I don't know what the scaries pic i've seen is..I can't think of one...
But REALLY creepy things happen in my family that would like to tell 3nodding if anyone wishes to hear them..

Oh there's a pic of my grandpa...and to his right you can see the face of another man...
If i can find it i'll scan it xp

There were a ton of photos released after 911 but that pic that showed a demonic face in the flames was freaky. It scared the bejuzus outta me cause I had first seen it on a American Press pic on CNN.com in B/W pirate

Can you see it now?

I have a tree outside my window that does that... Every few days or so I'll look out the window to see that it's a new face... Most of the time it's human but once in a while it looks either canine or hyena.

If you look in the foreground to the right you see what looks like a lady with wet hair and a towell over her head. In reality, when the pic was taken there was nothing there eek There was a recent funeral and the villagers believe that the head belongs to the recently departed. Apparently there's a face in the bushes in the back too, but I can never see those sweatdrop

Your pic-url says wedding though.
But aside that, this picture is really creepy, made me instantly think of the ring and Grudge.
