 When her brother referred to her as lady Bohemian, behind him her head fell into her paw with a muffled groan. How was she supposed to be a hero one day if everyone thought of her as just another lady. They never did anything interesting in the stories, just waited to be rescued by the brave knight....That wasnt the story she wanted for herself.
"See! She's not dangerous." Bo exclaimed as she came forward with a smile and a laugh. "Call me Bo." She said with a sidelong glance at her brother, "Only mama Ly really calls me Bohemian, and normally only when Im in trouble." She gave a sheepish grin.
"Wadda ya think Griff-Griff? Can she play too? I'll be the bad guy! And...I'll capture the pretty dra-a-c-o'ula." she stumbled a bit with the word, it was new to her.

  Griffinus could only stare at the drag-- that is the draco, for a moment. He was sure this was some sort of trick, but she spoke so politely. His ears went down, besides being polite and seemingly friendly, he didn't understand some of what she was saying.
If dragons were instead draco, and not beasts at all, then what were all the stories he'd been told all about? He shook his head, "It's not a--" he tried to defend himself, but it really was just a game at this point, he hadn't actually ever slain any dangerous creatures or rescued a single soul from harm, it was all just pretend. So he supposed he could pretend that a drag-- that a draco was a damsel in distress and Bo was a villain. They'd always had pretend villains before. Imagined dragons.Dinah smiled behind one paw at the siblings, again noticed the blood and scratches between her toes and took a moment to groom them clean. When the little female kit came forward, Dinah bent down once again to their level. "Just my landings," she gave a wink and tilted her head to Bo.
"Well it's a lovely name either way, it's nice to meet you, Bo. I hope you're good to your mama and aren't getting into trouble often." Still she smiled. Dinah knew all about a mother's protective nature.
"I suppose..." he relented. Griffin nearly always relented when one of his siblings began to wheedle him with silly nicknames and new ideas.
Turning once again to the draco, Griffin announced, "You are now officially a maiden, our damsel-in-distress, Lady Dinah," and gave a bow to her and then a smile. If he was going to be saving her he hoped to give a better impression of his behavior than he already had.

"And your my prisoner!" Bo claimed, sitting back on her hind haunches, her clasped her front paws together and let out a mocking bwahahaha as she then bounced forward, a silly smile on her face as she glanced back at her brother. "And the gallant knight is no match for me!"
She stopped in front of Dinah, and brushed her hair back out of her eyes as she let her head fall back as her eyes traveled upwards. "You'll never escape me!" she nodded her head in firm agreement with what she had just said, "your locked away in a tower." She tsked and shook her head.

"Ah, yes, I suppose if we're starting right away," Dinah smiled, returned the bow from Griffin in the form of a quick bob.
With Bo's exclamation and that wonderfully dramatic laugh, she couldn't help but want to be silly and dramatic too. Putting her wrist to her forehead and her other paw over her heart, she tried to look as if she might swoon at any moment.
"Oh no! I... am I doomed to stay trapped in this tower forever?"
Dinah glanced between Bo and Griffin, who was still looking at her skeptically, and looked about for a moment. This wouldn't do at all, she wanted him to get as into it as his sister, perhaps a little more embellishment was in order. "What if that large rock over there is my tower?"
Without hesitation, Dinah leaped into the air over the kitten's heads and flew to perch atop a large boulder by the river. Just a couple powerful down-beats of her wings and she settled on her destination. It wasn't all that big a rock really, not like the massive outcropping of stone back on her family's mountain, but they were just playing pretend. She'd chosen one that seemed easy to climb, but her proportions, compared to the fuzzy little kittens didn't exactly match up.
"Ah, wait, no... here." Without flailing too much, she dropped from the height to a lower, much smaller rock and settled her wings tightly against her back, grinning to the siblings. "What do you think, yes?"
It didn't occur to her until after shouting the question, that she'd just 'escaped' both her captor and her rescuer, and then some. Griffin was still trying to get over the fact that dragons were people that could talk and not terrible beasts that would sooner flame you in the face than wish you 'good day' and Bo and Dinah were already being extremely silly while deciding the setting.
Towers were good, because you could fight many epic battles on your way to the top, but before he could turn to Bo and ask her if she wanted to be a wizard, an evil goddess or what, Dinah leaped over them and flew away to the river and was shouting something back to them. Griffin turned to Bo.
"Well, I guess you can just surprise me. Hurry and go and guard her... and teach her how to be a proper maiden while you're at it..." Which of course meant staying in the tower until after you were rescued.

Bo dashed off towards where Dinah was perched now, she laughed. She was very impressed with the how Dinah was getting into their game, it wasnt often almost grown ups, or grown ups got into their games.
"Thats the perfect tower." She said with a nod before her brothers words caught her attention, she winced slightly before glancing back at him with a huff. Teach her to be a perfect maiden? She barely made a perfect maiden herself, but she would try.
"Alright my pretty, now that your locked away in the tower your stuck there forever, the gallant knight will never get you." She cackled as she spun around, and stood guard, she didnt get to play the bad guy often, and well she was very amused by it now. She stalked around the -tower- now, making sure to protect it from all sides as she released a cackle here and there to embrace her role.

"You know what I mean, you're as great at playing maiden as you are at playing villain, Bo..." Griffin called after his sister gave him that doubtful look.
Being the maiden caught in the tower wasn't the best role, you had to stay put through all of the epic battles, but even when it had been Griffin's turn, he had made the best of it. Swooning and sighing between bouts of shouted encouragements for his 'hero' as she clashed with the monster of the day.
For now, Griffin hung back, letting Bo get a head start, he needed to find himself a sword, rather a stick that he could wield as one. He'd asked dozens of times where he could get a proper sword, but his aunt and uncle had never been forthcoming with the needed information, while Tsukurou tended to be a little forgetful these days...Dinah sheepishly shifted from paw to paw on her stone tower as Bo ran towards her. She was worried that she'd done something wrong already, but it seemed that Bo was staying in character and so she had nothing to worry about.
Covering a smile behind a paw, Dinah was too amused at Bo's 'evil' cackles and turned to track her, as the kitten guarded around the base of the stone.
"Your cruel behavior won't win the day!" Dinah declared, glancing to see where Griffin had gotten off to, she could just see the trailing end of his cape and his tail poking out from under a bush... but decided to keep playing along until he was ready. "My beloved sir knight will rescue me and defeat you, foul villain!"

She sent her brother a smile, "Thank you Griff-Griff, I try to be a good maiden." It wasnt her favorite role, but she enjoyed playing the games.
Now she did her best to give a gruff snort, "I shall put a curse on your knight and keep you locked away forever! You will do my bidding! And if not..maybe I will curse you too!" Bo said with dramatic flare, and a flick of her paw as she picked up a few large rocks and put them around the "tower". "My drag--" She winced. "Sorry..I mean Your knight will be no match for my beasts!" She patted one of the large rocks.

After Griffin found a suitable stick-sword, he rushed toward where Dinah had flown, hearing Bo shouting about curses, he decided she had cast herself as a witch, or perhaps an evil sorceress? He would have to be very careful, knights were notoriously at bad odds, when it came to magicks.Dinah could see Griffin coming towards them now, with a large stick held tight in his jaws, and smiled widely. "Ah! See there? He comes for me, even now."
She made no comment at Bo's misuse of her kind's name, Bo had corrected herself very quickly, instead, choosing not to break character and calling out to Griffin instead. "Sir Knight, Sir Knight, beware her beasts!" She gestured towards the stones.Griffin skid to a halt, tilting his head toward Dinah above him and then looking where she pointed, spitting the stick out and making a face of disgust for the taste of the bark before confronting Bo, the sticksword snatched up again and held at the ready, it seemed he had a trio of trouble to contend with but they would not best him. "Your beasts are no match for me, villain, release the maiden and surrender!"
