"W-what?" He woofed, uneasy and bristling at the odd actions of the shaggy rag pokemon. He watched it float up and follow a dark little human out of sight. Not hard from his low vantage point. With a growl he looked up the sheer wall he'd have to climb, considering the waterway below. He started up with a groan.

Several minutes later, a man came rushing in, out of breath. Something had come up, and he was about 10 minutes late for his battle. "Hey, sorry about - huh?" He looked around, noting he was alone. He smiled to himself. "Heh, lucky~!" He settled into the trainer's booth to wait for Lenore.
