elevator Can we cover over the foundations with floor tile, like making a little patio held by support beams? No, as that counts as connecting it to the main foundation which is not allowed.

I finished but I guess I'll have to redo it since the two island things are connected to the house on the second floor.

Madame Royale I finished but I guess I'll have to redo it since the two island things are connected to the house on the second floor. Gah! I really should have thought out this point in a lot more detail. If you haven't already changed the lot then keep it as it is! Connecting the foundation bits to the second story or above is fine. You just can't connect them at foundation level.

I'll be the first one, then. :] Sorry it's late, I was being lazy. XD (It's a big file, so click on the thumbnail and then the picture to zoom in. ^^)So, I have the front and back views, and then some of the inside. I'm not really good at designing houses, but I tried to do a simple black and white themed modern style home. It's a rather small house with one bedroom, so I think it'd be perfect for a bachelor/bachelorette that likes to have parties. The entrance is a room that is suppose to look and feel like an outdoor patio. Inside, there's a long table to dine next to the small kitchen and TV area. Next to that is the door to the backyard. By the stairs is a small quiet reading area. On the second level is one bed and bathroom. The bed faces large windows that overlooks the neighborhood. There's also a patio that lets you look down at the pool below. Outside, though it's hard to see, there is a one car sized open garage that also doubles as a place to grill or chat.

Nice work! The pictures are great. Plenty of detail shown.
The last shot does make it look a bit like the blue haired Sim is taking a leak in the pool over the balcony though xd
Kecitich, did you make that contest banner? Awesome! Can't wait for your entry.

my build from the given foundation is almost done, only need some final touches and then I can move onto gardening part. But I am wondering if it is alright to add few floor tiles next to the foundation? So the result would be extend area where sims can walk next to their house? Am I being clear enough? (no change to Foundation, but just a few floor tiles conjunction with a side of foundation.)

cєℓєsтιαℓ ғιʀєғℓιєs:
I'm almost done! Just letting you know I didn't forget about this contest. P: I've been busy with a move coming up and a month-long writing challenge that totally zapped my creativity.
But like I'm said, almost done. smile I'll hopefully get my entry up in the next few days.
