As she walked into the bakery she smiled at the mer behind it "hi, Marina, how are you?" she asked as she walked toward the counter.

"Good thanks, you are fine as well I take it?" Marin asked.

"Yes, I am, got this guy tagging along with me but other then that, I think I can handle his company" she said smiling at him, obviously teasing him before looking back at the other.

"So, the one who vowed never to get a boyfriend went and got herself a boyfriend, I think you may need to work on your vows" she said giggling at her friend as she placed two napkins on the counter in front of each and placed two chocolate cupcakes in front of the two and wondering around on top of vanilla icing was two white chocolate snowmen wondering around, back and forth, just enjoying their time on top.*

I feel mean to have to eat them" she said as she bent down and ate the head off the snowman who was now running back and forth like a headless chicken not knowing what to do with himself now that his head had gone. Blue giggled at the poor thing and ate the rest of him "yeah, I know, my guilt doesn't last long, can't really help that, this places food is amazing!" She said as she gestured to the male " sorry, should introduce him "his name is Adiemus, just met about half an hour ago" she said as she as she took a small nibble of the slice "mmm, this is amazing! You and your brother really have gotten used to land food haven't you?"

"For me, I wanted to, I have always been fascinated by human food, for my brother, he was just fascinated by you, if it wasn't for you coming in that day with him sitting here moping about not knowing why he was even on land when he had a life under the sea, he wouldn't of found his knack for land food making, you gave him the inspiration that he needed"

"No, I gave him a kick up the butt that he needed" she said as she sat down and sighed "i hate to ask though, where is he?"

"I thought I heard the sweet sounds of your voice" the male said as he walked out covered in flour and a few stray bits of batter stuck in his black hair as he placed a tray of cookies on the counter "I would have been out here sooner but I had to get a cake into the oven" he said as he opened the cabinet and placed the tray in a spare place on the shelf and closed the door.

Blue sighed "Hello, Kai, how are you?"

"A lot better now that you are here" he said smiling at her as he lent on the counter.

Marina sighed "alright lover boy, back off and keep that tongue in your mouth, we don't want your drool contaminating the food" she said as she pushed him toward the kitchen. "Anyway, what are you doing here?"

"I am just here to place a cake order for dinner" she said as Marina grabbed a pen and paper, poised to write down the order "right, so, I want a two tiered cake with white chocolate icing on a decadent chocolate mud cake with the decorations as New Years related as you can make them, however you wish to design the top is up to you and your brother just don't let him do any love hearts or whatever, something tells me my family doesn't want to know the baker has some sort of crush on me indirectly or directly" she said smiling at the mer.

"That will be fine and I will keep my brother under control, I promise and when would you like to have this picked up?"

"Is 6pm tonight too soon?"

"For you, no it isn't, I have a couple of orders i need to fill but they are not important, I mean, they are, but they want them in three days time, I can have yours done by tonight" she said as she walked to the kitchen "order for you to start on" she said as she placed the piece of paper on the bench just inside the door and then walked back to the counter "that all?"

Blue had gone back to munching on her slice as she pondered if she should take anything else and just as she finished she nodded "yes, I will take the whole two dozen of your cookies please and I would like them gift wrapped" she said as Marina nodded and went to work.

"So, we will leave you two and we will come back later?" She asked as she stood there finishing her muffin "thanks for these by the way" she said as she took her final bite.

Sierra has reached the steps of Government house and gestured to the door "come on, best pay my little brother a call" she said as she walked up and in through the doors "Tira!" She said as she quickly glomped him "how have you been!? It has been ages!"

Tira laughed as he stumbled a little then caught his footing and higged his sister back "I have been good but you, I see, have an outside you are bringing here and apparently a vampire."

"Blue told you?"

"Of course she did but come, lets just fill out the paper work" he said as he walked over to a desk, grabbed the right forms and started to fill them out.

Sierra turned to her friend "it will be fine" she said as she smiled at him "it pays to have someone related to you who runs this place.

"Not everyone loves me, Kai is a different matter, he and I are friends, I helped him out when he first stepped foot on dry land, his sister had been here for a while and had already established shop but he came on to give a message to her and wasn't sure about being on land so after not being able to walk on land either, even with feet, I was taking a stroll down the beach and saw him struggling so I helped him out. Needless to say that guy and I spent the afternoon together getting to know each other and what not whilst I was teaching him how to at least somewhat walk properly on land, not that I know how humans walk on two feet but still, anything was better then what he was doing and I guess he just started to have a crush on me and whilst I say no that means yes to him.

Also, people know me because I am Jack Frost's granddaughter, Jack Frost being the guy who brings winter to the Realm and helps out when stuff needs a bit of ice or snow or whatever, he works for the Elders and so since he is a big shot and people love to kiss butt with those in power others tend to think that if they are nice to his family he could pull strings and get them stuff or whatever. However, people like my mother and other two aunts and uncle tend to be 'loved' that little more then we are, of course my mother and Uncle have made themselves known to be great ponies without the need of all the butt kissing and have made their own mark in this world but still, once a daughter or son of one of the Elders prime workers well...some things will never change completely.

And yes, moving frosting decorations are common place here, the mers don't have a lot of magic but the little they have they can manipulate frosting to do whatever they want so we can get moving snowmen and the like, for Halloween last year Maria manipulated a frosting zombie to 'attack' a human and the way she created the frosting human was that as soon as the zombie started eating her neck a raspberry filling came out of her, it was really fun to see" she said to him as she stopped outside the ice cream parlor. "And I on the other hand are more well known here because my mother owns the most popular ice cream parlor in town" she said as she gestured to the ice cream shop they were walking by, beings coming out with their ice cream whilst more were going in and she stopped outside "as you can see it gets rather busy in there, there is never a place you can sit most of the time and if you can find a place it is probably because someone else just left, they have their quiet moments but most of this time you get a rather busy shop" she said as a white pony with Popsicles on her flank came out and collapsed on the ground and kissed it.

"Fresh air and ground, normal, common ground, how I have miss you!" She said again as she kissed the ground.

"Er...mother, what's wrong?" She asked looking down at her disheveled mother.

Lemonade looked up and blinked, blushing slightly as she found her composure "oh, hi Blue, sorry, I have been in there since six this morning and been working non stop ever since, it is now half one and I have been run off my feet, I have Winter taking over for a bit, he insisted to go and get some fresh air and leave the rest of the hungry mob up to him so I decided to take up his offer. I know the shop is busy on a good day but I should of rethought about doing a sale on all ice cream, it is the stuff that needs to be sold before it goes bad in a couple of days, twenty percent off and if you buy half a dozen ice cream sandwiches you get a voucher for a game or toy of whatever you wish fifty percent off the price, a deal I have with the toy shop at the moment."

"Mother. you are doing WAY too much! You should of done one or the other, no wonder you are running yourself ragged, who wouldn't come up for twenty percent off ice cream and a half priced toy!? How did you get you get yourself in this mess!? Alright, the ice cream is understandable but the vouchers?"

"Serendipity, the co-owner of the toy shop, came to me with an offer and I took it, it works out well for the both of us and besides, after having you lot, you know how much I love children, how could I say no to seeing their little faces when they know they could get a toy out of this? Alright, so it is fifty percent off a toy but still, it is perfect! Stop by here and then go pic their toy out at the store, it is a nice day out for the child more so and you know I can't say no to seeing a happy childs face, I have had enough children to know how beautiful that sight is" she said smiling at her daughter.

Blue sighed "you really do work too hard mother" she said as she lent over and nuzzled her mother "go get something to eat and maybe stop in at the spa, you deserve to be pampered, an hour facial or a massage and you will be fine to go back to work, I am bringing a treat home for dinner tonight so just get Starbright to make dinner, something for desert but nothing too over the top, I stopped by the bakery and got something from there, picking it up at six."

"Alright Darling, I might go see those two, Starbright and Starlight do have a rather special blend of hot chocolate I can't say no to" she said as she finally looked at the male next to her "so, care to tell me why an outsider is here?"

"Because, Sierra left me for Vampire so our day was cut short so since I made reservations for two I needed someone to stand in for her so I chose him, don't worry, I have sworn to Tira I would look out for him and everything, if not it will be both our heads" she said as she looked at Adiemus "Adiemus, this is my mother, Lemonade, Mother this is Adiemus, actually not a bad guy once you start spending a little time with him."

"In other words you still don't know a thing about him."

"Well...no, but this may change once we actually sit down to eat."

Lemonade smiled at the male "hi, it is a pleasure to meet you".

As Tira sat down and started to sign several pieces of paper he looked at his sister "when you are ready, Sierra".

Sierra smiled at Yue and shook her head "no, it is fine, it is I who has to sign their life away, you are under my care so I just need to sign..." she said before being iterrupted.

"It has changed, Sierra, he does need to sign one thing, after what happened to Eclipse and co we had to make up a new form for the real outsiders like vampires etc to sign thanks to that event."

"Oh, alright" she said as she moved over and signed the three pieces of paper that she had to and then passed the quill over to the vampire as her brother picked up the first three forms.

"This one" Tira pointed as where to sign for the Vampire "is just saying that you will be on your best behavior and that Sierra is responsible for you etc but if you put a foot wrong it will be both your heads" he said, not wishing to be so harsh but it was true. if he did something Sierra would be reliable as she brought him here and he wouldn't be able to do anything to get her out of trouble, he would have to be judge with the other Elders but he knew his sister, this girl didn't hurt a fly let alone break any other rule so he knew he could trust her with this guy being here.

Blue blushed a little but nudged him playfully a little "someones being fresh" she teased as she nodded "I know but after four years he could learn to start taking no as no" she said with a sigh "and yet, if he did I may just miss it" she admitted, not liking it but at the same time she would miss it for the simple fact it has been a constant in her life it would be an empty void if he ended up stopping now. "I don't know" she said as she sighed a little "it has it's good points and bad and due to recent events it is more bad then good" she said, remembering back to a recent family dinner and the revelations that were brought to light there and how much her family was now some what split down the middle "if word got out due to recent events that have happened in my family we may be looking at me not having much, if any, importance at all" she said, hoping though her grandfather was alright.

"Stick with me and you will see how possible the impossible can be here" she said smiling at him and winked but then shook her head a little "not merponies, same sort of thing really but different, these are human based creatures, same tail as our merponies but instead of a ponys top half they are half human, fascinating creatures once you get to know them."

As Blue rolled her eyes, smiling at the male Lemonade smiled and sighed a little "sweet talker I see, guess that is one thing I have to keep an eye on" she said as she was intterupted.

"Mother!"

"What!? Your father isn't here so I am going to have to play bad cop, I don't want just anyone trying to get with my daughter" she said as she kissed her daughters cheek "besides, if your father was here he may be worse" she said as she looked at the male once more "it is a pleasure to meet you also but try and keep your hooves to yourself or else" she said as she turned around and left "see you at home, Blue" she called as she took off to go find a cab to take her to see Starbright and Starlight.

"I am SO sorry for her, I guess if daddy isn't here she feels it is best she lays over protective parent for him" she said as she walked inside "come, we have fifteen minutes, lets just get a little ice cream" she said as she pointed to a table someone just left and quickly sat down in it and passed him a menu that had different desert items on there, sure this shop was an ice cream parlor but it did pancakes and the like also.

It's nothing, really, and technically this guy wasn't one of your normal vampires, I couldn't quite place it, but he and a few others from this world just made trouble a while back, security was upped and so now we are just on higher alert then before when vampires, regardless who they are, come here" he said as Sierra gestured at the seventeen wanted posters on the wall "that is what happened."

"Those seventeen vampires, most our worlds vampires, went to Harmonia and caused damage to the main government buildings and stole from a few shops and just over all did the usual bad things with injuring or killing a few innocents on the way through, out of the ones that were caught, it was but a small percentage and seventeen are still needing to be caught. We will get them it will just take time that we don't have, we have a celebration coming up soon and we need to prepare for that, we can't skip it or push it back or bring it forward, it NEEDS to be on the same day every year but this also means prime time for those still at large."

"We can handle more security and protection spells and what not but at the same time it would be great to catch them but some also know magic so it is a little tricky trying to catch those who also know magic and some as good as our Elders, makes life tricky" sierra sighed and smiled at him "and thank you, that is all we ask" she said as she looked at Tira "that is?"

"That is all I need" he said as he put the papers together.

"And this is for you" Sierra said as she opened her bag and gave it to him "I think it is time my little brother had what he has always wanted, I don't know why you like my bear over the others when they are exactly the same but I think it is time you have it" she said as she closed her bag.

Tira stared at it in shock "y...you sure? You love this bear"

"And you do as well, so take it, I should of given it to you ages ago, we will always have the memories but now, since things have changed, I think it is best you have it" she said as she gestured to the vampire "come on, let's get out of here" she said as she turned and started to walk off.

"Sierra wait!" Tira said as he ran after her and hugged her "thank you so much! I will take good care of it" he said as she nodded.

"I know you will" she said with tears in her eyes as she hugged him back "I love you Tira, enjoy the bear" she said as she kissed his cheek and let go "I just want to cuddle him every so often when I come and visit" she said as he nodded

"Of course, how can I say no? I love you also, Sierra" He said as he smiled at the male "enjoy your time here" he said as he turned and walked back to the desk.

"So, I think i may get a bite to eat...er...poor wording, I know, but still, I am famished" she said as she opened the door and looked once more at her brother levitating the bear away as he walked down the hall, she was going to miss that bear terribly but it was time she gave it to her little brother.

Blue would of asked what he was going to say but prying was never a good look and her parents always taught her that it was wrong to pry so she ignored it even though her curiosity was wanting to though she did feel a little sympathetic towards him "I'm sorry" she said, not even going to try and imagine how hard that would be on a person when shes only ever had two loving parents "and yes, i know that it is a poultry thing to say and it may not mean much coming from someone like me but I do mean it. I am lucky to have two loving parents, a maid and cook as well as a gargoyle and siblings that love but that doesn't mean I can't help but feel saddened by the way you are treated and by your parents no less, everyone deserves to have parents or someone akin to what a parent would be, it is just unfortunate that your parents are pretty much write offs" she said as she looked down at the menu "all of them?" She questions, this WAS her mothers shop so she was a little biased "though I guess I could make you my specialty" she said, knowing that she could easily slip behind the counter and make them both her specialty, it would take no more then five minutes tops but it was up to him.

"You are telling us, the Elders are talking about how to catch them before the celebration, it is hard, but it is a lot easier on everyone if they can catch them now but the Elders need to get new spells made and Tira is the only one who may be able to do that, hoping, of course, he has learnt his biological mothers ways of how to create spells. His mother was the one who created most of the spells foundations that are used here so Tira is the only one who, the Elders hope, will be able to help see them through this and make stronger and more powerful spells then what the vampires know, he has gotten a good grasp on how his mother worked but he still is needing a little more work which he doesn't have time to do."

Sierra nodded "yes, when he first came to us he was given my bear which I wasn't very happy about, I loved the bear and my siblings got the same bear from our grandmother however he was given mine just as a comfort sort of thing but ever since he has always loved mine. Through the years I kept telling him no, he couldn't have it but now that things have changed within this family I thought it best that I parted with it, he can have it now, he is set to have children of his own, his mate is pregnant, so maybe he can pass it down to one of them...if he doesn't end up keeping it for himself.

But as for something to eat I think Red's, hopefully he doesn't hate us" she said, having not stepped foot into Red's place since before the dinner so she was going to make sure he was alright but also because he did make awesome food...just that making sure he was alright was the main reason she wanted to go there.

"And thank you, I guess you could say it was all that bears doing, when Tira first came to our place from the orphanage here, my parents first gave Tira that bear as a small comfort without my permission I hated it and I upset him a little in the process when i wanted it back and it was also the time I vowed that I hated hate him and how I didn't want a little brother, I was a child, I was stupid, but after speaking to my father I realized how stupid I was being and that he could borrow the bear but at the same time it made me realize that it wasn't really nice to be like that and my parents had raised me better so ever since then I just wanted to rather give than receive, it was better than what I had done toward my brother so I have been that way ever since.

Needless to say, Tira always did try stealing my bear whenever he got a chance so, in the end, I gave it to him but he always gave it back and we did have our moments together but it was due to that incident as a child that has helped shape me into what I am today and whilst he and I will never be as close as what he and Blue are we do share a close bond with each other."

"Yes, Gargoyle, though Gargoyles are almost extinct now and...and it is all thanks to my grandfather and best friend" she said with a sigh as she looked away, she felt ashamed for what they did, being the granddaughter of the man who helped almost eradicate the race from this realm was horrible, but at the same time she did believe things happen for a reason, regardless who did them, which is why she was upset at Red and her grandfather but not so much that she wanted to punish them forever especially when they had already done their time in prison. "Anyway, there are some of the last Gargoyles on the top of goverment House in Harmonia and the clans still, more or less, stick with the last few remaining few members up there but they are all friends but one was an outcast, has always been an outcast, he has a friend or two but mostly he is shunned and then my mother came along, befriended him and we now have him living at my family home."

Blue giggled "no, rocky Road is not made with dirt and rocks, it is made of chocolate, marshmallow and, depending on the person making it, it can have peanuts and/or gummy candy in it, pretty much like bar form but frozen and creamier." Blue said as she shook her head "envy may be an ugly trait but some people, regardless, don't seem to be ugly if they are because they have proven to be beautiful regardless of one or two small traits that may make them ugly" she said as she got up.

"Can you have alcohol?" She asked, wondering if she should make the alcoholic or non alcoholic version of her specialty "and yes, we do, after I grab a quick bite at Red's, which will just be a quick pasta dish, I will take you to Redcrest, that place has everything you could ever want, it has the biggest arena in the realm, the weaponsmiths there are second to none. We have Ironriver, the town that is more the industrial part of this world where you can get mass produced products of all kinds, has some weaponsmiths but if you want high grade weapons you go to Redcrest, it also has smaller sparing areas teachers, armor markers, you name it they have it."

"Tira is an Elder who has become the head of defense, something he got given when he became elder, it is a tedious job but an Elder needs to do it and he is more then happy to do it as it keeps him that little bit closer to the people unlike half the old school Elders who are happy to sit in their powerful chairs and not bother with the people. As for mayor we don't really have them, each city has a couple of Elders In Training to oversee any small problems but mostly it is the 107 Elders that work in Government House that run this realm" she said as she realized that sun and vampires don't mix "sorry!" She said as she opened up a portal "got through, we can reach Red's quicker if you don't end up burning to a crisp" she said as she as she nodded "and I agree, I wanted to but it is a shame when some do no, this world, and back home, would be a much nicer place if they could change" she said as she nodded "sort of, Red was our familys cook, best friend of my Grandfathers, but he was fired for lying to my mother about a great and terrible incident that has left this world almost without a race of beings, but he is still considered family even if he is no longer working for us. Red owns a restaurant here and always has a table reserved for the family...at least he used to, after the truth came out we may be looking at a possible wait" she said, deciding she would go elsewhere if that was the case.

"I wouldn't go that far, it was my family that killed them off almost, the one that now lives at home wasn't so keen in coming with us because of our family but my mother...you don't want to piss her off, she may not look like much but if you piss her off and you get out from her wrath alive and with your head in tact then you know you get to live to see another day. She can be the sweetest of ponies but she has a horrible bad mood and even when she is sulking you don't want to cross with her either, when she found out Tira was going to be marrying a woman who is from an evil family she will sulk forever, she has basically forbidden Tira to come home because of his choice in mate.

Tira's mother was killed by his mates grandmother and that grandmother also ended up nearly destroying this world, the world of Arcadia is getting it's new life on track but there are still some places that are taking long to heal after that ordeal and that happened over two hundred years ago. So when Tira came home and said that Eternity was his new mate she flipped because she was the one who killed one of my mothers friends which means that she didn't want her anywhere near the family let alone marrying her son.

So making my mother upset or angry is just a no-no, Tira basically has moved out of home and not intending on ever going home or even seeing our mother without her acceptance of his choice in mate so Tira has basically lost his mother again. Tira and the rest of his siblings are still talking to him and I think our father is still secretly talking to him but mother? She would rather gnaw off a leg before saying that Tira can come home and is welcome to bring his mate so he and she haven't spoken for a couple of months at least."

Blue sighed, her mother was terribly stubborn and she is just breaking this family apart but what can she do? Her mother had her grandfathers stubbornness "and she has disowned her father and kicked out the guy who was the mastermind behind the almost eradication of the Gargoyle race. So really, I can say that you being depressing is actually nice, I can listen to someone elses family problems and ignore my own" she said as she smiled at him "beautiful as in personality, you are not too bad on the eye anyway but yes, I was meaning personality" she said as she giggled a little.

"Believe me, some of the names I have always wondered who thought them up, I mean, it can be seen as Rocky Road in bar form looking more like a 'rocky road' but in ice cream form? It doesn't really" she said as she nodded. "And great, makes things easier, be right back" she said as she left and entered the kitchen, grabbing everything she needed and placed it on the bench and then started creating two ice cream sundaes that looked like the mountain of which her family lived.

As Blue worked she had placed rich Irish cream chocolate ice cream in the bottom of the glass, placed some white chocolate on the stove to melt, placing it over the top of the ice cream once it had finished melting and cooling afterwards, making sure it went down the sides of the glass and then placed whipped cream on top. After all that was done she made, to detail, a small version of her home from the outside out of chocolate and candy, freezing it a little to keep it together and placed it on top and then sprinkled small silvery white snowflake sprinkles over the 'mountain' and quickly did the same again and just as perfect as the first.

Blue placed the two ice cream sundaes on a cart and placed two spoons and a few paper napkins along side of it and pushed the cart out of the kitchen, stopping to kiss his uncles cheek "love you, can you clean up the mess that is out there when you have a free minute?" She asked, seeing that it was slowly dying down.

Winter smiled at her but rolled his eyes "what am I going to do with you and your siblings?" He asked as he as nodded "but of course I will" he said as he gestured to the back wall "just leave the cart over there" he said as he served a customer.

"Thank you Uncle Winter!" She said as she pushed the cart over to her table and placed the sundaes on top and with the spoons and napkins and then pushed the cart to the back of the shop before walking back and sitting down "sorry i took so long" she said as she got a little more comfortable. "This is basically just something I like to call Home Sweet Home, it is Irish Cream rich chocolate ice cream, white chocolate melted for the 'snow' whipped cream to further the 'snow' theme with a detailed candy version of what my three storied Victorian styled home looks like from the outside with edible silvery white snowflakes.

I was stuck staying with a family memeber i don't really care about when I was little and the only thing that made me happy was making ice cream creations and so I came up with this, it helped my home sickness a little though the first time i made it i did make small chocolate versions of my parents and siblings but i thought it wise to leave them off this time" she said as she licked a little cream off the side.

"I haven't been there in ages, I do have an uncle who works there though, well...not an uncle exactly, he is a 'fake' uncle, he was a mentor of sorts when I was a kid and we grew close, he realized what a terrible weaponsmith I would be before I did he was just kind enough to not say anything. But you said Drow? We have one of them, a female, though she is part, not 100% sure where she came from or how she got here but one of the weaponsmiths here took her in as a child, cared for her as his own and she is the sweetest woman you could ever come across.

I don't know much about the race but she just said that her mother kicked her out as a child and forbid her to never come back, she didn't know or understand why but she didn't care anyway, that was the only thing she cares to remember of her time with her biological family, they didn't want her so she ended up here and she loves it. She has become a great weapons maker, she has been taught by one of the greatest, raised by one of the greatest and whilst she doesn't want to remember her life before coming here she has tapped into her background and created Drow weapons here, once she got an understanding how they were made she is makes them on her time off, she sticks to weapons people want and makes drow weapons and sells them when she can.

She isn't much of a sparing partner though, she makes them but unlike the rest of the people at Redcrest, she doesn't know how to wield a weapon, never cared how to, she makes them and sells them and that is all she cares about, most of the others are or were once famed adventurers or rouges or what not that once traveled these lands and are now content with travling once in a blue moon or just making weapons for the rest of their lives."

As they walked through she smiled at him, not that he could probably tell "yes, but, I would rather keep my company alive, rather boring if I have to have lunch alone" she said as she softly sighed "I understand that and I know he had to be punished and he was but still, if anything, it was him lying to my mother that upset her the most, she wouldn't condone what he did, of course, but he would of been able to stay and be given a second chance had he explained the situation to her. But as for the race they kept to themselves, they all used to some what fight among themselves, one clan was always trying to prove that they were better then another or whatever but over all, they all kept to themselves and only teamed up together if the Gargoyle race was threatened on a whole and that is where my grandfather and Red was able to do the damage, all coming at them, my grandfather was able to some what freeze them whilst Red was able to kill them...it was horrible, after I learnt this I did a bit of research in the main library here in Arcadia and the deaths of the event was terrible and forever Red and my grandfather are in the history books are murderers just because they thought that the other races that were 'not like them' should be killed off" she said as she exited the portal, ending up outside Red's.

"They both did their time though, my grandfather got out of jail early because he was needed to be the one who brings winter to this place and help out in other areas so he got time off of his sentence for good behavior (of sorts) and the Elders needing him to take over the job his father used to do as they were finding it too much for them to do on their own when they had other stuff to do so they have been keeping an eye on him ever since they let him out" she said as she shook her head "they are good people now, they have both changed, it was a 'when I was younger I was stupid' sort of story but they are now good pony's but the damage was done" she said as she shook her head.

"I'm sorry, rambling, said far too much, not that it was a secret just should of not told you my family business in great detail, it came off as a ramble instead of just keeping it short and sweet, so I am sorry about that" she said, smiling a little sheepishly at him.

Blue sighed "I know you are an outsider but still, I don't mind you have opinion" Blue said smiling at him "and not exactly, Eternity is Raven's daughter, Raven's mother was the one who nearly destroyed the place" she said as she ate a little of the house "and it's fine, the beings of this place like me because I have made it my mission to be liked because of me not because of what my grandfather could give them. It just has taken a while but I learnt to gain their respect, I have one or two that still like me due to my grandfathers position but mostly any admirers I have are all due to me proving to them that I am not going to get my grandfather to give them stuff just because they want me to.

I am one of the types where if someone doesn't like me then so be it, their problem, but I do strive to try to just be friendly and kind to others, I would rather not have any problems so it is just better to keep to a mutual way of living here, easier on everyone" she said as she grinned "thank you, what one can come up with when forced to be away from home" she said as she got a little more comfortable before taking a bigger bite.

"It is alright, it is fine to want to know how to fight that way but not like the living arrangements, so to speak, I know that it is hard but at the same time at least you got out unlike your brother which I guess is his problem, if he wants to stay like that then you can't do a thing about it but in the end he will see the error of his ways it just takes time" she said as she licked a bit of cream off her ice cream. "Ahh Nightmare Valley, a place that is good to hone your skills, yes, but at the same time I think I am pleased I an use my portal abilities if need be, though there are some parts I do want to visit, the place does have a certain mystery about it that intrigues me" she said as she wiped her mouth with a napkin.

"And she knows no better so I think in her opinion, whilst she is a Drow, she has read a little about her race but really, it isn't all that much and since she was brought up here among others, she has never considered herself a Drow, she hasn't got a specific race, she is pleased that someone just cared enough about her to take her in instead of letting her die. She is rumored to have a husband but I am not sure how true that is, guess we will find out when we get there" she said as she ate some more of her ice cream, nodding "I am sure she would love to show you, unlike the woman back home, she is friendly, REALLY friendly, give her a compliment and she pretty much finds it the greatest thing in the world, but then her father was strict with her, her disapline is second to none, he complimented her only when she deserved it but he loves her and cares for her so she learnt from an early age to not expect compliments unless she has earned them but when she does get them it is like the greatest thing to her even though she tries to not show it."

As they stopped outside the restaurant she took a deep breath and let it out "time to face the music" she said, hoping Red wasn't upset with her on account of her mother "thank you for understanding, I don't usually talk this much but there is something about you that I can just be at ease around...funny when you could feed off me in an instant" she said as she walked in and waited for the Maître d. "I wouldn't be surprised if we had some of them here, this place has them, we have vampires, obviously, so for all we know there are some Day Walkers here but I prefer the ones that come out at night and feast, there is a more mysterious and romantic air about them and yes, I shouldn't romanticize vampires but the stories I have read just have made them that way, I know your kind is classed as a predictor but still, they appeal more to me" she said as she sat on the nearest chair.
