(Good plan...I didn't know where Travis he left his bag but having Hale find it to get the address seemed like a good idea...)

When Hale had finished most of his work he started to pack up and leave but not before he took the notes and drawing and put them in a drawer in his desk. Locking up he began to walk down the hall when he saw a backpack over next to the wall. Going up to it with the intention of possibly giving it to the lost and found he bent down and looked at the tag. He was shocked to see that it was Travis bag and not only did it have his name on it but his address to. He pondered going over to the kids house for a second until he decided it was probably the only time he would catch the kid alone so picking up the bag he brought it with his and drove the short distance to the address on the tag.

When he saw the house he was shocked at condition it was in and then realized that is was probably due to the fact that the kid lived alone. Getting out of the car he walked up to the door if it could be called that and knocked as best he could while calling, "Hello? Travis are you home?"

When Travis came to the door Hale stood akwardly looking at him. "Oh well i found your bag in the hall and it had your address on it so...I just thought I'd bring it over." Holding the bag out to him and said,"Look Travis I'm sorry for everything but could we please talk about this? I understand if your confused but could you give me a chance?" He didn't look Travis in the eye when he said this scared of what he might say.

Hales heart grew a bit heavier when Travis started showing doubts. He didn't need to be reminded that it was wrong. He knew that very well. But there was something about hearing Travis say it that made him feel a lot worse about putting him in this situation. He was about to simply give up and maybe save them both some heartache when the second floor came down on top of Travis. He didn't even think before he was moveing to help him. "Travis! S**t, are you ok?" He stared to move the boards away and help him up. Looking around he knew he couldn't leave Travis here alone in a house like this. "Come on." he said helping Traivs out of the house and into his car.
