Oh I like it Felly. And there is nothing wrong with a bit of weight if it's providing boobs.

I would rather lose weight in my hips, thighs, and belly area than my boobs. But the boobs are the first to go when I do lose weight. xp

Mich>Same here. I've got the pear-shaped curse and I've always been small on top, boo. Been wearing a Squeem though and that's cut an inch from my waist and hips already. YeaYz. Plus I'm watching my diet again. After losing the 50 lbs the first time I let my guard down. sweatdrop I keep forgetting I'm over 35. I can't do that anymore.

ME>Sadly it doesn't provide boobs unless it does dangerous things to my legs and back.

Which is why the goddess invented the padded push up bra. Oh my yes. (Or the leather tail vest.)

I think the leather tail vest is doing more than a push up bra ever could. I'm blessed wiith boobs, but also flabby bits everywhere else. Whenever I try and lose weight..my boobs get bigger. I still can't work out why.

And I think dieting doesn't really work...it's the exercise whisch seemss to have an affect./

ME>Well you're right about that...but put a padded push-up underneath it and WATCH OUT. XD I'd totally trade your dieting boob problem. Oh yes I would.

Dieting doesn't work without exercise for the most part. But it's also about what's going to work for the individual. Now I generally don't exercise. I need to. Finding time right now is insane as I'm stuck with dogs up my patootie all the time. When I lost the 50 lbs the first time I'd nixed sugar from my coffee (replaced it with Agave nectar) and ate oatmeal every day for breakfast. (Oatmeal IS a superfood and a belly burner. For me make it with milk, add a little cinnamon and a bit of Agave nectar and I look forward to it. As a sidenote there are like 7 foods that're called belly burners right now and it's totally true. Oatmeal is the best of them though.)

I'd thought that was all I was doing but I was wrong. I'd also stopped eating butter and followed every high-fat meal with a serving of low-fat dairy. For me that made the weight just MELT off. Essentially I was doing the 24 ounces in 24 hours dairy diet.

Stress is going to be a factor no matter your body type or habits. Mine's bad so this time around that's the second thing I'm doing. The first being bye-bye butter crying

It's hard. I love buttered toast more than anyone should.

But the bottom line is starving/skipping doesn't work (portion control does if you can stick to it and remember to do 5 small meals instead of 3 large.) Diet aids like pills don't work for long and I can attest that they'll really mess up your heart. Best to avoid them altogether. I'm now looking for a natural, safe herbal appetite suppresant and trying again to pinpoint my problem times. I stress eat, I eat the house when I'm on my cycle and with certain foods I'll eat whether or not I'm hungry. As well when the weather turns cold I just naturally try to lay on fat. I crave cheese and butter like mad once October or November rolls around. sweatdrop Bring on the pizza, bring on the toast, bring on the waffles.

Stress and generally being upset or low tend to leave me eating far more than I should; coupled with the worst sweet tooth I tend to go for the chocolate. I've cut back a lot but it's not helping the weight come off yet. That and an insane love of bread and potato....And pasta. I eat carbohydrates up the yazoo.

Hmm, I hadn't heard that about oatmeal, but I may have to try, especially now it's getting colder. I need breakfast for all my stupid early lectures.

Oh man I love carbs. heart Baked potato too. Haven't made that healthy yet except replacing sour cream with plain yogurt and making sure to include black pepper and cayenne.

Couldn't hurt. Good for your heart if nothing else. But one of oatmeal's tricks since it's so nutritionally viable is to make you feel fuller longer. I try to bookend it with glasses of water.

I'm a little upset. We went out last night for a supply run and pretty much everything we were going for wasn't in stock. gonk And that includes quick oats.

Mmmm Baked Potatoes. It's nigh impossible to make those unhealthy...unless you like load it with cheese or mayonnaise I suppose. I just love them with a tiny bit of butter.

I drink lots of water, but the feeling full thing I'm working on. If they'll help I'll try it.

Wow, that's just horribly unlucky.

I dunno, I like a lot of butter and cheese. My fave baked potato is loaded with those and topped with imitation crab and black pepper. Noooooom.

Never tried crab, imitation or not. I love a baked potato with tuna when I can get it.

Crab's good. Imitation is better. XD It's weird like that. I also like it on pizza.

Interesting. Me, I can't stand hot tuna. Gotta be in tuna salad or I can't deal.

Oh I don't have it hot. Cold with mayonnaise...just in a jacket potato which is hot...For I am strange 3nodding

Nah, not so strange. ^_^ It's just the heat of the potato that would throw me off. Thereagain I start to eat mine when they're just a little hotter than molten lava. xd
