Ty looked at him and blushed a little as he looked over the male as he seemed to calm a little when he heard it was his father. He knew it would bring back hard memories for Attor, which is why he didn't want to tell him and had tried to keep it from him. He grabbed his hair brush and hurried to the bathroom. He turned the water on and let it start running to get to a warm temperature as he carefully took off his clothes and checked his back. It was red and angry, it looked swollen and the cuts ran over his shoulders and middle of his back. One or two crossed over the top of his shoulder and one close to the back of his neck. He sighed as he looked at the blood coming through the bandages at the deepest part.
He took the bandages off and undid his braid, his hair hung to the middle of his waist now and he was glad it hid most of his marks. He got in the shower and a groan slid from his lips at the feeling of the water in his cuts. He leaned against the wall and tried to get over the pain quickly so he could carefully clean them as best as he could before cleaning his hair.

Attor watched Ty leave the room and really his memories had popped up for a moment before,but now he was upset with him. If he hadn't been so focused on getting away from Ty for a little while then he might have been there to protect Ty from his father. He stood making his way to his room now that he had noticed what little Ty had with him he was determined to get him some more clothes. Attor put on a shirt then grabbed out some pjs before heading back down the hall. He heard a whimper of pain come from Ty he caught his breath the thought of Ty being in pain upset him a lot. He also felt anger towards Ty's father, but what could he do. If he tried to bring a beat down on him it would be noticed for sure. Attor also grabbed a towel before making it to the bathroom door. Slowly he opened it and couldn't help but eye Ty's shadow on the curtain. "Uh Ty I'm in here....leaving you a towel and something to wear...." He laid them on the toilet top. "Are you really ok Ty......." Attor voice was filled with deep concern and he was very shaky. Oh how he wanted to go have a smoke again, he felt his hands shake with a want for it.

Ty was trying to reach a spot with the cloth he had found in the bathroom on the middle of his back but he couldn't move the right way to clean off the remains of the cream on it. He jumped a little when he hears Attor come in and blushed. "Oh...thanks..." He said looking around the curtain at Attor. "C-could...you...ummm..." he asked softly as he blushed and hid behind his bangs. "Can you...get the middle of my back...i...cant...r-reach the...cuts there to clean it..." he said softly as he blushed and pulled his hair off his back and turned, hiding as best he could, and letting Attor see his back so the other could clean the middle of it for him. "G-gently...it hurts...." he said softly. He would probably need his help getting the cream on. He had been having troubles getting it all over them up to now.

Attor's face turned a bright red upon seeing Ty in the shower. He coudn't help , but stare till he registered the scars and he frowned. Those were much worse the Attor's then again, Attor's mom had been able to tend to him a bit before he left. Attor moved to the shower and took the cloth from Ty . His hands were shaky for more then one reason now. It took him a moment before he started gently washing the cream off of Ty's scars. He didn't say anything and was trying his best to keep his eyes from wondering. Attor wanted to know what happened but he knew how it hurt when people made you relive something. "We've.....g-got t-to do something about these. They don't look good Ty...." Attor felt a since of guilt still coming over him it wasn't his fault but he wished he had been there. "I s-should have been there Ty...I shouldn't have left you...I should have had you move in sooner." Attor voice seemed chocked almost he didn't want to cry. He promised he wouldn't anymore, but Ty brought of the softer side of him. " I could have helped you...but nooo I was off getting high all summer...Im so sorry for leaving you......"

Ty looked at him as he moved closer and eventually scrubbed his back softly. Ty winced still, a whimper leaving his lips as he closed his eyes and winced a little. His hands hid his front from view should Attor try to see it, he knew that he had feeling of some sort still for him and he didn't want to make things difficult for him. Sighing when it felt all cleaned off he looked over his shoulder at Attor and smiled softly. "I'm ok Attor. I don't blame you about this...I...Its my fault. He knew i would always...l-let him down..." he said softly as he looked at the floor. "I don't know if you could have helped...he...he found out about Elliot...and...he...just..." he stopped and his eyes lost focus as he trembled and remembered what had happened...He had heard someone in diagon alley talking about one of the book store owners whos son was dating a boy named Tynan Frost...He had forgotten what he had come to Diagon alley for and had gone home to beat the crap out of Ty who had been int he shower.

Attor tossed the cloth into the hamper before handing a new cloth to Ty in case he had more cleaning to do. He looked at Ty face knowing what his friend was going through right now. "He just snapped...seems our father's aren't so different after all. And I probably could have done something I was always with you during the summer Ty I could have stopped him....I know I could have....." Attor said starting to sound a bit cold now from the mixture of emotions in him.
Attor's trembling hand grabbed the shower curtain and closed it. His shake more apparent now then it was before between his nerves of wanting to kick someone's arse, his urges for Tynan, and in some odd way partly blaming Elliot for this Attor was crashing from his high hard. He sat on the toilet not feeling stable on his legs right now and rested his face in his hands.
"How did he find out? I know we talked about not telling him about that till you could move out. And its not like it was obvious that you guys were dating.....unless.....you were absent minded enough to g-get caught......s-snogging in the hall or something....." Was Elliot running around talking about it or something? Certainly hadn't come from Attor's mouth specially since he didn't want to admit Ty and Elliot were dating.
"There's clothes and a towel for you in here.....if you need help with something I'll be on the couch....waitin....have you eaten? Never mind I'll just fix something anyways....." Attor said before leaving the room in a quick pace. He went the the living room and pulled the thing out the back lighting it for a quick hit before putting it away and going to the kitchen. He started making some food before sniffling. Realizing for the first time he might be more addicted to that stuff then he thought when he noticed his hands calming down after the hit. Plus he was blaming it partly for him not caring enough to check on Ty. Maybe if he visited or had Ty over like he had planned it wouldn't have happened.
Just then a familiar looking owl tapped on the window and Attor jumped before sighing and opening the window to take the letter from the owl. It was from Lucian for sure, what would he do if Lucian wanted to come over tonight? He opened it and read it, thank goodness it was only an invite to hang out at lucian's place and asking for payment for the next batch of stuff. He new he could decline that invitation and simply send money. Attor would take care of it later right now he wasn't sure he even wanted his next batch, but how could he tell Lucian that. Attor threw the letter on the table not even thinking Ty would be able to see Lucians name in bold print at the bottom.

Ty nodded and took the new cloth and looked at him and nodded."Yeah it seems so...he was...he just felt a fool and he hated me for it...I...He said...that he had been in a book store...and...it must hav been the one his family runs...and one of the girls mentioned my name...and Elliot...and...dating...so...He just lost it..." He said. "He came right home and...yanked me out of the shower and..attacked me with his b-belt..." he said softly.
When he closed the curtain he looked at him and saw his shadow sitting on the toilet. He blushed as he finished cleaning up in the shower and washed his hair. He smiled at how nice it felt to be here with him. "Thanks Attor your the best..." he said softly as he heard him leave. He didn't know what to do now but when he was clean he got out and dried off and put the pants on. He walked out with no shirt and his hair brush and grabbed the ointment from his bag and sat on the couch. It smelled lik what he smoked but he said nothing. He brushed his hair softly, even though he winced when he did it, and waited for Attor so he could put some of the ointment on it for him.

Attor walked into the living room carrying a bowl of mac and cheese his eyes and cheeks watery from fighting back tears over this whole mess. He hadn't expected Tynan to be down so quickly. He quickly wiped his face on his shirt before heading to sit beside Ty. He blushed again now being put in similar shoes that Ty had been facing when Attor had been shirtless. Without saying anything he put his food down and took Ty's brush. He began brushing Ty's hair lifting it away from his back as he did so. When it was all brushed he placed it over Ty's shoulder before taking the ointment from Ty. He opened it and started gently rubbing it in. He wanted to say something to Tynan, but what could he say. He knew nothing you could say could cheer someone up that had been attacked by a family member. And the only other thing on Attor's mind was begging Tynan to leave Elliot and date him instead, but he wouldn't do that either.
"Well...once we're done with this there is mac and cheese in the kitchen....in the mean time, tell me how your summer was before this whole mess?" Attor wanted to break the silence and this was the only thing he could think of to talk about.

Ty didn't say anything as Attor took over brushing his hair. He relaxed and smiled as he closed his eyes and enjoyed it. He bit is lip as the male rubbed in the pintment. It hurt...it was so tender and sore a gasp left his lips as his hands gripped the couch hard and he whimpered in pain. He said nothing though and just wished that he could crawl into Attors lap and snuggle him and have him make it all go away. He wanted Elliot too...he wanted his boyfriend there to help him out so he could snuggle and get kisses to help him feel better.
Looking over his shoulder at Attor he smiled. "I'm not that hungry...im still...kinda shakey about all this..." he said softly as he looked at his lap. "It was going well...I had a parttime job helping the neighbor nextdoor with his garden...I had some money saved up to move in here...and...now...Attor he took my snake and sold her...He left me...on the ground and grabbed...Nygiss and..." he sniffled. she was still alive unlike Attors snake but he...didn't have her and wouldn't again... "I...i didn't get to say bye as i lay bleeding all over the floor..." he said softly, almost a whisper.

Attor capped the ointment and got up and washed his hands in a dry sink he had set up something the muggle had left with other assorted furniture that had not really wanted. For muggles they were a nice family and decided to leave that stuff for Attor since he was alone at such a young age, even cut the price of the house for him. He sat back on the couch and twiddled his thumbs looking away from Tynan he wished all these feelings would just go away. He eyed his bag then shook his head there were better ways to deal with ones problems. Maybe with Ty here he could kick this nasty habit.
"I'd be happier if you ate something....I'm not having you weak like I was when I went through my mess. I will fix you a plate and stare at you till you eat it like Von did to me when I wasn't eating......." Attor perked a little when he heard Ty had been planning to move in here. "You were savin to move here?" Attor repeated feeling a little guilt for not letting Ty just move in. Again he might have been able to prevent the marks on Ty's back. Attor then looked at Ty again when he mentioned the snake. "We will fix it, you know who he sold her to? I'll buy her back." Attor said confidently he was sure he could pay double what ever they payed for her and no one would refuse that sort of deal. Attor looked away and tugged at his hair wondering what he could do to make things right for Ty. "I'm planning to buy a new snake....its to hard to get the ones from my house, mom is taking care of them though....you wanna help me pick one out...and if we can't get Nygiss back we'll get you a new one too....oh hey...." Attor smiled a little walking over to the bookshelf/ chest of drawers where his smoke bag was laying. He didn't go for the bag though he pulled out a familiar looking plushie that wiggled to life and he brought it out. "Remember her, I stopped bringing her to school but never stopped playing with her..." Attor admitted bringing the enchanted little snake toy and handing it to Ty. "Maybe its times for her to help you again." Attor said with a small smile before sitting down beside Ty once more.

Ty was so emotional as he listened to his best friend and would be boyfriend if things had gone different and he nodded as tears filled his eyes a little. "I...guess i can...try to eat just a little..." he said softly as his fingers set about braiding his long hair with out him noticing. "I..he didn't say...i don't know where she is..." he said as his tears fell free now. he missed his snake...his best friend besides Attor and Elliot...He looked up when his friend moved to get something and when his eyes fell onthe toy he sobbed as his hands covered his mouth.
He still had her! Oh gosh! He leaned in and took her and then fell into Attors lap and cried as he clung to the males shirt and held the snake with one hand. He cried into the males chest as he held him and sobbed. It hurt his back but he hadn't ever let himself cry yet about it. It had been a process. Get up. Stop bleeding. Get clothes. Get out of house. Get safe. Get room and food. Find Attor. Get to Attor. Be Safe. Thats all that had happened and he hadn't let himsel cry about being alone, with no family anymore cause he didn't even have a son now. he would tell people that his son died he said. Tynan was no longer something he would claim for the family.

Attor felt like crying too, but he didn't he had to be strong for Tynan. "Good." Attor commented to ty agreeing to eat. "I'll see what I can't found out. My....new friend might be able to locate her...he will want something in return though." attor shuddered not able to hide the fear he held for Lucain.
Attor froze at first when Ty fell into him before he slowly started stroking his hands through Ty's hair trying to comfort him some how while his other sort of braced Ty trying to make sure he didn't hurt his back to much. Attor was right there with Ty, he had no family, he lost all his snakes, his heart poured out to the other boy he knew how it felt. At least Ty knew he had Attor and Elliot to turn to, when he was younger he didn't know where he was going to turn. He searched his mind for something to say, something he would have wanted to here. "Its over now Tynan....you're safe.....I'm going to protect you....and ...Elliot will love you...." Oh how that last bit stung from his heart to his tongue, but he needed to concentrate one Ty not his own feelings.

Ty cried into the males chest and his hand moved to wrap around the male and hold him close. He didn't much notice the pain like this, mostly cause the ointment had some numbing to it and his whole back had more or less o feeling to it at all. He held him and cried, sobs into the males chest as he didn't know what else to do but cry.
When Attor spoke he looked up at him and sniffled. He would protect him...he had always protected him. He loved that about Attor. It made it so hard to deal with this when he couldn't express the feelings he had for Attor the way he wanted to. He wanted to kiss him and hold him and snuggle with him but that was what he needed to do with Elliot. He nodded and sniffled as he curled the toy snake in against his chest. He shivered a little andblushed. "Can...you help me get the shirt on...i almost passed out getting dressed to come here.." he said softly. He had almost passed out from the pain of trying to get it on himself.

Attor watched Ty his face becoming a bit emotionless its all he could to, to keep from crossing the line he had set for himself with Tynan. He want to caress him and kiss all his troubles away, but he wasn't allowed to do that.
Attor's thumb wiped the tears from Tynan's face and he kept the cold expression on his own. Only thing betraying him was his concerned eyes. He blinked when Ty asked him to help him get his shirt on. Attor honestly rather him stay shirtless, but that was another thing he couldn't ask of his best friend not boyfriend Ty. So he picked up the shirt and stood up. "It will be easier if you stand I think....I wish you had told me the state you were in...I would have come and accompanied you here. From now on anything similar like this happens and you contact me asap and I'll come to you." Attor said in a demanding tone but as he did he wondered for how long he would protect Ty, would Elliot ever take that from him too? If Elliot did, Attor felt like he would really not have a reason to be around and certainly no one to call family or dare he hope lover. Yeah he still had friends but how long after school would that last...As it was only one to come to him during the summer was Lucian and Lucian was barley a friend more like a bad habit. What would he do if he lost Ty? "Nothing can ever happen to you like this again Ty, I don't know what I would do if I lost you....." Attor whispered still standing there with the shirt ready.

Ty looked at him and the concern...the kindness and the worry that was in Attors eyes touched Ty and he blushed. He knew he should be leaning on Elliot...should have asked him to come see him about this too...but...but Attor had been through similar and knew the pain he was in and he...didn't want to have elliot see him like this...He looked at Attor and stood and stepped closer to him and slid his arms through the shirt with Attors help. He poked his head out and he was just inches from Attors face. He looked up at him and blushed when he said he wouldn't know what to do if he lost him.
And Ty couldn't help it. He leaned in and softly kissed the corner of Attors mouth. "I'll always need you. I...know theres things i'll go to him about and for...but Attor yor my best friend. The...the only family i have now and im yours. i know that...I'll never leave you not for anything." he said, his cheeks a deep pink as he tried to not think about kissing Attor again.
