((Gomennasai! I have been a bit... dead, recently. And I don't have much access to the internet with my virus-ridden-infernal-M.E. machine. I can only get on once in a while, so there might be a lack of me every so often. With more often than every-so.

Zelda isn't really a guide. I just used her to start the whole thing. She can be taken over by someone else, just keep in mind what has gone on so far, and that this is after Ocarina of Time.))

Death finally came to the guard. Finally. The three re-dead minions had been trying to kill him for five minutes. While five minutes isn't long to some, for an overpowered match like this, it was quite a while.

"Damn, he made quite a racket. It won't be long before someone comes."

He had to hurry. Commanding the re-deads mentally, he gave them their orders. They set to work immediately, and worked swiftly. Their rotting bodies climbed amazingly well, and before long, one dead guard was hanging from the city gates. He hoped Link would hear of this.

"Now we must prepare some more. Come."

He and his re-deads moved off through the city streets into the night.

The hall way to Darunia's room was completely dark, but a dim light from his room guided me to it. I stepped into his room spotting him right off, it was hard not to notice a creature as large as he. He was a rough goron that was called Big Brother because of his might, strength, and courage. Darunia, the most feirce goron, and leader of the goron race.

Darunia looked aged sice the last time I had seen him he looked to me and spoke, "Seig, it is well met again. I see that Dante' has come also."

Dante` hung his head low and spoke back to Big Brother, "Seig has been away from Hyrule for many years and does not know."

Darunia's expression became more stern as he spoke, "I see why he is here now. Destiny has called him into this also."

I looked to Darunia wondering what he meant.

Darunia pulled his massive spear from the statue behind him and started to sharpen it, while speaking. "Evil has returned to Hyrule, I have heard of abnormalities from the Zoras about Lake Hyrule. The Zora king has ordered all of the Zoras to abandon it untill this curruption ends. Somthing is going on and nobody knows what it is but we know that is evil and evil most be stopped..."

I looked at the spear as he sharpened it, he sharpened it fast and hard. He was releasing fear and anger. I spoke to him reasuringly, "Evil has failed before and before my blades it shall fall with gruesome death... I shall do everything within my limits to defeat this forsaken foe."

Dante` and Darunia both smiled at my remark.

Darunia looked me up and down observing me, "Such a young boy, such a brave boy. Only one other I know of having such bravery. You should seek him out."

Dante` looked to me and nodded.

I spoke in question, "Who is this boy you speak of?"

Darunia shoved the spear back into the grasps of the statue. "Link, the Hero of Time and Slayer of the beasts of the Dodongo's cavern. He is strong and brave."

"I shall find him brother and I shall investigate the evil in the Lake Hyrule."

I turned around determined to find the cause of this evil and destroy it. I walked through the door and out of goron city headed toward Hyrule Castle Market for supplies.

Commander Psy Entia Aberon stood tall in the dark lake side lab of the good doctor. Three of his men sat outside and had been doing so for the past few hours. The tall man stood straight, hands clasped behind his back, eyes looking about constantly and the numerous vials and beakers.

"It is quite curious what has been taking place of late. I haven't seen much for monsters like I did in the old days, but the lake has become eery. I haven't dared to take samples of the water for wekks and my research is being hindered for it." It was the old man with a hunched back who was desolving any silence that would dare slip into the room. He had been rambling like this for the better part of their conversation, Aberon's part in the talk consisting on small grunts and a few well placed nods.

"Doctor,I realize that the lakes curent position is stressful upon your years, but do you think it all possible to give me the good guess I had come here for in the first place?" Finally more than a sound of pretend listening came from the Commanders thin lips which were curled in a slight sarcastic smile.

"Alright alright. The last water I had sampled was rancid. It wasn't the pure, ever cleansing water it normally is. No, it was stagnant as if it had ceased taking in fresh water from the river. It had no living molocules, dead everything in the lake is dead down to the last microbug." At last a straight answer.

"Now was that so hard," The elderly man gave a grunt and turned back to his test tubes as Psy made a small bowing gesture and made for the door. The commander wasn't an abnormal tall person, but all th same he had to duck through the door way; this was simply because it was not ment for a youthful man it was made fro a crippled old scientist.

"Sir, the report," One man jumped to his feet and gave a well traind to salute, the other two following his action, but saying nothing. This man, Agill, as Psy's runner; he rod the fastest horse back to the castle and gave the report straight to the princess since that is who Commander Aberon's men took orders from, directly and indirectly.

"The lake is dead, the sourse of our highnesses worries are centered here. Mogroth and Evdal will follow close behind you, tell the princess i have gone to find the hero." Little did Psy know that Agill would not find the princess at the castle and the chances of him meeting her on his way to find Link was far more likely.
