It had been some time since Olivia had decided to trek up the very hot sandy side of the mountain. And probably in that moment realized why it had been such a long while. It was very uncomfortable even before she got to the actual mountain itself to look for those honey badgers. Sandy too, though that didn't seem to much of a bother for the wight as it was the heat.
But she trudged on, because she had decided to do this no matter what (it was like it called to her or something). But at least her first time up, this time around, would prove fruitful. Right off the bat, she spotted the small creature they were supposed to hunt for. The ghoul's eyes lit up and she gave chase... all while.. probably passing a certain demon.

Andrew was just about done making snow angels when he spotted something blue. something that should now be there. What was? What? "Got to go, bye." he hung up and followed her. Only to be attacked by a baby badger.

She didn't notice Andrew at first, he kind of blended in with everything else around the mountain even if he was darker colors than the sandy-ness of it. But being a hot creature, and pretty much blending in that way, she didn't realize he was there. Her eyes were on the honey badger and the small thing it had tied around its neck. (This she remembered, and remembered very often of not getting it).
She was so close to getting it too this time. So close.

There was someone else there! The same creature she usually found up the mountain, "Oh, Andrew! Are you trying again?" For sure, he would have been able to accomplish this already, right? Was he just as stuck as her? "Those cute honey badgers are very difficult to catch it seems."
As it was proving once again difficult, leaving Olivia unable to even make it that far before a sand storm crossed her path. She would have to try again a later time.

"yes..." he was certain the ghoul was following him. Most certain. It was distracting. He took on that momma badger pretty well at first but it kicked his butt in the end. Ugh.... He went to go find Olivia in the sandstorm. He needed a short break.... "Those things are annoying as hell.... You aren't going to dry up or something out here are you?" He was worried. Undead ghoul was undead.

Apparently she was still in the sandstorm when he found her. Olivia scooted over as much as she could in the shelter to give him ample room and just kept her eyes outside.
"I do hope not. This is not the usual kind of storm I tend to find myself in. Usually there is rain or snow... and that's fine. Sand is very dry. I guess I'll stay here...."

She didn't need to make room. The storm didn't bother him that much. It was just hot and sandy. And mildly annoying, but he scooted in to the shelter anyways. Then again he probably preferred the sand over the snow she spoke of. "Yeah the other side of the mountain sucked." He plopped a wing over his tail to protect it from the wings but didn't seem bothered that much. For a moment he thought about plopping a wing over her, but decided she probably didn't want his heat. The heat was half the problem right? Jack this was confusing.

No, heat was really not something she wanted more of. "The other side was very easy to manage," Olivia frowned, still staring at the sand storm that didn't seem to want to let up. It was at least something else to look at than to peer over and see fire but the warmth within the little shelter was evident enough about it.
Hopefully it wouldn't get too much hotter.

Andrew looked at her, and then grumbled. "Perhaps for you but I hated it." He didn't mind this side, except for the badgers. Didn't she get it all done in one go on the other side? "Why are you coming up this mountain anyways?" he would avoid this class if he were her.

Well, that answer would be expected. Andrew had trouble getting up the cold side of the mountain. But, did it seem he was having trouble even on the side he would be okay with? that seemed kind of funny, especially since she beat it in pretty much one go.
Not like this side of the mountain. And he just had to remind her of it. Olivia puffed up her cheeks at his question, "Because I want to get stronger ~ !" Strong enough to fight honey badgers and strong enough to deal a little better with heat! Yes, the plan! (And totally not that she was... kind of following Andrew).
The sandstorm was thwarting her of this plan right now.phantompanther13 It doesn't want to let her go ~ at least they get to have quality fun time now

She wanted to get stronger? He looked at her and saw determination. Maybe she was more like him than he realized. Just a little bit. The compulsion won and he plopped his wing on her head for a moment. Just a moment. "Good." and then he got up suddenly feeling a little awkward. "I'm going to wrestle a honey badger." he took off. chirigami release her! my dice released me for a moment.

"Aa!" The sudden weight of his wing came at a great surprise and for a moment there, Olivia flailed her arms unsure of what was happening. Did something crash on her head? Did the shelter break? Oh no! Why was it just a little bit warmer?
But as quickly as it had happened, it was gone again and Andrew had decided to make his leave. "Oh... Alright! Have fun!" But even as she said that, she too got up from where she was seated and followed after.
Apparently the storm was finally going to let her out.

Andrew never realized how much he startled Olivia with the wing flop. Soon perhaps she would learn that it one of Andrew's attempts of showing his affection. Not right now though. When Andrew got the the momma badger, she pretty much kicked his butt immediately. Andrew just sucked at fighting badgers it seemed. It was probably because the honey badger don't care. But they just don't care man. Olivia might pass a flame demon laying in the sand mumbling about something as he spit out flecks of sand. "Stupid badgers anyways."

Tricky things indeed. Olivia did pass Andrew on her way back up the mountain as she tried to catch one for herself. But it got away from her just as the last few.
So, she would pass him again on her way down and plopped herself into the sand near him. "These ones do not like to be caught it seems."
