Kucha was almost bowled sideways as the big nose nudged affectionately at her. She fluffed herself up, stood and stretched each one, eeys running over the perfect feathers, each one preened to perfection. "As are you! I missed you very much since we parted." The little bird admitted, "life just seemed rather dull."
She then spread her wings and took to the air, perching upon a branch that had fallen upon the ground, her clawed toes curling about one of its slender limbs.
"Go and tell him, life is too short to be fearful of one's emotions!" She squawked.

"Awww..." Though she had't admitted it, the female dog had often finding herself missing her feathered companion. "Well, I've met a group of other dogs, and I'm sure you can stick around!"
Watching the bird flutter up towards the branch she fell back into thought. "I'll think about it..." She said quietly, thinking of the orange and ebony form of the male, wondering if Kucha was right after all...

She canted her head and gave a small but thoughtful chirp, "perhaps I will for a while, but a bird needs to fly you know." She gave a chortling laughter, "I'll stick around for a few days though, don't you worrk about that!" She fluttered, "gotta make sure my fledgling talks to her bonnie lad!" She shifted a little ways down the branch, eyes dancing with joy.
