Kylar awake, startled by the scream that filled the house. The sound amplified by his heightened senses caused him to jump upright looking for Estrian, the one he thought may be suddenly attacking him or even Hexxis. Instead of Estrian, the door fell from its hinges and four figures entered the room. Two of them he recognized instantly. His romantic rival and leader of the renegades, Zaku. The other her recognized was Ree, the dog of SIU and the one that had killed Hexxis the last time he escaped with her. The two unknowns one rushed towards him, but the other was the one that concerned him. A woman, unknown was rushing strait to the room a string of some sort coming from her hand as she rushed to where Hexxis and Estrian were. That scream, it suddenly clicked. That had been a mans scream, they were already in trouble inside of the room. Estrian was being dragged into this, the man who had only helped him. Panic set in as Kylar moved quickly rushing towards the room. He dove beneath the flames as he screamed out, "No! Damnit, we just saved her life! I won't let you kill her again, Ree!"

Kylar slammed into the ground rolling out of it as he threw everything he had into his next move. He brought up his levitation with full force as he launched himself full force down the hallway into to the doorway. Turning quickly he snatched the wire from the air and channeled his power through it sending it back into Yoko as he removed whatever magic she had on it and followed it to its source sealing it away. He planted his feet and called out without looking into the room, "Estrian, get Hexxis to safely if you can. I'll keep them busy here. I'm sorry for asking more of you, but if you can manage please save her from them." Kylar held his hand out that still held the key as he created a weapon to halt their advance, hoping Estrian would be able to get her out before they overwhelmed him.

Zaku shot a glare to Ree, not really having the time to make a comment or yell at him about the accusations being brought up. His lack of denial only caused a more unsettling feeling to start in as he shook the thought, trying to concentrate on the fight. He brought a hand up as the foundation began to crack and wooden roots shifted and forced their way through the floorboards around Kylar to entwine over his body in an attempt to hold him still. "s**t!" he cursed as Kage ran past him after Yoko. Damn his mind for always wanting to help her even when she was generally terrible. Okay okay okay. He watched as Kage changed the key into a sword and his eyes widened. 'no no no no no!' He focused on the metal of the blade and pulled it away from Kage as hard as he could to either disarm him or at least hold it long enough to prevent him from hurting his sister [Magnetism: Rolled 17].

Hexxis took in a sharp breath as her surrounding changed and she was suddenly outside. "Access Le-..." There was a sharp pain in her mind like someone was screaming as she cupped her hands over her ears, all while still never letting go of the jacket in her hand. She winced hard, the sound so powerful it filled her entire mind and she dropped to her knees. The pain of the scream and the pain of her wounds far more than she could bear. "ESTRIAN!!" she cried out, tears filling her eyes, her hands trembling. [Defense Nullify: Failed. Rolled 18]

Cordelia jolted as Syth appeared. Okay, time to act fast. Hexxis went down to her knees and Cordelia took the initiative to knock Hexxis to the ground and hold her there. She frowned as Hexxis screamed out in pain, tears filling her own eyes. She could feel her fear and panic and it was starting to rattle her. Taking a deep breath to steady herself, she pulled out the tranq gun and shot Hexxis twice, then slowly lowered the gun, even if the she didn't get up off of Hexxis even after she had clearly passed out.

Kylar stood in the doorway refusing to let the four intruders enter the room where Hexxis was, only she wasn't there. Estrain shouted, informing him that she was gone. Roots tore through the ground raising up towards Kylar suddenly. He moved his sword cutting through the roots with a twist of magic as he sent his own power back through them towards their manipulator. They froze in place as the one manipulating them lost the ability to do so. A sudden tug on his blade caught him off guard as what he thought was Ree was not. The unknown power that wasn't telekinesis as he thought managed to rip the blade from his hand. Unarmed and in the doorway Kylar watched as the woman with the string began to summon up many small dolls armed with various weapons. Nope, nope, nope. Not fighting those things whatever they were, ******** that.

Kylar reached out towards the woman that created the puppets. His power closing the distance between them, he reached out as he twisted removing the power to control those little dolls from her. However he still was in the doorway unarmed as Estrian stood behind him. Ducking back he allowed Estrian to pass before moving into the closet and out of sight. He went to retrieve something to help with these intruders.

"We don't want to hurt you, you idiot! Just him!! So stay out of it!!" he yelled back angrily, watching him throw water at Syth. A look of fierce determination faded into concern as Estrian's mind went blank. /Oh s**t, he's... going berserk.../ he thought to Zaku immediately, before Estrian lunged for him, knowing the familiarity of his dead look in his eyes and lack of thoughts that Moira displayed as a child before dishing out the beating of his life when they were kids. Growling he pushed forward to bridge the gap, only hesitating for a second as Estrian threw water towards him. He reflexively engulfed his own body into flames, super heating the air directly around him to evaporate the water that got close enough [Flame On: Engulf Self. Rolled 24 def]. Without further pause, he grabbed Estrian and threw him as hard as he could toward the wall, using telekinesis to strengthen his throw. [Psionics: Telekinesis. Rolled 24 + 4 base attk aid = 28]

Zaku jumped up and over anyone in his way to go after Kylar, moving as fast as he could to stop him before he could reach the closet which seemed to be his goal [Levitation]. Stopping for a moment, he concentrated as glimmers of petals and leaves appeared in the air, sharpening before the barrage of razor-sharp projectiles rained down on Kylar [Petal Dance: Rolled 19]. /If you get overwhelmed by him, teleport then go wolf./ he instructed in response to Lucian.

Cordelia sighed and finally moved off of Hexxis, looking at the jacket in her hands, was that.. Tri's jacket. She shook her head then moved the backpack off of her shoulders and began to take out metallic items, screwing parts together and putting the large item together. "Hexxis is unconscious and safe. Just setting up, so get ready for some party favors." she commented into the comm and grinned.

The puppets still remained, a sign that he could fail. However like the old adage said if at first you don't succeed try, try again. The dolls closed in as he attempted to trace them back to their source. The tangle of strings proved a bit to complex in that instance, the dolls each coming into contact with him one after another as they used their weapons. Their cuts and bruises were not very powerful alone, but together they managed to pierce his defenses actually causing damage as he raised a hand defensively trying to block Yoko's punch. His hand managed to deflect her own almost fully, but there was still a slight connection with his cheek that didn't seem to have any effect.

The distractions didn't end there as Zaku Shiori, leader of the renegades leapt in front of the door bringing with him a swarm of petals. A gust of wind within the enclosed area signaled the beginning of the attack as petals began embedding themselves within the closet door and wall as they rushed towards Kylar. He raised his arms defensively as he tried to prevent much damage from the rain of razor sharp petals. The razor sharp petals sliced into his clothing a few even embedding within his flesh, but when it was all said and done he had nothing more than superficial scratches from the attack.

The final annoyance came in the form of something he was all to familiar with, an unseen force took hold of his head. Ree was going in for the kill. Panicking he focused everything he had into shutting him down, he wouldn't be snuffed out here by some dog of SIU. Before the force could crush his skull or even slam him into the wall as it actually intended he flared outward screaming, "I won't let you kill me just yet, Ree! I'll save Hexxis and keep you from killing her or worse, returning her as your slave to serve you sexually and obey your commands!" He wasn't sure if Ree was the one who had given her the bruises and hickeys that Estrian and himself had seen, but it seemed right since in the streets of Belrad Mara had mentioned Ree giving her commands even they hadn't known about at the time.

After finally resisting all of their attack Kylar reached out towards the armored unit. He placed a hand on one of the two large rifles it held as he fell back unlocking it from the suit as he took a prone position on his back to help with the recoil as he aimed quickly between all of the potential targets. A horn caught his eye as he saw the telepath who had been at SIU when he attacked liberating Hexxis. She was the one to blame for this, he hadn't killed her when he had the chance and now they had followed them back here. Hexxis was in danger because he hadn't slaughtered the Metas at SIU a mistake he wouldn't make again. His thumb switched between the firing options single, burst to rapid. He leveled the gun and pulled the trigger doing his best to keep the recoil under control as he fired off the entire magazine.

"I'm trying but this guy won't leave me alone!!" he screamed back before a barrage of gunshots rang out over the house. "NO!!" he shrieked, 's**t s**t s**t!!' he was cursing in his mind, a dreaded feeling filling his gut as he turned to try to go towards the closet but Estrian ran back into the room and attacked Yoko. Gritting his teeth he lunged at Estrian in anger, grabbing him again and using telekinesis to aid him once more, he threw him out of the window as hard as he could muster. "GO PLAY OUTSIDE, a*****e!!!" he yelled with fury. [Psionics: Telekinesis. Rolled 15 + 6 base attk roll aid = 21]

Most of the time Zaku was composed but the accusations against Ree were piling up and Ree did nothing to deny any of it and the anger was building. "...what... the... ********> he shouted. He really hoped this was only a ruse to get him riled up and not in any form true. Even so, he was starting to doubt and that was never good. He would certainly deal with this as soon as they took down Kage because there was no way he was going to let this slide. Gritting his teeth, he moved forward slightly then stopped to concentrate, summoning a flurry of razor-sharp leaves again, raining them down upon Kage. [Petal Dance: Rolled 13]

Cordelia finished setting up, laying down on the ground and taking aim down the scope of the sniper rifle. She watched the window carefully, seeing a lot of movement. "Okay, guys, first. Get the ******** down. Second, get them in the view of the window." she shot into the house through the window (the same one Lucy attempted to throw Estrian through). "That one!" she announced into the comm as it whizzed into the house. [Sniper Shot: Rolled 17 dmg]

Kylar wouldn't have noticed Ree entering the closet had it no been for the fact that he had been firing at Syth from his back. The sword suddenly coming down on his midsection. Without the time to get up or his own blade to block it, he did the first thing that came to mind. He rolled. Although it was enough to prevent the severing of his spine, he just wasn't quick enough. His own toughness helped reduce some of the severity of the injury as it delayed the reforming of the blade, but his momentum tore it from his side as it became physical once more. (5 Dmg) It was clear that Ree was still intent on killing him, as quickly as possible. Trying to ignore the gash in his side, Kylar released the empty rifle and scrambled to his feet.

An attack came once more, Zaku summoning razor sharp leaves that rained down inside of the closet. Having successfully blocked this same attack once before, Kylar raised up his arms defensively to shield his vital areas from damage. Just like before, he wasn't able to stop all of them. However, those that got through did little more than leave superficial scratches. (0 Dmg) As he defended, he spoke to the man. "Zaku Shiori, you are supposed to fight for Meta rights. Why are you helping SIU enslave Metas? If this is because you hate me for taking Andy from you, know that it wasn't me. I was without my memories and a puppet for SIU. It was at their order that I erased her memories. After meeting my uncle at your hideout, I remembered who I was. I gave her back her memories once I knew what I had done. She left me so I am not in your way anymore. We have no reason to fight, so why help SIU?"

Kylars attention was quickly called back to the dolls as they moved in to surround him once more. Again, he reached towards one of the dolls. His power reached out following the doll back to its source. A quick twist of the power controlling them caused them to collapse, falling lifeless just before they could strike. (Sealed 3 Rounds) The woman that had been controlling the dolls entered the doorway and smiled at him. He was unaware of the dangerous thing she had done and grinned back, kicking aside one of the useless dolls.

Reaching into his jacket pocket, Kylar removed another key and a bottle of Tylenol. He removed the cap and took out a pill. He placed the bottle back in his pocket before taking the pill. He spoke to Zaku, "Don't make me fight you, it would upset my mother and uncle if I hurt you." A change began to occur within his body as the pill took effect. Kylar began screaming in pain as the shift took place, his bones shifting in density. The pain was overwhelming, causing him to drop to his knees simply screaming in pain. His weight increased along with the density of his bones allowing his strikes to carry more power, but that wasn't very effective as he sat on the ground distracted by the pain that came with the change. (Loss of turn. Bones like Steel active next 2 rounds.)

Lucian listened to Kage screaming about something about Hexxis, something he honestly didn't care much for. It wasn't until he mentioned Andy that Kage had his full attention. Taking Andy away from you. /He took her../.... I erased her memories. It was at that moment that Lucian heard nothing else as rage boiled over into something much darker hidden within him. The murderous intents that lay so dormant in the bloodline of his family it seemed. /HE ******** DID THAT TO HER. HE'S THE ONE AND YOU DIDN'T TELL ME!!/ he was screaming at Zaku in his mind. /I'M GOING TO ******** KILL HIM/

"Lucian, wait!! s**t s**t s**t!!!" he cursed as his first instinct was to run forward and grab Yoko as fast as he could and dragging her backwards at full force from the closet. "..we have to go, we have to go... ******** move!" he was demanding her as he was trying to get her out of the way of what would be Lucian's rampage.

Lucian bolted for Kage, running straight into the closet, his body still aflame as he ignored that Kage was writhing in pain and grabbed for the gun, feeling magnets and about to move them then nothing [Magnetism Lvl 6: Failed. Rolled 19]. Glaring at Kage, "YOU PIECE OF s**t b*****d!!" he screamed aloud then turned his attention back to the suit and his first instinct was, destroy the suit... destroy them. Lucian moved forward enough to wrap himself around the suit enough to heat the battery packs, setting them ablaze as it only took seconds before both batteries exploded outward and into the closet, catching them both in the blast that subsequented. [Rolled 45 dmg for both batteries exploding into the closet]

"LUCY DONT!" he shouted as he saw him go for the suit, and Zaku shoved Yoko away and down to the floor, covering her from the blast and flames that erupted from the closet. Luckily, he had made it just far enough that neither of them had been hit with the blast. [Good Fortune Lvl 7: 2 ******** ******** ******** NOT AGAIN!' She gritted her teeth, choking down her guilt as her bullet connected with the white haired angel. "Guys, I can't see anyone, only the assbag on the floor outside that you threw into my ******** bullet...." she commented angrily, aiming down the scope, looking for an opportunity to shoot again but couldn't. Suddenly there was an explosion within the house and her eyes went wide. "STATUS! WHAT THE ******** WAS THAT?!" her voice panicked as she wasn't even sure what had happened or who was caught in the blast.
