Shun didn't really have a collection back at his place. It was pretty much whatever he had at the time. He was well aware of the different teas, but he generally didn't get more than one type at any given point. Glancing over at the basket 'Needle' had brought with, he had to wonder if she had come here with the intention of collecting.
"Very well," he said quietly. It didn't really matter to him if they collected together or not. Since she knew where it was, and was going to show him where to find it, she was free to take some for herself. Most likely there'd be enough for them both anyway. If not.. then oh well. He could just buy some tea.

She put everything away and moved to get up on her own two feet with very little issue. Lattice held the basket in her hand as she nodded toward the Reaper, "This way then," she told him before she turned and started to head off toward the aforementioned area where there were some tea leaves they could collect on.
"There seem to be a couple of different varieties, and I don't think any of them are harmful." At least they didn't smell like any of them could be harmful. Something this pleasant smelling couldn't be poison instead, could it?
It only took a few steps and ducking under a branch or two before they arrived at the spot, "Is it not wonderful that there seems to be a patch just growing wild out here?"

For a moment, Shun frowned at the thought of poisonous teas. That would make for a rather unpleasant surprise later on for sure. Shaking his head, he went on to follow 'Needle' towards the location of the patch, which wasn't that far off after all.
"I guess," he replied, "Though how wonderful it is will depend on how good the leaves actually are."
If they made horrible tea or were poisonous, there wasn't much wonder to be had. That was for certain.

"You speak the truth," Lattice replied at his observation as she started to move closer to the patch so she could start having a good feel for the area. Something scampered over her bare foot causing her to gasp and step back a little.
...
Her brow furrowed behind her mask as she hesitated a moment, "My name is Lattice by the way. Sorry to have been so rude and not introducing myself. My manners seem to have disappeared since I came to school," she murmured quietly she was obviously stalling.

Seeing the patch ahead now, Shun was about to go ahead and approach, but he paused at the girl's introduction. Staring at her, he furrowed his brow in confusion.
"Wait.. Lattice? I thought you were Needle.." he murmured. Did she go by another name? No, that would make no sense. Perhaps.. there was a split personality? Or maybe this was just a completely different girl from the one he met at the well.

She stared into the mass of dark shadowy leaves with some trepidation that was thankfully hidden behind her mask. Her sister's name being brought up caused her to gaze back over at Shun and her lips pulled into what could be considered a bright smile, "Oh, you met my Sister?"
How wonderful even her sister was going out and making friends!
Lattice shifted from one foot to the other, "Why would you think I am Needle? We do not look that much alike..."

Oh, so Needle was this girl's sister? Well that would explain a thing or two. Though, Shun continued to stare at her when she said that they didn't look that much alike.
"I only met her briefly and you two tend to wear a rather similar outfit over all," he said. Yes, they wore different color clothing, but the style was pretty much alike. If they were standing side by side, or even if he knew them a little more, he was sure he could tell the difference.. but that wasn't exactly the case here.
"Er.. And I'm Shun," he murmured, remembering to offer his name out now that the confusion was mostly cleared.

Lattice seemed thoughtful before she nodded, "I guess that is true," she replied but somehow she seemed unconvinced. Perhaps Lattice was slightly disillusioned when it came to how much alike she looked to her sister or just wanted to make sure people realized that she and her sister were very different...Honest!
Still she didn't fault him for it. He would learn in time.
"Pleased to meet you," She muttered as she moved to step through the patch of leaves so she could get a better look again something crawled over her foot causing her to let out a small sound of dismay and a shudder up her back.
"A..Ah!" Her free hand clenched into a fist, "Whatisitwhatisitwhatisit?!"

Nodding quietly to Lattice, Shun took a step closer to the tea leaf patch. It was about then that the girl suddenly let out a cry and started to panic. Tensing a little in case it was something dangerous, his eyes narrowed before he crouched down to try and see what it was. It didn't take long before he noticed the small skitter upon her foot.
"It's just a skitter. Hold on," he murmured while looking for a small stick to try and brush the arachnid off carefully. There was no sense in trying to harm it as it most likely wasn't going to be hostile towards himself or the ghost girl it decided to crawl upon.

It was a tense couple of moments for her as she stood there with something unknown crawling about upon her feet. Normally she didn't like wearing shoes but suddenly she wished she did. When Shun announced it was just a skitter she relaxed but only slightly so he could brush the skitter off. At least she wasn't screaming and flailing about.
The Skitter clung to Shun's hand for a couple of seconds uttering a soft displeased 'screeeh' sound at being ushered out of the way.
It would be back.
For now it was in another part of the patch where it landed safely.
Lattice heaved a soft sigh, "Sorry...I did not mean to react so much," she moved to set her basket down for the moment her hands moved to brush over the leaves where she stood and leaned. The texture of the leaves felt nice.

Shun raised an eyebrow at the skitter for the moment before glancing up at Lattice. He soon turned his attention to the tea leaves that were close by to look them over. The plants looked pretty healthy in the very least so that was a pretty good sign.
"Don't worry about it," he said quietly while examining the tea some more. His knowledge of plants were a little limited. He mainly only knew about a few for the most part. Though, he figured learning some more sometime couldn't hurt. He was fairly aware of the poisons and other concoctions that vegetation can create.
"Maybe this won't make bad tea after all."

"]I'll try not to," she replied in return as she mostly went about looking over the tea leaves that were before her. As she felt around she found a few nice leaves and plucked them up putting them into her basket.
She let out a small humming sound, "Yes they do seem rather nice leaves indeed. How is the color?" Lattice asked curiously. She wasn't really able to differentiate colors from others unless they were somehow combined with ink.
The skitter meanwhile was making its way toward Shun.

Shifting his gaze towards Lattice, Shun raised his brow momentarily as she asked about the color. He was unaware that she had fairly poor eyesight, but he supposed that she could be somewhat colorblind.
"They're a rich green color," he replied quietly before beginning to take a few of the leaves for himself. He forgot about the skitter in the meantime, figuring that it had found some other place to... skitter about for now.

"Hmm, excellent," Lattice replied as she plucked a few more she was getting herself a good number of them so she could let the patch rest for a bit after picking it over. Shifting a bit she wandered to a new spot when it felt like the leaves she was going for were becoming sparse.
Lattice seemed content to just pick up leaves in silence for the moment. She put the leaves she plucked up into her basket. She seemed thoughtful for a moment before she spoke again, "]Do you attend the Academy? I think I remember you in Mot's room..."
The skitter paused near by Shun's foot before it suddenly leaped toward the foot. Not really threatening but it was being an annoyance!

At the mention of Mot's room, Shun did vaguely recall seeing her there. Yes... she was the ghost girl who was incredibly lost.
"Ah yes.. I remember you there, and yes, I do attend the academy," he replied plainly as he continued to take a decent amount of leaves.
For the time being, he didn't notice the skitter still. The shoes he wore kind of kept him from feeling the little creature jumping onto him too. It would have to try and pester him another way.
