Gray just pressed his hair back and let out a breath of air. "That was a dumb load of emotion..." He looked down to the micheal. "Walk with me kid." He would nudge his head. Placing his hand softly behind the boys taking him a small distance away. Out of ear shot. He would then kneel down to Micheal. "So what makes you think you got what it takes to hang with the men?" He looked over to Claire. Hoping she didn't mind him talking to him like this.

Michael: goes with him as Claire sits down petting sophie-" the locket I have has all of my fathers memories, all of them, all his training, his years growing up, all his knowledge, with that I am not a child, Claire was the reason my dad died, the kids were corrupted because of her"

"What are you saying to me kid? That your just lacking the size and strength?" He asked as he looked at the locket. Then back to micheal. "Would she make a better ruler for this kingdom?"

her nor the other ones are fit, my father knew how to rule, he was raised to rule, he was teaching me before he died. Size and strength don't always win a battle, some times the smallest of adversaries can win a battle

"Well you have the most the most 'experience' technically right? You want me to get you up on that throne? I'm not sure if I can win... but I can damn well try."

she doesn't think I'm fit yet, I want to wait before anything happens, I know she will try to stop me before I am of age. I don't want to be with her anymore, I want to take Sophie but no way in hell she will let me.

"Well we can't just take her. So I propose that you should try and coax her to join us. After all. She has just as much right to help us as you do to take the blasted thing."

-he shakes his head- she wont leave her mother, she's the only thing that Claire has left.

"Well... as long as you have talents you say you do. I can't see why I..." He gave it some thought. "I would be joining you techincally..."

-he tilts his head- how?-the his ear twitches turning to Claire as she sigh she mumbles something his ear fold back as sophie walks over to them-

He saw Sophie come closer. "Take it or leave it kid. Either way I am going somewhere. Anywhere." He told Micheal looking over to Sophie. "What brings you over here?"

Claire told her to either say good bye to me or her-he kneels and she nuzzles him licking his cheek and a tear of his she whimper-its fine, you will stay with her, ill see u again-he kisses her forehead and she walk back to Claire-

He looked to Claire. "Where do you want to start first?" He didn't take his eyes off of her. Giving her a reassuring look.

-he shrugs as Claire picks up Sophie not looking to them and head off a different way- I want to train

"W-w-ait... wait... wait I thought you said you already knew everything from your memories!" He looked down to Micheal a little surprised. "I should have known you made up a heinous story..."
