Midnight was scared after the display of the kicking and punching of the tyrogue. She fidgeted in her position, not wanting to show her opponent weakness by seeking comfort, yet couldn't calm herself."Midnight,Fade out"her trainer's command can be heard and she complied by making herself disappear.
Midnight won't be able to battle like that Theo thought as he saw the tyrogue's childish threat working. A word of comfort now would only show weakness to the opponent. Midnight needed to calm herself that's why he gave her the command for her to fade out for now. "Use astonish" an attack command followed. Sure enough,Midnight felt a bit better to be away from her opponent's gaze for a moment. She then appeared near the tyrogue in an attempt to scare him away. Making herself looked as ghostly as possible.

Though the frightful powers of the ghost type were indeed quite powerful, perhaps made even more so by a place plauged by nightmares, it would still prove ineffective against the tough little Tyrogue. Met with the terrifying visage which the Litwick had assumed, the Tyrogue would merely raise a hand up to his mouth and yawn. Apparently he'd seen scarier.
When the moment passed the little Pokemon would resume his cocky grin, slowly loosening the bandages around his wrists and looping the ends. A low toss and the pair would catch on the ends of some oddly convenient spires. Once he was sure they held the Tyrogue began pulling backwards, waiting till the bandages went taunt, then stretching them even further. Like a wrestler against the ropes he kept pushing back until he was sure he couldn't go further without breaking anything. Lifting his feet off the ground the bandages would give a definitive snap, launching the Tyrogue forward, tearing the bandages once he reached a certain distance. This was it, off the ropes and speeding towards Midnight, a wrestler style Tackle attack!
The attack came out strong, but the tyrogue wasn't fazed by it. This was indeed a brave path. The boring reaction of the tyrogue only made Midnight curious and felt challenged. It was good that she had gotten out of her previous scarediness. The shadowy images would then slowly fade away as a result of Midnight made herself invisible again.
When the tyrogue prepared itself for some sort of attack, Theo didn't wait for it to finish, but made a preparation of his own. " Midnight, distance yourself and fade in out" a trick they often use,but effective. Midnight's movement became hazy as she seemed to blend with the background, phasing in and out. Even if Midnight didn't move fast, the slowness only added hypnotic touch to it.

Suzaku would rise high enough to reach the first spire as she would touch down on the first one a bit tired. It was obvious, even in a dream, she wasn't going to be just flying like a bird with the girl on her back. Nakano would only shake her head.
"Not as strong as you like."
(Shut up, or I will drop you)
It was a show of her temper that Suzaku rarely showed Nakano. The pokemon is pretty loyal, and most of the time she follow commands without any real dispute. Though this time, she wasn't happy she wasn't able to actually fly with her trainer on her back like she wished.
Nakano would realize this as she pat her chest.
"It's okay, we can still keep up, and if you fall off of the spire ...well recovery is easy. Let's just fly to the next spire, and catch up to that Absol by following it's path."
"What do you say?"
She asked as Suzaku saw that their prey was getting away, and instead of answering would start to follow. One hard flap at a time, she was literally racing after the pokemon by leaping from one spire to the next. This was actually turning into a interesting game with Carrot holding on tightly. Afterall, the fire fox was also along for the ride.
Flying through the air the Tyrogue would pass by the little Litwick, missing by a scant few millimetres; but as the Fighting-Type tucked, rolled, and landed upon his feet facing back towards Midnight, it was clearly not for virtue of the Ghost-Type's fading. Eyes still aglow, the Tyrogue's gaze never left his opponent. Her fading was futile. Faced with Foresight all was laid bare, the invisible left visible despite the impressions of those trying to hide. The move had simply failed due to the straightforward nature of the assault. Although it was at high speed, an attack such as that didn't allow one any room for turning.
Rising from his crouch, the Tyrogue huffed slightly. He'd need to try something a bit more agile next time. Placing his feet firmly on the ground, the Fighting-Type placed his hands in front of him, one near, the other far, then tensed his muscles in preparation for an impact. His intent was to redirect whatever was thrown at him; but in the event that didn't work he had to be prepared for a little pain!
"It didn't work? how!?" It was weird, the tyrogue wasn't fazed by the trick they had done. Theo couldn't understand what the pokemon had done. He spotted a red glow from the pokemon's eyes, it might have something to do with that. Either way, fading out won't work as well as usual.
It was not time to dwell on his thought as this was his chance to attack"Midnight, now! Ember". The moment the tyrogue rolled on the ground, Midnight had prepared to launch her flame. When tyrogue was still not yet recovered was their target. Theo had known that there was almost always an opening after an attack, especially when it missed. The tyrogue would meet with fire the moment it stood up. A physical attack might be redirected, but a fire won't be that easy. It was not something you could touch normally.

Not nearly as fleet of foot as the Absol, despite her efforts Suzaku would soon find herself falling behind the Dark-Type. Burdened by her weight, one of the towering rocky spires would even break beneath her, causing the Skarmory to topple off the spire. She'd lost this round quite spectacularly, even as the Absol continued to traverse the terrain as if racing along perfectly flat ground. The oddity among it however was that once the girl fell a certain distance behind the herald of misfortune would halt, waiting atop a spire for the girl to close the distance by a set gap. Only when she had come far enough would he resume to race ahead.

Flames splattered the Tyrogue's flesh, covering his body with the black marks of ash. He was lightly singed, and certainly the damage he'd sustained hadn't been light; but thankfully he'd at least managed to avoid a nasty burn. Rising up from the ground where he had fallen, the Fighting-Type did his best to shrug off the blow. He'd faced worse. Striking fist into palm, first right to left then left to right, the Tyrogue would crack his neck sharply to the side before charging forward. This was hardly over, and he knew just what to do next!
Once he was within distance of Midnight he'd lunge forward. When and if he managed to get hold of her he'd promptly fall backward while keeping his feet firmly on the ground.That's right, he was planning to turn a Tackle into a Suplex!
Midnight stood a distance from the tyrogue after firing the ember. Confident that the damage had been great for her opponent. She and Theo waited for the fallen pokemon to show reaction. It wasn't long for the tyrogue to get back up. The battle was not over yet.
As the tyrogue did strange stance and charged forward.She didn't have to wait for her trainer's order as she broke on charging toward her opponent. Of course, her opponent would be faster than her, but that wasn't her aim. It was to take control for the time the attack met up and thus dodge it. Just before they connected, Midnight would stamp her right foot with enough strength to propel her to the left. A swift and decisive evade. Unfortunately, she didn't land smoothly and ended up rolling on the ground after evading.

The result of the confrontation would be a very confused looking Tyrogue observing the Litwick rolling around. Had did she...it...candle's didn't have feet! Tilting his head sharply to the side, the Fighting-Type would abruptly smack himself, shaking his head briskly before defensively crossing his arms over his chest. This wasn't the time! He was still in the midst of BATTLE!
Midnight had a hard time getting herself to stop rolling. She had to use her small hands to stop herself. Wobbling a little as she stopped. It was embarrassing to lose her balance after dodging. "Midnight, ember again!"her trainer's command resounded and she followed. From the spot she was, shooting the fire from atop her head toward the tyrogue. It was direct and straightforward attack this time. There was not much Midnight could do after wasting her time rolling.
The Tyrogue would go down in a ball of flame...or, at least that should have been the case. When those flames touched the Tyrogue's skin the Fighting-Type would suddenly explode into a cloud of shadowy mist, not even leaving a corpse. The air would briefly be filled with the sound of childish snickering, as if they'd just pulled of some sort of immature prank.
Suzaku would falter a bit as her wings would flap once and twice ....as she tries to steady herself on the sheer piece of rock. She had fallen behind the Absol in question, and then he had slowed up a bit. IT was a challenge if she every saw one, and she was anger as she let her metal feathers stand up just a bit, and then she would streak forward. She would try and speed up a bit, as she aim to catch up and maybe get past it .....as Nakano would feel herself press against her neck with the way that she was moving.
"I see, you got your eyes on the prize. Go for it Suzaku."

Round 2 -ABSOL-
Twice the girl had failed to properly keep up with the Absol, and as it began lengthening the distance it would seem she wasn't going to receive a third chance. It would appear the Dark-Type wouldn't always wait for those unable to keep up with it. Nakano would find it wouldn't be long before the Absol was entirely out of her sight. She had truly failed.
(Since it won't matter about pointing out the -10 he should have received for the 1 ...(45> 43)I guess, I just have to continue onwards)
Nakano watches as the pokemon escape. They were just too heavy together, and she was a bit disappointed as Suzaku would stop and rest. This time, the pokemon didn't stop, and she would look backwards at Nakano as the girl would rub her underneath the chin.
"It's okay, that one wasn't right for us. Let's just keep looking, we are here to deal with the nightmare anyway."
She would tell the bird as Suzaku would flap her wings a few times, and launch herself off of the spire back towards the ground. it was easier to travel this way anyway, and thus, they would continue on this journey walking.
The girl would once more get off the of the metal bird as they made their way by foot ......as the fire fox would hop down beside her.
