Once all his questions were answered he went to a near by vending machine and bought two cold juice cans. He offered Alex one to drink. Then while the lunch break was about to end he asked her finally casually, "Are you busy this up coming Friday?"

Akihiro noticed that two people left, and to be honest he wasn't really that upset about it. He continued to eat in silence, looking up every once in a while at the girl who was standing under the tree with him, waiting for her to leave, but not being rude enough to say so.

Hana tilted her head at the strange boy. She knew she had to be somewhere, but it was her own problem that could be resolved at a later time. She sat next to him. She lightly giggled at the awkward silence.
"I guess you're not much of a people person," she said calmly. "I'm Hana." she smiled.

You got that right. Akihiro thought to himself. "Nice to meet'cha." He said rather quietly and without much enthusiasm, but still loud enough to hear. Akihiro had learned how to make people uncomfortable enough to make them want to leave without actually being directly rude. "Akihiro." He told her his name in the same fashion and continued to eat in silence.

Hana looked in the opposite direction. She isn't really a conversation starter. She looked back at Akihiro, searching for any words inside her head.
"Um...Are you from here?" Hana said. She was actually very curious all of a sudden.

Akihiro sighed quietly. She's not going to leave, is she? he asked himself. "No." He said, finishing his lunch. "Not from Japan." He stretched and threw his trash in the garbage and waited for her to make her leave, as he didn't like to be rude to girls. Or more, he wanted to, but knew he would regret it and feel very bad.

"Really?"
She hasn't been face to face with a foreigner before. She calmed herself down a bit.
"Which country are you from?" she smiled trying to be as friendly as she can.

"Uh...North America. Canada, to be precise." he said, taking out a pop from his bag and opening it, spilling fizz on his hand. He proceeded to lick it off all the way down to his elbow, like a cat.

Hana tilted her head a little then smiled. She knew that there was more to him then meets the eye.
The bell then rang and Hana got up.
"Come On, you're in the Moon Class, right?" she said as she motioned him to come along.

"Well....ya, I geuss I am." Akihiro sighed as he realized he was probably stuck with this new girl. She didn't seem like the type that would leave anytime soon....
"Wait for me." He said as he caught up to Hana.

Alex looked at Mark and said,"This Friday?" She cocked her head to the side and said,"Today is Tuesday so I'll tell you tomorrow, because I don't know if I am or not. I'm sorry." She really was kind of sorry.

Once she said that he nodded his head then said, "That's fine." And asked her curiously, "Why were you not in class before?" But before he could wait for her to answer the bell had rung and instinctively he grabbed her arm and ran with her to class.

Alex slid her arm out of his grasp and said,"I'm ahead of my classmates. So I get free time around the school. See you later Mark." She sighed and went to the library once again to read her book.

Akihiro caught up to Hana just as they arrived at the door of the class. He opened the door and walked in nonchalantly. He looked up at everyone and saw that they were late for class. He announced "Hey. I'm Akihiro. Where's my seat?" He asked the teacher. The teacher pointed to the seat. Akihiro continued on and slumped down into the chair.

Hana came in after Akihiro.
"Hello, I'm Hana" She said in a cool manner. "Um..." She started, seeing that there was only one seat open, she sat there, just diagonally behind Akihiro.
