"I live in Dream Valley," Zander fluttered his wings and smiled, "And my favorite color...that could be tough..."
He rubbed his chin in thought. "I always loved yellows and oranges. No one in my family has those colors, and I liked them because they were different than what we were.
My favorite place is anywhere where there's something happening. I like to be doing things." He sighed, taking a breath to combat his fast talking.
"And," He said, "I don't think you're too bold. I think it's nice that you're straight forward."

Xena listened to him but at the same time any pony could probably tell she was either nervous or just too bouncy and excited for everything soon to happen. "Yellow and Orange? Well those are some interesting colors. Definitely bright and cheerful colors if you ask me."
She stopped for a moment to take in the last part of what he said. "Ah so you like going on adventures like me then I take it? If you want, if we survive through this then we should go on another one sometime down the road."
They eventually approached the entrance to the forest. She stopped dead in her tracks. She sniffed the air. "Wait a sec...I think I remember my mother telling me to get in there's a secret entrance or else you could end up walking yourself into a trap. This whole forest isn't what it seems if I remember. It has a mind of its own, not to mention guardians of it."

Xena tapped one of the branches with a stick. Vines shot out and grabbed the stick before dragging it deep into the forest. "Heh...not that way." She looked around the area and moved to the side. "Ah! Here's the place." Xena brought out the sword she had borrowed from her mother, charged it up and slashed at some vines. Instantly a small hole could be seen. "I must say though once we pass through we might be in the spiritual realm. Hope it's not a problem." She then looked back at the hole before going in. "Well here we go."

Zander followed after Xena, looking around at the forest. "For the spirit realm, this doesn't look so...spirit ish." He pulled out his bow and his quiver. The quiver he strapped so that it hung on across his back. The bow he strung in a similar manner, though so it could easily be taken off and shot at.
"I wonder if we can even be hurt here if we're in a less physical realm..."

Xena watched as a couple orbs floated by her face. "Really? It kind of looks a bit spiritual to me although I haven't had much experience with spiritual sides." She looked around the area. There was barely any light except for what little light made it through the trees. She grabbed her sword just incase if anything would come out. "You know though even though they say this forest has a mind of it's own, it's actually pretty and a bit relaxing. Xena continued to scan the area before looking back. The hole that she created faded away and all that could be seen was a stone slab with vines all over it. She struck it with her sword. The only thing it did was make a strange noise while vines covered it up more. "Well we're not getting out that way. That's for sure."
It was about then that a glowing light came slowly towards the two. At first it was quite a distance from them then it faded away almost like it was an illusion. After a couple minutes of silence the light popped right back up again except it was right in front of Xena and Zander "Huh? So it was you two who came here huh?" The light sighed. "This is the five hundredth seventeenth time I think someone has come in here." The light stopped for a second. "I take it you're here for the treasure like all the others before you?"

Zander didn't want to make the glowing orb angry, so he looked at Xena. He just shrugged his shoulders and whispered, "I don't want to make it mad..."

Xena looked at Zander then back at the glowing orb. "Yes we are and why the heck are you trying to spook us away? We decided to come in here on our own free will." She was a bit perturbed with this orb. It had a mind of it's own. "Besides. It's rude to barge in here towards others. You can't scare us away."
The orb sighed a bit. "Well all have said that and none have made it past. The main thing is to not rush so blindly through this as to lose track of everything."
Xena scowled at the orb. "Yes I know that. Now if you don't mind move out of our way!"
The orb eventually glowed brighter before it turned into what looked like a pixie, except it was ghost like. "Fine if you're that much in a rush I will tell you this one thing. There are items you can collect in this forest that will stop the flow of time for you." He raised a hoof before some tear shaped object appeared hovering above it. "These are Forest tears. They can be found variously through out these woods. There are a total of twenty tears to collect." He paused. "However there is more. There are places in these woods that will try to cause you harm and there are spiritual animals that will try to attack you. If you get attacked by one of them I can at least transport you back here and you can try again, but you cannot leave now until you both complete the challenge. It can count for both of you, in fact I would recommend it." He looked around before directing his attention back to the two. "Need any more information?"

Faron looked over towards Zander. "Well to tell you the truth I would love to, but I can't go into too much detail on that." He paused for a moment. "I will say though that the first couple ones are near the waterfall." He pointed a hoof over towards the falls. "After that it shouldn't be too hard. Just make sure the other orbs don't catch you."
Xena smirked. "That's plenty of information. I'm not afraid of orbs or the guardians that would try to kill us." She looked back at Zander. "So...are you ready for this?"

Faron watched them both discuss things. "Alright. Well I will tell you this too. If the orbs catch you I can return you here unharmed. However, I can't get you out of this maze now. It's up to you and you alone." He drew a magic circle around them. "This will also serve as a portal to exit, a safe zone, and once done the treasure should pretty much show itself right here." He looked around once more trying to think if he got everything down that he could do to try and help the two. "I will warn you. Once you step outside this circle as well the guardians will awaken and try to come after you. So your best bet is to head straight to the tear immediately."
Xena listened to the final statements. "Alright. Thank you for the heads up warning."
Faron nodded his head then looked at them both once more. "I wish you the best of luck, but remember, if things do get to difficult I can return you here to recuperate, but that's about it." He then slowly faded away like he was a ghost.
Xena shook her head. "That's one heck of an exit." She then looked at Zander. "Alright then. Let's head out." She waited till Faron was gone before stepping outside the circle. Once outside the color of the forest changed into a bright white piercing light. Some noises could be heard and some clanking. "Well let's not waist time." She quickly darted for the first tear. Once she got it the forest changed back to it's peaceful state. "Oh I get it. When we collect these tears the guardians freeze." She looked around for the next one.

((I figured it was, but I haven't played Skyward Sword. I don't have a Wii U. sad ))
Zander darted for the next tear and grabbed it. "Yeah, one heck of an exit. At least we have an idea of what to do though." He was looking for the next tear.
"How many of these do we need? 26?"

((It's on the regular Wii as well. This is what Farore Silent Realm actually looks like)) Xena was searching for the next tear. They had some time before the time would unfreeze so she wasn't in too bad of a rush, still if not grabbed in time the guardians of the forest would come to life and try to kill them. "We actually need a total of 20 of them." She looked at the water. "Oh I think I heard of this." She went to step a hoof in it. Instantly time unfroze and the guardians slowly woke up. "Uh oh....we better double time it." She ran as fast as she could trying to look for another tear hoping the guardians wouldn't catch either of them. "I don't think physical weapons are gonna work on them. The only hope we got is finding those tears." She chuckled a bit. "I guess this is why Faron said other's couldn't make it."

Zander nodded and took to the air, catching a glint of green high on a ledge. "Found one, almost there!" He urged his wings to beat faster as he raced to the tear. He could see the guardians moving in closer to them. "Just a little bit...more..." His hoof touched the tear and time froze again. "Whew..." He allowed himself about a minute to catch his breath. "Any leads, Xena?"
