At first when I stumbled across SasuNaru pics, I was like, "WTF!! eek " and was all disturbed, but then I looked at it again, and was like, "Hey, what's this??" And got all curious so I searched SasuNaru, and before you knew it I signed up for a SasuNaru group and now I like yaoi. 3nodding

I dreamed about it, realy ^^'
It was some years ago, I was playing harvest moon for playstation, in this game you play as a farmer and can woo the girls and eventually get married.
Then one night I went to bed and dreamed that you could use gameshark so that a pirate and a dwarf would come to the village and now you could date the boys xd and I was like... "woohooo!!! now Jack can marry Cliff!!!! xd xd xd " and started giving him gifts and such
and when I woke up and realised it was just a dream.... "waaaahhh!!! noooooooo!!! Jack must marry Cliff!! crying crying crying " very sad sad
well, that was the first time I saw yaoi sweatdrop

some how i stumbled upon a harry potter fanfic....and i read it....it was about draco stumbling into a club where harry was stripping at and 'stuff' happened
and i was like eek wtf
but the weird thing was....i printed the story and kept it..andlooked for more stories like it..then i joined gaia and found the pictures....and im all like eek wow
eventually the wow turned into xd omfgsoooohawt

Well I sort of...actively sought it out. But I didn't exactly know where to go or what things were called (words like shounen ai, yaoi, bl, fanfiction) but luckily I was looking for Heero/Duo stuff and there's LOTS of that. It was all cool. I still have my first Heero/Duo picture.
Also, a lot of my friends are fangirls. They helped.

The first time I actually read yaoi was in a novel that I didn't know was going to have homosexual content. Got... somewhat freaked out. XD; But I got over it. And the first time I encountered yaoi fanfics, my best friend at that time... er, well, was the one who gave me the yaoi pairing, so... I grew to like it. ^^;

My first reaction to Yaoi was like this "WTF!!!???? Made something like this?" And After I read it I actually like Yaoi a lot. I guess it was the lemons and the thoughts of Naruto and Sasuke being together. Along with Riku and Sora. You gotta love Yaoi.

Well, the first yaoi I was thrown into at four hundred miles per hour and hit a brick wall was really bad InuYasha doujinshii. I didn't mind that they were both guys, but incest never caught on with me. >.> Odd, considering I live in the south. ::Watches rednecks come running with torches and pitchforks.::
But, first encounter that didn't involve incest was La Esperanca and I fell into a drooling mass of humanity in Borders over it. <3 Then came Gravitation.

Let's see. My first encounter with yaoi....i dont remember. But...I think I encountered a YamixYugi pic, and I was like, "Oh, so cute.", so I started looking for more. So then there was fanfiction, and I got hooked on that, so, I guess you could say Yugioh changed my life. xd

A friend of mine passed me a Harry Potter yaoi fanfiction (FxG) after a history test. I as reading it and at first I didn't even realize it was like that but when I did I immediately started asking all sorts of questions and got us busted by the teacher.
She was mortified and I just handed it to him to read. He read one paragraph and handed it back trying to find words then gave up and went back to his desk.

I first found it in some Hiei/Kurama fanfic and I was kind of weirded out, but got freaking addicted SOOO soon. The fic was, um, something about Kurama getting hurt by his stepdad... Or molested... Something. sweatdrop I don't read that stuff much anymore...
