"But- What- Why-" Her cheeks became redder and redder, and she probably looked like she was going to explode, "I mean... Uh, uh, uh..." Playing with the edge of her dress, she eyed Mac, wondering if he was joking; he wouldn't, right? He was probably just teasing her! Cheeks puffed out, she folded her arms across her chest and huffed, "I-If you really want to go to those p-places..."

While Lizzy was grasping what he was actually talking about, Mac started to walk around her as if appraising the area...or maybe her, who knew. He saw her cheeks puff and in two steps he was behind her; his hands creeping over her shoulder.
His thumbs pushed down on her puffed out cheeks and his index fingers curled into the corners of her mouth, pulling lightly but enough to make her smile stupidly.

"Nothing." He responded conversationally, feeling her try to frown and most certainly preventing her from doing so. It was awkward, but he managed to lean down and plant a little kiss on the soft curve of her neck without freeing her mouth. "What are you doing?" Like, seriously, Lizzy!
He was being silly to try and get over that feeling of betrayal from earlier; so far it was working, at least. Besides, any way of getting back at her was still getting back at her.

"Doin dis," She shivered at the kiss before grabbing his hands and pulling them out of her mouth. Turning around to face him, she put her hands on his shoulder before sliding them behind his neck, holding on with a smile, "And this." She tiptoed to kiss him on his jaw, "Andddd a little bit of this." A kiss on his cheek.
"Maybe other things later," She smiled thoughtfully, "And you? What are you doing later tonight?"

He wiped his fingers off on his jacket before resting his hands on the curve of her hips, letting her go through what she was doing now, and illuding to something more later. "Well, sounds like you're having fun~" It was an idle comment with an idle smile, but he leaned down and pressed a little kiss to her forehead. "Oh you know, a little of this~" Her nose received a kiss. "And that~" Then to the corner of her mouth.
"I've got a date though, but she can't decide if we go to my place or hers." Her hip was given a very light pinch.

"Oh? That's a real shame," She moved her hands to put them over his, before holding on and removing them from her hips. Lightly swinging their entwined hands between them, she smiled, "I think she made up her mind though... How about your place? It's closer, and we won't have to walk up a hill."

"Finally~" Mac chuckled, letting their hands swing between them. "Hills suck." He agreed with a chuckle, freeing one of his hands to better turn towards their destination. "Did you have a good night?" Barring certain things of course, but Mac seemed quite intent on pretending it never happened. Besides, it seemed like a decent up-hill-walking conversation.

"At first," She replied with a soft sigh, giving his hand a brief squeeze, just glad that he wasn't upset anymore; she really didn't know how to deal with a Mac that was acting that way... Her voice softened, "The middle was terrible though, but now it's the best again... You know, a year ago, I was so sure that I was going to dislike you forever."

Her little tidbit made him laugh, the barking kind that forced him to cover his mouth to try in vain to stop it. A year ago, huh? Wow...so much has happened. Had it really been a year? Somehow, it felt like a lot longer...
"A year ago..." He started with a chuckle. Now...to tell the truth or not? HMM. "I never thought I'd see you as a ghoul, nevermind dating you. If someone told me 'Hey Mac, that ghoul is the one for you', I'd've laughed in their faces." Honesty won out, apparently. But at least now they could see the Reaper Dorms looming up ahead.

Hmm. Well, to answer her question he put a hand against the side of his head, his index finger pointed to mime horns. "Just a demon." Still, very honest! He dropped his hand to nudge into his pocket. "A thing with horns that liked to cling." A crooked smile was cast down in her direction, one that turned coy as she asked her new question.
"Now?" The Reaper made a show of thinking about it, even dragging his hand out of his pocket to scratch at his chin. "Now you're the only ghoul in my entire world." He paused walking, leaning down to brush some hair from her neck before planting a little kiss there.
"So what about you? What about nowwwwww~" Mac tried to pull off her tone, he really did; but he failed, miserably.
