"That's the idea! One day I won't be flimsy noodle man!" Mot protested, crossing his arms. "I'll be sturdy noodle man!" A confident grin plastered across his face. He knew better than to think he could change his entire physique through muscle building. He was built thin, that was just the way of it. But maybe he could make himself a little less likely to blow away in a breeze. "Oh ho~" He he grinned cheekily at her, "Well excuse me Miss Face-of-the-Company. And what face will you be using for that?"" If he recalled she trolled him by using his face and voice while taking an order.

"And that," she booped the Reaper's head, continuing on playfully "is why you need Fear Protein. You also need Scarbohydrates to give you energy pre-workout, like breads and cookies and scareghetti. Protein is best taken post training, to heal the muscles and make them grow. You don't want too much Sodium, that'll dehydrate you, and drink plenty of water to keep you hydrated."
As for his second question, Gene just gave the boil and childish raspberry. "My own, silly. Your mug would be great if I were doing a cowboil themed coffee shop, but I'm not. So yeah."
Sick burn right there, yup.

"I don't have to eat like.. all of those things at once, do I? I don't have much of an appetite to begin with, even after a work out." Mot said with a frown. He could deal with water. That was fine. But all of these words and options were boggling his cowboil brain. "Missing out~." Mot said with a smirk. "Then again, anything cowboil themed should probably be a saloon instead."

"If you want optimal performance and maximum results, then yes, you do have to eat all that in one day." She gave Mot a sterner look, crossing her arms. "You do know you'd need to be strong for the Boogeymen to take you, right? You need dedication to enter their forces." That, and to defend against any further Hunter attacks. She'd rather not lose a friend, thanks.
"I can make a meal plan for you, if you want. It'll take some getting used to, but eventually your appetite will adapt to the food you put in."

What!? All of that!? Mot frowned deeper. How was all that food supposed to fit in his twiggy frame!? "A meal plan? A plan.. for meals.." Mot rubbed his temples. "Yikes.. I had no idea there was so many rules to this.." He gave a sigh. "Well, alright then. I'm willing to learn."

"Yeah, a plan for meals. It helps regulate your diet, and makes sure you get enough nutrients. You may want to go to the store and pick up some Iron capsules too, you're looking a little pale. Yes, I know they taste like metal, but you need them." Gene was officially in mother mode, something usually reserved for Danny. But, Mot was in need of it. Her voice wasn't cruel or mean, just firm, with a dab of sugar to it. She lifted Mort off the ground, and gave him a squeezing hug.
"Thanks for checking on me, by the way. We can talk about my problems next time, alright?"

Well now, gene was certainly a mother hen. Mot nodded with a light chuckle. "Right, right." He'd oblige, both to appease Gene and his own goal. Mot got up from the ground with gene's help, returning the hug he was pulled in. "You bet. You should come by sometime. I'll treat you to some coffee, and we can talk about you." Lately he felt like he was always the one being helped. he wanted to do the helping for once.
