Athene listened to Polaris as she talked about the team she was in the process of starting up. “That sounds like a good idea” his voice was quiet as he ventured his opinion, but the dark-haired senshi genuinely meant it – for a start being part of a team was a good way to get round the whole not always safe to patrol alone thing.
It didn’t immediately sink in however that Polaris had offered him an invite, at least not until she mentioned being happy to invite him to a meeting. “I’d like that” he said at last, the words coming out a little flustered in his mild embarrassment at being slow at catching on. “I’d really like that.”
