into dust, already throwing himself into another stomp when Perseus' foot hit the youma's last straw and shattered it. He slammed his foot hard into the ground, kicking up a cloud of dust and grimacing comically before shaking it off as fast as he could.

Camelot smiled at her, and nodded his head. That nod became a bit of a bow, as she had called him gallant and he could only reply with gallantry in kind. "It was my pleasure to battle alongside you." He said, smiling at her with a similar, slightly teasing but also not kind of air about him.

If she could have read his thoughts, Perseus might have had some interesting things to say about his ideals. They were noble, yes, but at the same time Chaos was no ones friend, and it did not share nicely with anyone. It wasn't long before people started poking around the entrance of the bookstore, wondering why they were locked out in the first place. The person who'd been behind the desk knocked loudly and angrily at the window.

She smiled a bit at the older page and watched him do a youma-dust dance that they'd all done before. "It's a please meeting someone with some honor left in them, it was a pleasure to work with you as well. Though," She paused, listening to the growing crowd out front. "It seems that we left some people outside with a lot of questions and not a lot of answers. We might want to find the back door and be rid of this place, and quick." She'd found that after fighting youma it was better to leave the area as quickly and quietly as possibly.

Camelot nodded his head.

"I do believe you're right."

It was his personal philosophy to not only kill youma or save people, but make sure they were alright. He liked to follow through to the end, seeing people home, making sure they got to the hospital if they needed it, cleaning up his messes. It wasn't about public relations, so much, as it was just his instincts not allowing him to leave anyone in any kind of trouble.

He wasn't just a knight, after all. Sure, he had the means to fight youma and negas now, but he still wanted to be a good guy, in a common sense.

He was still Tony.

Moving toward the back of the store, he managed to find them a door to escape through. Which he held open for her, glad to find no one outside trying to get in this way. he imagined, though, that the owner would swing around soon enough.

"Take care of yourself," he said with a smile, nodding his head in a little bow. "If you ever need help, you have my service."

"You as well, stay out of trouble as best as you can." Perseus said it with a smile, knowing that it was more of an ideal than something that would actually happen. Destiny City was a dangerous place, particularly for those who had their eyes opened enough to see what was going on.

She was glad to see that the back entrance was devoid of civilians however, and was more than happy to be outside, feeling good about what had happened. The more people she knew with what she did, the better. Perseus returned his polite bow before making to leave. "If you ever have any questions, look me up. I'm around quite a bit." With a smile, the girl turned to leave, slipping off into the daytime to power down somewhere safer.

Camelot smiled and nodded his head. He would remember that offer, and hopefully next time they wouldn't have to destroy a bookshelf. He felt like he had to go back to his library and apologize.

But that would be silly.

He watched her as she hopped away, as if to make sure nothing else happened to her. He couldn't help his protective, albeit overly so, nature. Particularly with Senshi. They were the reason, more times over than he could really think about, that he was still alive. That he was able to join their fight properly now.

That he could return the favor. And that was what he aimed to do, every day he powered up, and each time he encountered one.

He then made to take his own leave of the scene, hearing voices as some of the men, with the owner, rounded the corner into the alley. Camelot slid to the wall and climbed up, out of sight, onto the roof of the neighboring building. Then he jumped away, powering down when he found a nice nook to do so. Then he headed home.
